✅ Trip Verified | The flight was delayed more than two hours. The aircraft could not take off due to technical problem. When this occurs it is obvious that the repair will take long hours but the pilot decided to stall us inside the airplane for an hour or more. The flight is now further delayed when we could have boarded right after the pilot identified the problem. Thai airways did not bother to compensate nor even provide the passengers with refreshments and we were assigned to board the plane following a bus ride. I will never travel Thai Airways again. How are you going to compensate me the two hours I lost. Okay they gave refreshments before boarding, I don’t understand why before boarding?

✅ Trip Verified | The worst management I have ever experienced. The flight was already delayed by 2 hours and when we finally boarded, we sat for 4 hours in the plane without taking off and then we were informed the flight was grounded. We waited for 12 hours to be rescheduled without food or water! We received a measly compensation of lounge use that too 4 hours before our departure which was at night! So during the day I had to wander around trying to find a space to sleep comfortably. Extremely appalling service! Would never recommend.

✅ Trip Verified | Used to be the good airline in past but very disappointing to travel with Thai Airways this time. I have reserved three seats prior to flight but very disappointed to know during boarding that they have changed my seats when asked the reason staff said that seats are not reclining, very sad to check during flight that other passengers were sitting there comfortably without any issues. Moreover, staff was not very friendly who interact with us. Food was worse as well. Only thing I like was the timing, flights were on time.

✅ Trip Verified | I boarded in Frankfurt because of the storm to avoid having to take the 1st flight that didn't go: rebooking costs € 1100! Beware of Thai Airways. Been trying to get in touch about this for a month now, no response just that the email has been forwarded. Thoroughly bad in and in a sick money-hungry society, never had such bad service and high costs. Unbelievable. Ben vanwege de storm in Frankfurt ingestapt om de 1e vlucht die toch niet ging niet te hoeven nemen: omboeken kosten € 1100! Pas op voor Thai air. Probeer nu al een maand contact hier over te krijgen geen reactie alleen dat de mail is doorgestuurd. Door en door slecht in en in verziekt geld beluste maatschappij nog nooit zulke slechte service en hoge kosten gehad. Ongelofelijk

✅ Trip Verified | Return leg, flight crew were better as start of the day, food same not great, wine same 2 of each. Plane was cleaner. Entertainment not great, wifi so so.

✅ Trip Verified | Very average business now, seats are poor compared to others, choice of food and quality poor. Wines basically red or white ( 2 of each ) Service was ok, but plane looked a little tired. Plane delayed. Price no cheaper than Cathay via Hong Kong. Thai airways is struggling, not the airline it once was.

✅ Trip Verified | I was 4 months pregnant and travelled alone. I requested a female air hostress to help me put my carry on luggage on the shelf. She complained immediately to her male co-staff. He told if you can bring the luggage then you should carry it. There is no law that we should do this. This time we will do but even if you are pregnant there is no law that tells to help a pregnant person put the luggage on shelf. Both the staffs were so rude and he shouted in front of whole passengers. The law says not to help a pregnant woman travelling alone but what about moral ethics? If your own mother travels with luggage won’t you expect there would be someone to help her on her way? Totally disappointed and upset. Will never travel in Thai airways again

Not Verified | It was a wonderful flight. The seat was comfortable and the food and service was great! The Thai airways cabin crew was happy and smiling every time. It looks that they love to do their job. And also liked the footrest by the seat it was very comfortable most airlines don’t have footrest anymore. I look forward to fly Thai airways again! See you soon!

✅ Trip Verified | Thai Airways used technology to replace various in flight and check in services without a correction/verification feature or providing human support for their technical error. Countless attempted contacts were made via phone calls and emails minutes after error was spotted, everyday for 2 consecutive weeks before trip took place. Assumed that I would be in the safe hand, but no, I was charged extra for no service provided and being held hostage for more payment at the airport check in counter by Thai airways operators. As Thai Airways operators claimed, they are not from the same department, they cannot offer a resolution, they do not know their system, and most unexpectedly they claimed they are not employees of Thai Airways! After hearing these from them, all I thought was to get out of that place immediately and never use them again. I made another payment again, repacked baggage, and dashed through the security clearance check points and the airport to my boarding with less than 1 hour as that operator held hostage to my check in bags. In all reasonable manners, airport manager was not empowered enough to manage the situation and their operators emotions; implemented technology should be well learned and supported if any system restrictions by the operators - obnoxious resistance result to failed implementation; and all passengers should be extended with a peace of mind in traveling, not being expected to pacify it's frustrating employees and dealt with their illiterate knowledge of its own system, and be able to answer why charging passenger when service was not provided to avoid the dispute and stay effective. I will avoid using Thai airways till a positive change observed. Unfortunately, from worse to catastrophic experience this time.

✅ Trip Verified | We flew back from Osaka to Bangkok by Thai Airways but on Economy class this time. The check-in was very smooth and fast. We sat on preferred seat (48 K) and the seat was quite comfortable. Cabin crew were very friendly and helpful. My friend who travel with us had problem with his sat and the male cabin crew was very helpful to change his seat close to us. The food was delicious (we ordered Thai red curry with rice) and the service was excellent. The male crew was very friendly and helpful during the flight. Excellent.
