JFK-Qatar-Delhi and back. My boyfriend and I, who are over 6 ft tall were worried about the long flight from
JFK to New Delhi, but the seat pitch was the roomiest I have had on an airline. I'm gluten free and they had
special meals (that weren't too bland) ready and waiting. The IFE had plenty of recent and classic movies.
Staff friendly, nothing extraordinary. Mostly, the seat pitch and IFE did it for me. Would definitely fly them
again if possible.

Bangkok - Doha - Manchester. Check in at Bangkok was seamless. Lounge in Bangkok very comfortable, food
and beverages very average. Boeing 777 business cabin is superb for working, relaxing and sleeping. Airbus
330 business cabin is a poor imitation of the 777. Doha lounge is an excellent facility except during peak
periods. From landing at Manchester to exiting the terminal it took 15 minutes.

BUD-DOH-SGN. Very full A320 departed early. Food served was okay, the toilet line was up to 20 people at
times. The in-flight announcements in English were almost inaudible and I had to ask a cabin attendant
about the instructions for arrival in Doha as I couldn't hear them. We had a 8.5 hr layover in Doha, after
going through all the arrival formalities at the airport, then waiting on the bus for 11 minutes, then the 15
minute drive to the hotel, then the wait for check-in to be completed, we finally got to bed at 1am. We had a
05.00 call for a quick breakfast before being bussed back to the airport by 06.15. I concede that 4 hours sleep
in a bed is better than 6 hours on an airport seat! The next flight leg DOH-BKK was on a packed 777-300.
Boarding procedures were haphazard and only the rear stairs were used to load all economy passengers.
Pushback was 08.35 but take-off was at 08.55. Flight would have been uneventful but for an uncontrolled 5
year old boy who was running up and down both aisles. It wasn't until several passengers complained that
cabin attendants took any action. Food was okay and the Oryx entertainment system is also okay, but not
brilliant in its program choices. The only comedy on offer was old American sitcoms etc. with no British
humour that I could find.

LHR-SIN-LHR on B777 (3 legs) and A330 (1 leg) in Nov/Dec 2012. 777 is excellent, lots of space and a very
comfortable seat, whether in recline or flat. The A330 is, by comparison, a rather poor effort. The seat isn't
particularly comfortable in any position and there is much less personal space. QR service remains excellent
and the staff are, in general, superb. Food/wine was excellent on the 777 legs (afternoon tea on the LHR-
DOH leg was very nice) but not so impressive on the A330. QR still, in my opinion, as good as it gets in the
sky. Roll on the new airport though as the premium terminal at DOH is far too small for the numbers using it
and the size/number of bathrooms, in particular, remains woefully inadequate.

My wife and I flew Business class Singapore to Dubai (via Doha) in November 2012. Flight was on time, the
service and food were excellent and we were able to sleep on a very comfortable flat seat. The spacious new
777 cabin was a pleasure to travel in!

QR091, DOH-ARN, Airbus A330-200. Cabin crew smiling, polite and helpful during boarding and the entire
journey. Seat was very comfortable with good recline and a leg rest. Overall, the plane was new and clean. It
also featured a mood lighting system, but only during decent and landing. Both cabin and cockpit crew
announcements were clear and easy to follow, but volume was very high which was a bit bothersome during
night flight. Departure was about 30 minutes delayed but no information about the reason was given.

QR613, BKK-DOH, Boeing 777-300ER. Seats were ok, good recline but no leg rest. Food was good, tasty and
vegetables were not overcooked as usual. Cabin crew not very attentive as I tried to hand my bag over to FA
to lift it up to the overhead lockers before departure, one FA just ignored me completely and the other just
told me to keep it under the seat in front. In overall, cabin crew seemed unmotivated. IFE-system was
excellent, but seat-to-seat calling did not work. Both cockpit and cabin crew announcements were unclear and
hard to follow.

Kuwait-Doha-Kochi (India). The Airplane was neat and fairly new. In Flight staff courteous and friendly. Seat
had enough leg room. Food was good (I had pre-ordered my food when buying the tickets online). Inflight
entertainment was good. The only issue I felt was once the flight landed. The concept of being transported
by shuttle bus to the terminal was time consuming to say the least. The short lay over did not help matters
either, once the new airport opens up by June 2013 all these issues will be a thing of the past.

BRU-DOH A330, rather disappointed at dated plane Brussels to Doha, seats were not very comfortable and
box for the inflight entertainment system meant you couldn't fully stretch your legs under the seat. IFE was
old and when announcements were made you had to go back and rewind to before the announcement. The
design also meant that any pressure on the arm rest remote control could lead to fast forward or stop the
movie. The catering was good though and I liked the fact they served champagne even in Economy class.
Cabin crew attentive and often came around with refreshments. Arrival into Doha was delayed, transfer onto
the next flight was an unpleasant experience as at Doha airport - overcrowded and bus transfers instead of
gates.

Kuala Lumpur - Doha - Cairo in Economy. First flight on A330. Check in staff was generous, did not charge for
my excess luggage. Offered sweets and refreshing towel before take off. Hot towel service before dinner was
a nice touch. Meals were tasty as usual and drinks were offered regularly on this 7 hrs 50 mins flight. Doha -
Cairo flight was on 77L, everything was alright. Cabin crew attentive and professional. My only complaint is
the entertainment box on A330 below passenger seat restrict the legroom and it was so uncomfortable for 7
hours flight, they should use 777 on KUL - Doha flight.

Travelled from Washington Dulles to Doha and Doha to Bangkok. All flights departed on time. Inflight meals
and cabin staff were fantastic. I do hope that the new terminal will be opened very soon as the current
boarding situation is not very good.

CAI-DOH-KUL return in business class. B777-300er on CAI-DOH-CAI, A330-200 on DOH-KUL-DOH. Check-in in
Cairo was smooth. First class lounge in CAI is bad in every aspect. Food onboard was delicious. The Premium
terminal was as usual superb but it tended to get crowded after midnight. The IFE was good with noise-cancelling headphones, screen was better on B777. The lavatory and space was also bigger in B777. Check-in
in KUL was not good. They used MAS Golden lounge in KLIA which was good with a lot of choices of food.
Went to the gate and found the flight was delayed 2 hours. Got priority boarding and arrived in Doha a little
bit late. Baggage came out first. Paid business but experienced first class service.

Manchester-Doha-Bangkok. Qatar use the Escape lounge in Manchester which was stocked with a dozens of
sandwiches, more for display than anything else I guess as they looked unappetizing, selection of nuts,
cakes and biscuits. First leg on an A330, the crew were excellent however and I particularly enjoyed the
English afternoon tea. Entertainment system had a great music audio selection. On arrival in Doha was
bussed over to the exclusive business departure lounge. Bangkok leg was on a Boeing 777 and the business
seats are the best I've sat in. Again the crew were excellent. On arrival in Bangkok had to wait around the
baggage carousel until my bag appeared amongst the economy baggage.
