Not Verified | Amazing flight, even the fact that it was slightly delayed. The food was good, and the quilty of the staff was high. The cabin was clean.

✅ Trip Verified | Outdated, uncomfortable and above all SMALL seats in business class, totally lacking privacy. KE’s (777) business class is in desperate need of an upgrade, because the current product is definitely not on par with the competition. All in all a disappointing experience, especially on a 10 hour flight.

Not Verified | Very impressed with Korean Air, my first time and hopefully not my last. Smart, clean modern plane, good legroom. Meal offered was near excellent, fresh and tasty, other airlines take note. Cabin crew pleasant and efficient, flight took off on time and landed slightly ahead of schedule. Would I recommend, most definitely yes.

✅ Trip Verified | Not the newest airplane but the cabin is clean and it is in the new configuration where you do not need to cross your neighbors if you stand up. Food on this short route is classic. Air stewardess always perfect as expected from Korean Air.

✅ Trip Verified | This was my first time with Korean Air, and I chose this return flight to travel to Hong Kong even though it was not the cheapest option. We were extremely satisfied with Korean Air and the service they provided. The cabin crew was amazing, and the plane was very clean. I would fly Korean Air again without any hesitation.

✅ Trip Verified | Was on a full flight. Check in was seamless and security was a breeze at Schiphol due to the priority security line owed to my FFQ status, but this has more to do with KLM and it's skyteam affliation than Korean Air. To start, boarding was efficient, but flight was delayed due to airport congestion. Nonetheless communication was on point and clear, so I have no fuss. Good leg room and meals as expected on KE for coach. The parts where KE fell short this time around was their antiquated low resolution AVOD and this one passive aggressive crew that served my section. Not really major, but was slightly vexed by how spoken Korean was imposed on me by this one attendant due to appearances albeit being a foreign national of Korean descent and having spoken cogent English. She just gave me bad vibes. What was new about this KE flight was a snack station that was set up in the back galley. Flown over a dozen flights with them and this was a first. As mentioned, food was good, but repetitive as the menu seldom changes. In summary, this wasn't my favorite KE flight and not sure if dull is the right word, but I felt the entire experience to be monotonous, mechanical and uninspiring.

✅ Trip Verified | The most amazing inflight experience one could ask for which was delivered by a crew who were so hard working, polite and always there for you with a smile displaying South Korean culture at it's best. The leg room was superb and the seat was very comfortable. I wish to acknowledge the wonderful service provided by cabin crew, wonderful people to be looked after who take pride in their job and care about the passenger. One staff stood out to be such a nice person as she went above and beyond in welcoming me but also looking after me, big thank you to her as well as the others!

✅ Trip Verified | Extremely disappointing experience with Korean Air. The website is badly designed and not intuitive to make a booking. The flight delayed twice in a single route - initial delay from 22:30 to 01:10. Sat in the lounge at 01:00 with no announcement of when the flight will board or what the revised flight time will be. First and last time flying with Korean Air.

✅ Trip Verified | My return leg back to Seoul was a red eye flight onboard a Boeing 787. Despite having three seats to myself, I was unable to catch any sleep. For the meal service, I chose the western beef option and it was just okay because it was too salty for my liking. Leg room was good and the IFE was a huge upgrade compared to what I usually experience when flying KE. There were a myriad of choices, primarily Western and Korean films and TV shows. I watched a few episodes of Friends. One notable thing that stood out on this flight was the degree of attention the cabin crew displayed by discerning which passengers needed immigrations cards for Korea based on citizenship so as to not disturb passengers in this late night flight. I was quite impressed by their attention to detail. Overall, I will definitely make KE my first pick for any travel to Korea if the price is competitive, which is seldom the case as they usually charge a premium.

✅ Trip Verified | The seat legroom, toilets, in-flight entertainment and cabin crew were good, not as excellent as advertised. The meal was the star of the flight. Chicken was juicy, well seasoned, perfectly accompanied by the sauce. Dessert was also quite nice.
