✅ Trip Verified | I recently flew with Swiss Air on the Bucharest to Zurich route in an Airbus A220. Despite the overall comfort of the aircraft and the friendliness of the cabin crew, the cabin temperature was much too low and could not be adjusted, despite our requests. The crew was kind and suggested we wear warmer clothes, assuring us that the situation would improve over time. Unfortunately, the temperature remained consistently low throughout the flight, making the journey less comfortable than we would have liked. Nevertheless, the aircraft was modern and clean, and the staff provided prompt and friendly service. If it weren't for the temperature issue, I would have had a very pleasant experience. If the temperature cannot be adjusted immediately, the company could provide passengers with additional blankets to offer them thermal comfort. Overall, my flight experience with Swiss Air was good, but the temperature issue left a negative impression.

✅ Trip Verified | My third long-haul flight in SWISS Business Class this year has left me disappointed. In January, the amenity kit came in a Victorinox aluminum box, albeit with minimal contents inside a plastic bag. By November, the box was gone, and now in December, the situation remains unchanged. The plastic bag still contains instructions referencing the aluminum box. I had to specifically request the box from a kind flight attendant. How has SWISS fallen so far in terms of spirit and thoughtful gestures?

"Shameful customer service"

✅ Trip Verified | Shameful customer service. Flight was ok but my luggage was somehow lost in the process and delivered to final destination after a couple of days. I was on holidays, thus bought the basic necessities on the day of my arrival, so my son and I had something to wear in this lapse of time. The treatment of my refund claim by Swiss Airlines has been mediocre. To start with, it took me 3 attempts to file the claim via their website, although all 3 claims were done in the exact same way, before it was finally acknowledged by email. In the meantime, I also tried to reach Swiss customer service by phone, trying 5 different phone numbers, each person redirecting me to a different internal department, which seems to be the only thing at which Swiss excels. As this led nowhere, I filed a complaint with Lufthansa. This too was unsuccessful, as the company rightly stated that the flight was operated by Swiss Airline and that it was up to them to sort out the problem. Despite my email reminders, there has been no follow-up on my claim (although I do have a claim, reference number 2410-LX-03571). I phoned Swiss customer service, who told me that it was impossible to deal with requests other than buying tickets over the phone, and that they couldn't transfer me internally as there was no competent department able to manage my claim (?!). I'm astounded by the non-existence (and on the rare occasions when I've managed to speak to someone, incompetence) of Swiss Airlines customer service. Until now, I have been unable to take my case any further with them, either by email or by telephone. When given the choice, I strongly encourage anyone to fly with a different airline company.

✅ Trip Verified | My food onboard was awful but flying Swiss first the food is disappointing, there is not many options. To book a meal in advance over the website is a joke, very simple choices and the same meal that they offer for business they only change the plate and serve in first! There is not a second choice of champagne which for a first class is not ok, It should have a second choice of champagne. The selection of cocktails is very poor. The entertainment system is the worst, you can’t listen to your favorite songs there is not many songs.

Not Verified | The Seat: I sat in seat 15F next to the window, this seat was spacious and much better than other airlines I've flown in this region. There was ample legroom, the width was reasonable and the window on the A220-300 was large as normal. The 2-3 configuration of the cabin is interesting but everything was okay even on the side with the middle seat because I was travelling with my family of three. The Service: The staff were perfectly friendly, kind and polite with us and offered us chocolates and water during the flight. The chocolate was tasty and the water was normal. The Ground Service: The flight was perfectly on time and we landed on schedule. The boarding was normal and bar a bus gate was completely seamless. Overall, the flight was seamless and comfortable. I booked this flight using miles so I can't comment on the price but I would definitely recommend SWISS if you are flying to Switzerland over low-cost airlines like EasyJet in the same region.

✅ Trip Verified | Book this airline at your own risk, their ground staff and customer service is full of human error. Do NOT check in valuable things because if you do and they lost it, you will lose it forever and there is a possibility for you not to be able to track your luggage. They have a way around of addressing problems with customers, instead of giving clear instructions they will rather humiliate you in public. I lost my luggage on my recent flight from LHR to ZRH and to this date I still can’t track where my luggage is nor submit a report, because my data was erased from their system. Swiss air, you can do better than this!

✅ Trip Verified | Good trip with Helvetic and Swiss, largely on time, service good enough for Economy, last leg ZRH STR delayed by some 90 min due to snowfall in Zurich and late incoming aircraft. Of course flights back from DXB to Europe are no fun in Economy if you are tall, as I am, but my budget is not Swiss' fault.

Not Verified | Completely full flight to London, notable service from cabin crew to make sure overhead luggage could all be accommodated. You don't get much on European flights, but service good, and smiles abundant. Both flight to London and back arrived early which is quite an achievement flying to/from Heathrow!
