✅ Trip Verified | After many hours of travel, transit stops, line-ups and delays on arrival at PET airport we were astounded to find an approximately 200 person line-up for taxi service. This fiasco was being "managed" by an, utterly incompetent, clearly disturbed taxi "marshal" in charge of the disaster who spent his time haranguing clients and screaming at anybody near him. It is sad that a fool like this can make travel through the airport so very unappealing.

✅ Trip Verified | Arrived from Moncton, waited five minutes for ramp crew to arrive, after plane was at the gate waited 19 minutes for crew to open the door. Food selection is deplorable, Sat in area at Gate 50 with electric outlets, neither receptacle on each side of my seat nor any of the USB outlets worked.

Not Verified | Horrible airport to transfer through. We had tickets on Air Canada and when they cancelled our flight we were re-booked on United who also managed to cancel and we had a nightmarish experience trying to get back home. Noone was helpful, we had to pau for our own hotels, taxi fares, food and not a word of apology from the incompetent airline staff that screwed up our tickets in the first place. To be avoided at all cost for my future travel. Only positive is the smaller size and manageable lines for security and customs, else I was very disappointed with the transfer experience in Montreal

Not Verified | Delay after delay and no update to the board. According to the screen at my gate we are supposed to board 40 mins ago, still no update. Also, they blast a really loud high-pitched sound randomly for minutes at a time. Employees just aren't communicating, and we are all kept out of the loop.

Not Verified | There were limited facilities available, the airport looked dirty, cramped spaces, delayed flights, and poor communication with the staff. This airport needs more upgrading and more restaurants and lounges for passengers to relax in.

✅ Trip Verified | Efficient immigration followed by a ridiculously long wait (40 minutes) for bags to be delivered. Same experience last time I arrived here, so it looks like a systemic problem. As a result I missed my onward travel connection, costing me $90+. There is no excuse - the airport was not busy and the weather was fine. I often travel through much busier airports and bags are arriving as you reach the carrousel. Come on, Montreal, get this sorted!

✅ Trip Verified | I have traveled to/from this airport three times. Every time there has been an issue. This is one of the worst airport I have ever been in, they are disorganized and incompetent.

✅ Trip Verified | This is the most inept and unorganized organized Airport I have ever been to. We were in line for security for a connecting flight for 3.5 hours causing us to miss our plane. They had one metal detector. 2 custom counters open for about 300 people. Once we got through and had to get new tickets the gate was incorrect on the tickets. It added 5 hours to our travel time. I will never fly through this airport again. Ridiculous.

✅ Trip Verified | The airport is OK in terms of cleanliness, signs asking people to wear mask is almost everywhere. I am writing this review to point out one of the agents handling the boarding of flight AC307 to Vancouver. She was so loud and rude to the people. You can not help to compare her with the other agent who was soft spoken, very polite and pleasant. She was yelling at the top of her voice directing people and a big surprise to me aside from her rudeness is her not wearing a face mask. She even got upset when I pointed out that she should not yell at me because I am waiting for my friend to finish her thing with the luggage. She directed me to a sitting area with a threatening message "do not let me repeat my instructions", I find this an abuse of power over people who just want to get home. This lady should not be working with people as she does not have the energy to do that. I am an aeroplan member and always fly Air Canada but with this kind people manning their departure gate, I would probably have to think twice booking a flight with them.

Not Verified | I have never experienced such utter chaos and disorganization of an airport in my life. There were hundreds of people huddled and blockaded in a corridor. Trying to get to connecting flights while waiting for our luggage to clear customs. It was completely unsafe as the agents asked us to push everyone back which almost created a stampede. There are people in wheelchairs that were worried. They're clearly isn't serious lack of leadership and safety at the Montreal airport. I will never fly through there again. I was yelled at by a TSA agent for moving a bag of my own which I was not. Her co-worker was moving it. Absolute insanity
