Thai Airways

Flying with TG to Singapore on flight TG403 and back to BKK on flight TG410. Overall services overwhelming. Seat comfortable. Meal served onboard absolutely great. Crew and ground staff very professional. In-flight entertainment wonderful.

The flight to and from Bali respectively TG 431 and TG432 were both excellent and the food and service were both exceptional and so was the flight to BKK on TG432. The Lounge in BKK was adequate but no red wine. The lounge in Bali was not acceptable.

Flying in J class BNE-BKK-HKT-BKK-BNE was a fantastic trip. Crews were excellent. The service was very good. The seat was reasonably ok and comfortable enough to sleep. Would fly with TG again.

Bangkok - Phuket A300-600 05/19/2013. Nice service and good pitch on this short flight 1 hrs 10 mins. Clean cabin. No seat back entertainment.

12 June BKK-KTM. I have to say this flight was by far the best flight I have experienced in terms of service provided inflight flying Thai. FA's were smiling pro-active and very professional which is a rare combo currently with Thai staff. The food was good and the 777 used for the flight clean. If only all of Thai's FA's were this good at their job.

CPH-BKK 777-300ER. Pitch on this new aircraft is bad pitch 32 inch compared with former 744 on this route. (34 Pitch ). Seat 51A window. Narrow and cramped seat managed to have my leg between the aircraft wall and seat. Middle seat is impossible to sit in if you are over 180 cm. I'm 184 cm long. Seat pitch is very important on long haul routes. I'm not going to recommend Thai Airways 777-300ER on long haul flights. Thai have always been good in seat comfort on its long haul fleet but this is not true with the 777-300ER.

Have flown to Bangkok / Phuket twice with 2 children. Staff professional always helpful and polite. Great food and comfortable seating. I recommend Thai and will no doubt choose to fly with them again.

SYD-BKK and BKK-USM-BKK-Chiang Rai. I am not overly enthusiastic about this airline. The Cabin Crew always seem to be very rushed and not so polite. Whenever I am in Thailand people seem to smile wherever you go but never for Thai Crew. They always seem to be disinterested and annoyed by passengers. Food was fair AVOD was good but the feeling they left was unsatisfactory especially because of the rude Crew. Not just on one leg but on all sectors.

Flights TG917 and TG916 Boeing 747. Dissatisfied with Thai Airways this time. Food was awful only ate a small amount of fruit all meals were unappealing. Would not travel Business Class again - not worth the money. Going out from Heathrow to Bangkok my partners screen did not work we booked seats on the upper deck in January rows 26 going out and 16 on our return. Arrived at Bangkok airport at to check in for flight and was told a passenger had just booked our seat. Onboard when we asked for a gin and tonic told they had run out and offered champagne.

Flew from LHR to BKK return. Online check in didn't work however check-in at airports was straightforward and quick. All staff were friendly throughout food was decent for plane food and entertainment pretty extensive. We landed as scheduled; for the money Thai were exceptional.
