Flight to Naples through Frankfurt and was pleasantly surprised with their service and comfort. Flight
attendants were attentive and helpful. Drinks are free. The only problem was missing our connecting to the
USA coming back because not enough time was provided for connection, only 45 minutes, but with long
security lines and a gate on the other side of the airport, there was no way we could make it. They
immediately put us on a United flight leaving 3 hours later for Washington. While United staff were
definitely more pleasant than American's staff, a glass of wine was $7.

OSL-MUC A319 in Business Class. Boarding a mess in Oslo. Only passenger in Business class but not addressed by name or
any offer to hang up my jacket etc. Very impersonal service and the warm meal was very tasty, but tiny portions. Take
off and landing on time. Would choose Swiss or Austrian over Lufthansa on the Star Alliance European network.

I had flights PAR-MUC-TBS return. I should say that MUC-TBS flight on 25th of April was excellent. The cabin
crew were extremely professional and attentive addressing people with smile, and providing excellent service
on board. The quality of meals was excellent with great choice of drinks. Both flights (including return) were
enjoyable and congratulations to Lufthansa that they keep the quality of service on this route (MUC-TBS-
MUC). I recommend flights to Tbilisi with traditional airlines such as Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines. I should
admit that the quality of service of the Czech airlines, Lot Polish airlines and Ukraine International on this
route has been drastically declines over couple of years. The best low cost choice to Tbilisi is Pegasus airlines
which offers good service on board for additional cost.

DUS-ORD-MSY-EWR-DUS. First leg on A340 smooth, quick check-in, boarding and good service in-flight, effective and
efficient. Second leg with United no service at all for the two hour flight, just plain "transportation", but on time.
Unfortunately for the 6 hour layover, no admittance to the United lounge was allowed for Lufthansa business passengers
for some rest after the 9 hour flight. Return flight to EWR was adequate and friendly service at United flight this
time. Lounge at Newark in the SAS lounge with extremely rude and unfriendly staff but that is not to blame LH. Flight
EWR to DUS on A340, friendly staff. Early departure, arrival on time. Unfortunately, for this 7 hour night flight, no
express menu was offered which reduced the time to get sleep (service took over two hours). Overall, positive
experience again with LH, efficient, friendly and reliable.

Several flights over past few weeks: PRG-MUC, LHR-FRA, FRA-PRG on multiple occasions. Lufthansa offers a
very consistent European product across its fleet, using the same slimline seats on the A320 family, the older
upgraded B737s and the Embraers. Nice to see an airline still keeping a certain level of service: no bag fees,
drinks and snacks in short-haul (sandwich/wrap/cake on a 1hr flight), pillows on request. Even a short
regional hop will get you at least a soda and a chocolate bar, plus the efficient and professional crew.

LHR-MUC-DXB economy class. Heathrow to Munich perfectly acceptable for a short economy flight, I found the
A321's slimline seat OK for the time I was on it and the cabin crew were correct. Munich to Dubai was simply
dreadful, purely on account of the seat - cabin crew were good, food as good as it gets in economy (although
breakfast was sparse), aircraft (A340-600) quiet and well presented. But the seat! I have never been so
uncomfortable in 30+ years of flying. No noticeable padding, no support and hard parts digging into me even
when sitting on the pillow and blanket. I was actually in pain after a couple of hours. We were in an exit row
(row 26 -- note that window seat has no window) and my wife ended up sitting on the floor. Most of the
product is good but I will never go on Lufthansa again because of that seat.

MAD-MUC-DEL-MUC-LHR. All flights on time. Aircraft clean and comfortable seats. Limited choices on IFE, which could be
an issue on long flights. Overall value for money airline.

I flew Cape Town to Geneva (via MUC and FRA), return Geneva to Cape Town (via FRA and JNB) all in
economy class in March for a relatively high fare. Service was good (Lufthansa standards). As usual, the
seats on long haul flights are less comfortable than on the European flights. The biggest disappointment
was the A380 leg to JNB. Since this is the flagship aircraft for Lufthansa, I do not understand why they could
not equip it with better seats than the old A340 I had on the way out (the legroom seemed to be less as
well). The A380 on Lufthansa is not worth booking as it will not meet your "next-gen aircraft" expectations.
By the way, the "Z" gates in Frankfurt are a nightmare, avoid them at all costs unless you are training to run
a marathon!

I have been flying Lufthansa for 6 plus years now. In the past, they have been good but the last 2 years have
been a severe decline in customer service, on time flights, and efficiency. I have flown 10 round trip flights in
the last 9 weeks to include Inside West Europe, Asia, and nations in Africa. Of the last 8 flights segments,
they were late 6 times in a row. My most recent flight was from Asia which I purchased (premium) a higher
cost ticket so I could get a direct flight. However, they had a strike and re-routed me on Emirates! I am
sitting at the lounge now and asked a question about what the closest lounge is to my gate and I was
snapped at me for no reason and told to get in line to have my boarding pass scanned. I get to my boarding
pass scanned was then told me there was another better lounge I could use near my gate! You decide if you
are on time for your next "in" Europe flight with Lufthansa or you actually make your connection if flying out
of Europe!

MUC-HKG-MUC on A340-600. Most things with these flights were ok, but nothing exceptional. Seat comfort is
terrible - couldn't sleep much during those 12 hours as I constantly had to change position and had little
place for my feet although I'm not that tall. Even the new hard short haul seats are better. The temperature
in the cabin was too high. Inflight Entertainment is disappointing with just a limited selection of movies to
watch. The screen resolution is also quite of a let-down. On the outbound flight I didn't have any movies that
I hadn't watched/wanted to see, but luckily the return flight featured a couple of new ones that I was
actually interested in.

Extremely efficient, smart, friendly professional crew. Best airline I've experienced to date. Very comfortable
seats, excellent food and drinks service in economy. Took Lufthansa flights from Manchester to Frankfurt then
Frankfurt to Osaka, returning from Tokyo. Return long haul was on an A380 amazing aircraft. Will definitely
choose Lufthansa in the future although I have just taken similar flights with a different airline because of a
vast price difference whereas 5 months ago Lufthansa offered competitively priced flights.

Bogota-Frankfurt-Bogota, first week of April, both flights as usual in 340-600, nice and quiet aircraft. Check-
in, immigration and security in BOG much better now in the new terminal. On the plus side on both flights
were the very attentive crew that is willing to go the extra mile, something that not used to be like that
some years ago. F&B offering in my opinion excellent with nicely balanced starters and main dishes, and also
the right quantities to make you feel comfortable on such a long flight. Leaving FRA spent about an hour in
the SEN Lounge in the C Terminal, that one is not as good as the one in B Terminal, but at least with nice
Apron views and clean and spacious shower facilities. Only negative point is the seat, but this has been
discussed a lot already, so one just has to wait until the new C Class is being installed in all of their long
haul fleet. On a day flight and with the neighbour seat empty, the actual one is ok though. All in all by far
the best alternative when flying from Colombia to Germany.

GRU-FRA-GRU on B747-400. GRU uneventful, old tired and decrepit airport. Lounges in GRU okay for Business class level,
not First. Everything from GRU onwards fantastic. Dedicated First Class seat and Bed on 747-400 is the best. Fantastic
service, good Food, excellent sleep, okayIFE. FRA First Class Terminal and First Class Lounge (Terminal 1 B) best in
class with extraordinary toiletries and food. Excellent service with Limo to plane.

What has happened to Lufthansa? I have happily endorsed LH in this forum over the past 2 years but this
time I can not find many redeeming features at all. Lufthansa from FRA-TLV on A321 in Economy. This
aircraft has the new "thin" seats cramming more people in. The seats are incredibly uncomfortable and every
move of a fellow passenger from an adjoining seat results in a huge movement and corresponding discomfort.
Additionally, there is no in-flight entertainment - not even a flight map on a central screen - for a 5 hour
scheduled flight on a 4* rated airline, I find this unacceptable. Further, the food was mediocre and the
service was poor and brusque. Not at all the LH I have experienced in the past. I thought my return flight
TLV-FRA would redress my assessment but no. The service was even worse and the food almost inedible.
Not one follow through the cabin offering water on the entire 5 hour flight.

CDG-FRA-TLL. On-time arrival and decent transfer through FRA this time. Rather odd food served on both legs
but let's say it's on par with the competition. Staff disinterested as usual, but kept up a basic level of service
throughout. Gate staff should, on the other hand, learn some manners in handling the boarding process:
several cases of downright scolding individual people for standing around the gate area, instead of sitting
down and waiting for the boarding call.

Flew Cologne to Hamburg April 8th. Morning flight was not as full as usual. Checked in online with seat in the
back, at airport the baggage drop LH-staff gave me an exit seat with more room, that was nice. Crew nice
and got two drinks, one coffee and one apple juice and a chocolate bar. Flight was on time and pick up of
bags was fast in Hamburg.

LH779 - Singapore-Frankfurt in Y class on 11/4/2013. Seated in 87D. Very comfortable and flawless flight. The
service was very nice and the staff very friendly and offered a nice and proactive service. It had been quite a
while since I last flew LH long distance in economy but there was nothing to complain about. IFE in the A380
was good for a 12 hours flight. There were lots of water served and even the food was absolutely OK!
