Even though there was a delay due to a mechanical problem, Allegiant took good care of us. Ground staff in
Moline and the entire flight crew were far more sympathetic and accommodating than we have experienced on
any 'major' airline under similar circumstances. There is no doubt that we will fly with Allegiant again.

Flew to Honolulu, flight delayed 4 plus hours and as a result I missed a connecting flight in Hawaii. While we
were delayed in Vegas the customer service kept announcing to passengers that there would be a 30 minute
delay. This went on for 2 hours before they told us that the aircraft was broken and they were trying to get
another. When I informed the customer rep that I was going to miss my connecting flight due to their delay
they told me, that's not our problem. I finally arrived in Honolulu 5 hours late, missed my connecting flight,
had to spend money for a hotel and food and buy another flight home the next day. So whatever little money
I may have saved using Allegiant, I ended up spending twice that amount on food and lodging.

Delayed 3.5 hours going (GSP to Fort Lauderdale) and 3 hours coming back. No explanation - no

My husband, daughter and I flew December 23 from Las Vegas to Peoria, Illinois and back on Dec 26th. This
was the most uncomfortable flight I have experienced including international flights. The newer M-80 plane
was configured to that seats do not recline at all. Sitting erect on an extremely small seat was painful for 3+
hours of flying time. One of our 3 seats had an unpadded bar in the middle of the back. Also, painful. There
is no plug in to the sound system so the crew cannot be understood. The cockpit crew sounded drunk due to
the poor sound system. The cabin crew was flippant about the safety briefing and knew we could not
understand them. Their answer to that: 'Sit back and lower your expectations'. Not even water was served
unless you paid for it. We had to pay for an assigned seat, a carry-on bag, and water! The only reason to fly
Allegiant was its non-stop flight.

Mesa, AZ to Ogden UT. Outbound flight 1.5 hours late. Posted ahead of time but they still insist, you must
be there 2 hours before departure. Halfway into boarding, going up a winding ramp, they decide they need to
take off a wheelchair onboard. Everyone has to go back down the ramp and wait for it to come off. Once on
board, seats are extremely close (I am 6'4") and a very small aisle. Worst part was arriving in Ogden. Took
forever to receive luggage. I am now waiting to leave Ogden and just notified the flight is 1.5 hours late. No
posting on their website as to the delay. No food in waiting area other than a vending machine that does
not work. They have a good idea but really need to work on improving things for the comfort or the customer.
Will be a while before I use them again.

If they weren't the only ones that fly Colorado Springs direct to Las Vegas I'd never waste my time. Beverage
service is deplorable, no selection, limit to the number you can purchase, flight attendants rude. Two hours
on this can is about all I could stand.

5pm direct flight from Stockton to Honolulu. Took off on-time but within 20 minutes of take off we were told
they had a plane issue and had to detour us to Las Vegas to get on another plane. We got to Las Vegas and
upon landing were told to exit to a terminal to get information on where our next plane would be. As we got
there they told us we would be getting hotel vouchers and would fly out the next morning but couldn't tell us
when but would know in 15 minutes and to wait around. After 45 minutes they still didn't know and gave us a
phone number to call after 10pm. I understand things happen but how they handled this was awful. Our
return flight from this trip got delayed 3.5 hours and this information was not made available until we arrived
at the airport at 7am. We asked about it and were told it was crew rest as the reason for the delay and the
6am flight yesterday they had got delayed until 6pm so they got in really late. So this tells me they knew
yesterday there would be a delay but this information wasn't available until 7am today. All around poor
customer service. What a terrible and frustrating way to start and end a vacation.

Our flight was delayed a total of 18.5 hours, with no apology. Given $150 vouchers for the "inconvenience",
but only after much nagging - even that was difficult to do because no one picks up the phone. In-flight,
absolutely nothing is free, not even water. $6 sandwiches are stale and disgusting, even by airplane
standards. We had no in-flight entertainment, no reclining seats and no overhead air vents in our plane. Staff
were rude and unprofessional.

Flight from Niagara Falls NJ to Sanford, Florida. The airport in Niagara Falls is small but it was great with not
as many people coming and going as other airports. Flight was just few minutes delayed due to incoming
flight was delayed. We made up the time with the help of a tail wind and arrived on time. We encountered no
problems. Good value for the price we paid. There was 5 of us. Will fly with Allegiant again.

Was on my way home from Las Vegas to Bellingham and our flight was delayed almost 8 hours. The delay
was not the issue. The issue was the customer service. They acted like we were more of a hassle then a
concern. I understand that its not your fault that one of your planes had mechanical issues but maybe you
should explain that before hand. The agents that were working that day looked annoyed and frustrated and
like they could not care less. Delays are almost guaranteed with this airline as I have been told by others
and some guests were just not surprised about the whole thing.

Have flown Allegiant before, and was reluctant to book again due to ridiculous fees and incredibly
uncomfortable seats. No leg room at all! Decided to try again due to the fact that they fly out of an airport
20 min from my house. I immediately regretted it. They delayed our flight for 7 hours (7pm to 2am). At
around 1.30am they announce the flight is cancelled due to staff fatigue. Flight is rescheduled for 2 days,
Allegiant gives out 50 dollar vouchers that will supposedly cover hotels. Customer service is beyond repair.

Purchased a ticket from Mesa to Eugene for 8am December 17, 2012. Arrived at the Mesa Gateway Airport
which is under major construction, leaving only one entrance available, with an entire hour left before my
scheduled flight. I had already checked in online paid 13 for a carryon, 11 for a seat assign and 29.99 for one
check bag. I stood in line to get my boarding pass for 17 minutes when I got to the counter the said 'sorry
you're 3 minutes late'. They preceded to tell me your not getting on the plane and you forfeited your fare.
Call customer service.

I paid an additional cost per seat in order to select and secure them in advance. I purchased 4 round trip
seats. On the return flight, Allegiant replaced our scheduled airplane with a small plane and moved us to
seats they selected. They assured us Allegiant would reimburse us for the amount we paid for the secured
seats. To date, I have contacted Allegiant Airlines 3 times and they will not even respond to my request.

We traveled from Ft. Collins, CO to Las Vegas and back. We were allowed to take a purse and a carry-on
with no incident onto the flight. On the return trip, the service agent at the airport solicited a tip, while we
were standing there with carry-on, and then sent us on our way. At the gate, we were forced to pay the fee
for a checked bag to take the carry-on onto the flight. The seats were uncomfortable and the personnel
everywhere but in Ft. Collins were rude.

Flew out of Bellingham to Maui, Nov 18th. Hour long line up because baggage system was not working at the
check-in counter, flight left a bit late. Seats were cramped and uncomfortable. Return trip, arrived at the
airport, found out the departure time had been changed from 8.45am to 4.30pm. Returned at 3pm to check
in, went to the gate, flight left 1 hour late (5.30 instead of 4.30). 1.5 hours into the flight the pilot
announced we would be returning to Maui, a few minutes later he announced we would be diverting to
Honolulu. We were asked to signal if we would require accommodations overnight in Waikiki. Taken off the
plane to a holding room, told to gather our belongings and go down to the
Allegiant ticket counters, where
the hotel vouchers would be handed out. We lined up and stood for 3 hours before the line up started
moving! The whole process took over 4 hours to complete. Our flight left on time at 5.30 pm the next day.

My wife an I took our grandson to Oahu, Hawaii. The seats were cramped and do not recline due to space
problems. On the return flight from Oahu to Stockton, California on November 25, we were scheduled to
depart at 9 am. Advised there was a mechanical problem and that they were waiting for a replacement part
to arrive with a 2 hour delay. 1.5 hours later we were told the plane wouldn't leave until 3.30 pm. Offered a
complimentary soft drink and given $8 vouchers for lunch. Did not depart until 5.30 pm. Arrived in Stockton at
midnight local time. Told we would be given $25 vouchers for future flights, but received nothing. Had to
wait an additional 30 minutes to receive our luggage from the plane that was parked approx 200 feet away.
Other complaints are that their advertised specials never seem to be available, passengers are given
staggered seating and then have to pay an extra $10 to sit together, seats on the aircraft are so cramped
that a laptop could not be used on the seatback tray, luggage and carry-on fees are exorbitant and every
flight we have taken (5) has been late. The only reason I have flown Allegiant is because the Stockton Airport
is convenient.

Maui to Bellingham. Supposed to leave at 8.30 am. Luckily my husband checked the flight status the night
before, it had been delayed until 5.20 pm. They did offer $16 vouchers for the airport wait. We took off at
5.20 and after an hour in the air was told there was another mechanical problem and we needed to land in
Honolulu. We waited in a 4 hour line up to receive our voucher for our hotel stay, with our luggage, car seats
and sleeping children on the floor. No priority was given to families with children. Onboard, the seats do not
recline. You cannot have a drink of water unless you buy a bottle. No cash is accepted, only credit cards.
One toilet did not work on our way to Maui. Two toilets did not work on our way back. The front passengers
were so cold while the back passengers were wearing tank tops and fanning themselves from the heat. If
they put the air-conditioning on for the back passengers, the front passengers were freezing. The flight
attendants were mostly wonderful. We will never fly with this airline again.

I was scheduled to leave Maui for Bellingham, WA on November 26, 2012 at 7.20 am. Plane was 8.5 hours
delayed. Once plane left, we had mechanical issues, a fuel leak, and had to turn around and land in Honolulu.
Once in Honolulu we waited over 3 hours for a hotel voucher. It was very disorganized and all passengers,
especially those with children were angry, and tired! We finally left Honolulu at 5.20 pm on Monday night.
Now 34 hours delayed. Many of us missed work! The flight crew on the return flight were not very
accommodating considering the ordeal.

On Nov 25 at 9.10 am we were scheduled to fly from Honolulu to Stockton, California. Arrival time was to be
4.15 pm. After sending us to the wrong terminal and gate, we eventually found the correct one. At 9 am we
were told there would be a 2 hour delay. No further information. The delay was extended to 3.30 pm due to
mechanical problems. Eventually gave us a free soft drink and later an $8 meal voucher. For the 3 vouchers
in our party we were able to buy 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips. After more delays we finally departed at
5.30 pm. Advised we would receive a $25 voucher for future flights. Finally arrived in Stockton at midnight
local time. It took 30 minutes to receive our luggage. We experienced a 7.5 hr. delay.

Flight 1002 from Phoenix-Mesa to Oakland / San Francisco. First told flight delayed to 8.40 from 6pm, then
the flight had not left Oakland yet, now 10.40pm arrival. The plane arrives and we board, the flight gets on
tarmac and Pilot says the plane now has a mechanical problem. Back to the gate, boarded a new plane, on
the tarmac again but now the runway at Oakland is closing. Pilot cancels flight at 1am, back to the gate to
de-plane. As we, de-plane for the second time, no offer to change flights to another carrier, no information on
alternatives. I go up to the desk to ask what is going on and what is going to happen to our flight, I get a
telephone number handed to me saying I don't know anything call this number. I call the number but no
information yet. Everyone on the flight pretty much agreed this was the worst flight ever and was handled
very poorly.

My husband and I flew out of Harrisburg on Thanksgiving night to St Pete. The front desk was terrific! She
changed our seats so that we could be together. The flight arrived 10 minutes early, both to St Pete and on our return
trip back to Harrisburg. The seats were leather, comfy and did recline on our way home. The attendants on both
flights were sweet, relaxed and extremely social with passengers. Yes, you have to pay $2 for a soda. Snack boxes are
$4-$5 and were packed with lots of treats! What a treat to fly from my local airport to St Pete's local airport. No
crowds, no waiting and excellent customer service from all!

Flew from Fargo to Las Vegas in early November. No problems and all Allegiant staff seemed professional
and helpful. The only thing that bugs me about this airline is the game they play with consumers with
hidden fees, extra charges and slippery website. I'll probably fly again. We purchased a package deal
through Allegiant and were disappointed.

Flying with friends and family to Maui. A 4.15 departure. Plane boarded on-time and that was the extent of
the positives. At 5 pm apparently we were waiting for some maintenance sign off? Shortly after told to
deplane and that a part was needed, likely wouldn't arrive until 9pm. At 6.30pm told the flight would be
cancelled. Reluctantly provided with a hotel for the evening, however, bags took another 1.5 hours to get off
the plane for some reason. Finally get into the hotel at approx 9pm. Was told to arrive by 4am for a 6am
departure the next day. On arrival at 4am no Allegiant staff on site. Eventually one person shows up to a
long line of upset passengers. As we are start to check in we are now told the flight is delayed to 11am.
Sitting in the airport as we speak, not sure what's happening, kids upset, family frustrated. It's not worth
saving a few bucks. Worst travel experience, worst customer service.

November 8, return November 11, Springfield, MO to Mesa, AZ. No major problems with our flights, on time
each way. Return flight we had checked in online and were assigned seats together but upon checking bag
and getting boarding passes my wife and I were not seated together. Fortunately the adjacent passenger
voluntarily changed seats with my wife. Crew efficient on both flights, friendly and helpful. Return to
Springfield was interesting as the field was fogged in and the flight had to circle twice until threshold was OK
for landing, but we were still on time.

Flew BUF to Bullhead City on charter to Laughlin, NV. Flown several times on Allegiant, but this was the
worst. Of all the flights out we have never left on time. Plane is always late to arrive, which of course means
a late arrival. The front toilet decided to become unavailable as I was next in line. The two back ones were
not reachable because the cart was in the aisle and there was no way to get around without sitting on
someone's lap. It took forever for that cart to move, no help from the front FA. When the cart finally arrived
at our row, there was no water, only certain canned soda, no cups. Unreal how this plane was not prepared
for the amount of passengers. Then upon departure, had to get to airport at 6.30 am. Plane at gate was not
ours as we found out 1 hr or so later. Plane had to be sent in from LV due to mechanical problems. FA's were
great, only offered crackers and 1 drink on way home. Seats don't recline. I will probably have to fly this
airline again as it works with the hotel and charter trips. Just hope they get some improvements.

I have taken Allegiant flights many times to Las Vegas and Hawaii. Most flights were on time and some were
delayed because of weather and airport problems that you cannot blame on the airline as it is beyond their
control. Delays are part of the airline business and I have paid a lot more for far worse flights on other
airlines.

This trip was the first time flying this airline and it certainly will be our last. The coming flight was delayed 3
hours. The explanation they gave us was that one crew member was missing and they had to wait for
another. Flight home delayed 2 hours. We would now be landing at 11.30 pm. Such an inconvenience since
we had to ask someone to pick us up.

Non stop service LAS-EUG. Flight attendants were nice, was offered ice for the drink I brought with me. Had a
smooth ride with a clean plane. Seats are a little smaller, I am a large person and fitted well, unlike my extra
large neighbor. I travel with only my carry on and a backpack (no additional fees for luggage), I buy my own
drink and candy bar before boarding (no need to buy their $2 coke), I did spend the additional $ to choose my
seat, but it was my choice. In short, I had a positive experience, I will return home using the same airlines
next Monday.

This was a family (4 adults, a 4 year old and a 18 month old) planned trip well in advance from Newport
News Virginia to Sanford, Florida. It started out with the counter personnel not really knowing what she was
doing, we also found out we had been charged for 6 seats when we requested 5 seats and a lap baby, we
finally found someone through numerous phone calls who corrected the situation. Also charged 35 dollars per
bag. Flight to Orlando was smooth, but beware, you are charged for anything you order. After a week, we
tried to pre-board the night before (Friday) our flight for Saturday morning and could not. After numerous
calls to the airline, we finally got someone to talk to. Then informed that our flight the next morning was
cancelled and we had been placed on a flight first thing Monday morning. No other flights going out of
Sanford that weekend, luckily we found a US Airways flight for the same morning out of Orlando for the same
price. Needless to say I would recommend this airline to anyone!

Both airports boarded the plane from the front to the back so you had to wait while they cleared the aisle
before you could get to the back of the plane. It would have been much faster to load from the rear forward!
I could have got a better seat if I had waited.
