HKG-DOH-CDG, BCN-DOH-HKG. IFE System was broken, footrest was jammed, Boarding in DOH disorganized, I am a Gold Privilege
Member and there is no announcement/accommodation for priority boarding unless you ask from it from the
staff who are also busy with the other pax. Usually fly Business with QR, for this particular trip I flew,
Economy for the first time with QR and I experienced how limited the benefits are of being a Gold Member.
It doesn't really give you much when travelling in economy, especially when transiting to DOH.

LHR-Doha-KUL business class. The services of cabin crew and inflight facilities of B777-300 are highly commendable.
Horrible hostess at Heathrow Airport check-in counter. Generally, however, all other services are
first class - a special mention must be made to the Qatar Lounge at Heathrow Airport where all the
staff, including the cleaner, are very friendly. Even the cabin crew are fantastic and helpful.

CEB-DOH-JFK-DOH-CEB. Good cabin Service, Very comfortable seats, I love flying their 777s.
There was some problem with the IFs midway, after a few resets and after I finished my movies, I just
opted to sleep the rest of the trip. All in all, a good flight.

Singapore-Doha-Berlin return. Singapore to Doha flight was very good, with flat bed seating and good service.
Doha to Berlin in a short-haul type business seating, with was uncomfortable and the service and catering did
not reach the same standard.

AUH-CKG via DOH return. Arrival AUH realized my companion was on earlier flight. Quickly resolved, with upgrade.
After boarding DOH-CKG, sat on apron for 90 minutes without information. Arrived CKG two hours late. Seats comfortable
enough but not bflatbed. Large-format screen with excellent range of entertainment. Service very attentive.
CKG-DOH old fashioned and rather tatty seating with very uncomfortable gap (for me) in small of back, and IFE small screen.
Despite pre-order, no vegetarian food option in business section; crew did their best to mix and match. Arrived DOH 0300,
two hours early, lounge open, but no food or beverages until 0500. Outbound : 9/10 - with bonus mark for last-minute ticket change.
Return : 6/10.

Melbourne - Doha - Stockholm return. Great staff, good wine, but their 777s (on the Melbourne leg) have the
worst beds and bedding I've experienced. In flight entertainment - while offering a reasonable choice, it was
almost impossible to use. Awkward remote controls and the seats are too far away to use the easier touch
commands in the approved seating conditions. Never thought I'd have to complain about too much room!

QR613 28/7/2012 Business Class left Bangkok on time. Business class empty, breakfast and service very
good, we were offered a snack and drink before landing. QR512 First Class, left on time, late lunch option
was of good standard, but as its Ramadan no alcohol was offered, this was the same in the deserted First
and Business Class Lounges in Doha. Whilst I understand that this is an important Islamic time, not to serve
alcohol to others is I think wrong, most Muslims on the plane were eating, so why not alcohol to others. I
have lowered food and drink due to this.

Oslo-Bangkok return in July. Multiple segments and aircraft. Boarding in Oslo free for all, ie chaotic. Less
than half full cabin, but they ran out of the salmon before coming to take my order. Tried vegetarian dish
which was awful. Bangkok-Doha I had a roast beef sandwich which was rubbery. Doha-Oslo opted for the
cheese plate. They were served frozen. The seats are good, their prices very competitive, and their staff
outstanding. I will travel with them again, but will not fly hungry. The premium terminal in Doha is a better
option for a decent meal than in flight.

Flew Bangkok to Hanoi return in business. 777 was very comfortable as always. VOD is one of the best

QR 46 on 11 May 2012, Manchester to Doha I became ill to the point of nausea and vomiting. I was cared for in the
most professional and compassionate manner, the medication and placement in a makeshift bed of four seats changed a
nightmare situation into one of relative comfort. I would like to say a special thank you to Qatar airways and in
particular to the Senior Stewardess.

DOH-MAD on 777-300ER. Aircraft was clean and felt new. Departed and arrived on time. Cabin crew were nice
and willing to help passengers, the woman next to me had a problem with her IFE, and the FA's promptly
helped her. Food was ok, however I am realizing that the food is slipping. Seats were comfortable, with a
generous pitch and width. Overall, a good experience with Qatar Airways, but not as good as usual.

NBO-BOM-NBO - satisfied with the quality of service. As I was travelling with an infant my review will focus
on the infant-friendliness. The crew was helpful from the ground service in NBO to the in-flight crew. I was
given bulkhead seating for all segments and the crew readily helped me when I needed the bassinet put in.
Ground staff at NBO gave me priority boarding. The one issue I did have was that once the bassinet was put
in, it was hard for whoever was on the window seat to get up. If they could they should change this. The food
also didn't excite me but no airline has ever pleased me in that department.

Melbourne to Istanbul / Paris to Melbourne. Outward bound and return was excellent. Service and comfort first
class. The lie flat beds were comfortable and being over 6 ft I could stretch out without my feet hanging over
the end of the seat. I actually got some sleep, something I don't normally do on long haul flights. The in-
flight food and range of wines was very good. The lounge used in Paris was not so good with limited service.
The Premium lounge in Doha was very good but crowded. The bussing from the Premium terminal will be
overcome within 12 months which will make the experience better.

HBE-DOH-BKK, First and Business. The First leg in First on an old 320, typical on this route. No individual
screens, but a DVD player given to you. Food was excellent as was the wine. Second leg on 777, new
configuration, only 24 Business seats instead of 42, service was attentive, but feel standards are dropping
compared to others. Breakfast was good.

We were a party of 6, aged from 18 months to 83 years old travelling LHR-DOH-MEL in Feb 2012 and return
Mar 2012. No real problems, only slight inconveniences! Staff friendly and efficient on all flights. No 'child's'
meals provided for 3 year old - she was served same meal as us, unfortunately she didn't eat much as it was
not to her taste. Luckily we had food for the 18 month old with us, so she didn't go hungry. The 18 month old
was too big for the provided bassinet, so we made her a bed on the floor, only to be told to pick her up as it
was against health and safety! The only other problem we had was that we were not allowed to take drinks
through Doha on to our flight to Melbourne for the children, so had to bin 6 cartons of juice. Having said all
that I would happily travel with them again.

the flight was not on the A380 , I will gladly make the extra stop to travel to Doha for the service I received.

Qatar airways announce at the end of every flight that passengers should check in online. I am a gold
privilege member and for the third time in succession I have not been able to use the online check in facility.
I will admit the staff are friendly and helpful but having flown with QA about 16 times in the past 18 months
I have to say that standards are slipping. I think its time to consider alternative airlines.

MAN-DOH-DXB-DOH-MAN. I have flown with the airline since the beginning and I am a privilege member.
Planes are now starting look tired and not clean, baking hot and not a seat spare anywhere. My seat got
changed on my return flight home due to a 'plane change'. It was only later I found out that the earlier flight
was cancelled and the two flights then amalgamated into one. I feel sorry for the returning passengers who
must have been delayed overnight at Doha for this. No fast track at Doha, no perks at all. Surly check in staff
and no existent drinks on return flight back from Doha. All in all very disappointing and I am due to fly again
with them in a few weeks. I will be looking into the possibility of changing to another airline.

CDG-DOH-BKK return, and they lived up to 5 star rating standards we expected. Modern airplanes, chairs very
comfortable and so much improved to Emirates who we
flewn last year. The cabin personnel were nice on all of these routes, and food very excellent by airplane standards. The transiting in Doha was hot and a little slow, but
they are showing the new airport in Qatar to open soon. I think then it will be an unbeatable airline!

Had access to the business lounge in Doha which was very convenient. My son left his jacket in the cabin
and their guest services were very helpful as they returned it to us quickly. Excellent staff with professional
but friendly attitudes, kids were busy with the entertainment for the 12 hour flight. Every member of the
cabin crew greeted us with a genuine smile! Seats had more legs space than any other airline that I have
flown with. Aircraft was relatively new and was kept in great condition. My kids loved the ceiling affects as
it was a night time flight. We all thoroughly enjoyed the flight and will definitely be traveling with Qatar
Airways again for sure. They also supplied the kids with enough toys to keep them happy for the entire flight.
The food was great and we all loved the desserts that were given.

CPT-DOH-BRU. In my opinion, this airline does not deserve 5 star ranking. CPT-DOH new 777-300er, comfortable seat, enough space. Staff unfriendly, food poor, selection of beverages poor, flight entertainment average. Stopover in Doha is a nightmare.
Second flight was better, although the plane was older and seat less comfortable, food was good, staff very attentive and friendly.

Paris-Doha-Singapore, and I flew back to London Heathrow. This was the best economy class trip I have taken, and while my first time with
Qatar Airways, I will certainly come back. Flights were all near full, but seat comfort is so much better that Air France and British Airways that
I have used this year. Staff were really efficient, lots of mixed nationalities but most were friendly. Meals great by economy class standards,
and inflight entertainment has loads to watch - and it all worked properly. Had read some reviews here before travelling them, and would agree
with many others that they are a good 5 star quality airline. Well done!

Flew IST-DOH-MEL. Best Turkey to Australia scheduled flight times of any airline. As with others, two
different aircraft, Doha to Melbourne leg was virtually forward facing fully flat bed, comfort, service and menu
were superb. However two big failings - mouse type entertainment system awkward at best, very frustrating
to use. Movie selection and menu layouts and usability of entertainment system are only average. The
major frustration though - only 3 showers at Doha lounge for hundreds of transiting business travellers -
forget trying to have a shower on your stopover unless you are lucky. I could hardly even get a place to sit
down. A little overrated at the moment but when they sort out their new terminal in Doha they will be well
worth travelling, especially if they keep prices affordable.

LHR-DOH-BKK return. BKK plane more modern then plane to LHR, pre-booked vegetarian option very poor. DOH-LHR older
plane with only 4 toilets for Economy at the back, 1 was out of order from middle of the flight. My TV did not
work. Person in front reclined their seat completely, person behind complained so and we had to put our seat up,
nightmare as we did not have much room. The Qatar Airways staff who were friendly and helpful but food and planes
not up to 5 star, standards went down substantially since the last time we flew Qatar.

MEL-DOH-CDG-IST-DOH-MEL. First time flying Qatar. Economy seats not too bad, however very
uncomfortable when the person in front fully reclines their seat as they are almost sitting in your lap. My
AVOD was not working on the MEL-DOH leg, therefore did not get to see any movies, therefore am giving a
poor rating. The crew on the Istanbul to Doha leg was good, and Doha to Melb the crew was excellent.
Transfers at Doha not as bad as has been previously reported. It ran smoothly, and the staff were very
helpful. We also purchased entry to the Oryx Lounge on our return as we had a 6 hour layover, and was well
worth the $US40.

CPH-DOH-BKK-HAN. Product consistent and professional. No delays. Kind check-in staff, highly co-operative.
Terrible routing for the travel (too many stops). Good and serious attendance by FAs. Flights were all full, but
the FA managed well and all options as announced on website (food and drinks) were available. No selection
option for beer. Plenty of toys for infants/children. Doha Airport is still a nightmare of busses, huge queues at
security check, forced to gate almost an our prior to departure, preventing lounge visit due to deprived time.
Airbus CPH-Doha provide only little leg space while Boeing 777-300 to BKK/HAN was much better. Hot meals
(2 options) and/or hot sandwich (2 options) on all sectors. Generous luggage allowance, cheap ticket, and
instant credit of miles earned on Q-miles FFP.

MEL-DOH-IST (March 2012): Terrible flight MEL to DOH with me having to buzz 4 times to get a drink of
anything. Got up in the end and walked to the back of the flight myself to let them know I wasn't happy.
The movie selection did not interest me at all. Food was average. DOH-IST was a completely different flight
with good service from staff and excellent food. Compared to first leg and first time ever with Qatar it gave
me mixed opinions of the airline which I would make final decision of on my return. IST-DOH-MEL. June 2012
(IST-DOH) The entertainment screens in our 3 seated row did not work. I told the hostesses 3 times and
every time they said they would reset mine but never came back to check to see if anything had actually got
better or confirm they had done it. Trying to get to the toilet if they are serving anything with carts is
hopeless. You cant get through as there is no extra space and the collecting of meal plates was slow and
people were back up in the aisles trying to get to the few toilets the plane has. Food average (DOH-MEL)
Comfortable seats and entertainment screen worked but they should not be touch screens unless you want
someone behind you banging their screen really hard and you feeling that vibration while they make their
selection or worse still play games that require them to hit the screen to make selections. Quite annoying.
Food was better, service was better. Overall: If I can find another airline that travels to Turkey from
Melbourne with quick flying time I will go with them. I can't rave about Qatar but I can rave about Singapore
Airlines who I have used in the past and in comparison are fantastic.

BRU-DOH-CGK-DOH-BRU, departing on 05/17/12 and return on 06/10/12. Fly this route several times a year,
usually flying SQ (from Schiphol) or EY and honestly: flying QR has the best price-quality. Staff was very
friendly and attentive, meals were good, as well as legroom and inflight-entertainment. 2 negative points:
transferring in Doha takes some time, due to the "tour de Qatar" you have to make by bus before reaching
the Departure-and-Transfer Terminal. Toilets on the flights to and from Jakarta were not that clean, due to
the Asian habit of using wet toilets. After all a good experience and I can recommend flying QR.

MEL-DOH-DUB. Started out not too well in Melbourne with ground staff not using PA system to call flight, instead
they were shouting to us all at the gate and herding us like sheep. Flight left a bit late but made up time,
arriving on time. Flight was faultless, very comfortable seats, plenty of leg room, fantastic choice of
entertainment, great food and beverages regularly served on an overnight flight. Flight attendants very friendly
and attentive. I had a quick transfer at Doha to connect with my Dubai flight, and this was faultless. The only
issue was that my checked luggage did not arrive on my flight into Dubai, I had to wait until the next Qatar flight
arrived, which was about a 1 hour wait. Overall I was very happy and will fly Qatar again.

LHR-DOH-KUL experience was good however a bit disappointed as they change their aircraft from B777 to A330 & A340
where there's a metal box underneath window seats. Seat comfort was average, food was average but they serve lots
of it and drinks are serve very frequent. I hope they will consider to change KUL-DOH flights with a B777 instead
of Airbus.

My ratings are influenced by the fact that I had a 45 minute transit in Doha which resulted in my missing the
connection to Rome, even though my flight had arrived on time. Bags were tagged short transfer and I asked every
step of the way but was reassured that I was on a Qatar schedule and there would be no problems. There was no
attempt to get 6 of us off the arriving flight ahead of others etc. I lost a day of my holiday and my prepaid
accommodation cost. Generally, my flight was all right. The airline should ensure that flight and ground crew are
coordinated in getting passengers off a flight in time to catch the connecting one. I found toilets quite dirty at
times. No magazines or reading material on these flights. Entertainment with lots of choices but offered for 2
months running. I did like that their on-line check in. Few steps and quick and easy.

Heathrow to Hanoi in business on June 7th. The new Qatar LHR lounge is amazing, great staff, food and drinks, much
better than other airlines. Onboard we were welcomed by the purser who took time to meet and greet all passengers in
business by name, rest of the crew very polite and keen to help, good food, almost too much by the time we got to
Hanoi, nice selection of wines. Paid £1700 each return to Hanoi, excellent fare with a great airline. Yes you have
to transit in Doha and Bangkok on this route but worth the saving, premium terminal at Doha easy to use.

or crew service basically given the very high rating or Qatar, I had big expectations and finally turned out
disappointed. Doha Airport is very poor (waiting new terminal to open) and connection easy but very slow.

LHR-DOH-BKK Economy round trip. Online check-in no problem. No hassles at either end. All flights pretty
much on time. Cabin slightly more spacious than Emirates, but seats are the same. Cabin Crew much better
than Emirates as were the drinks and food choices. (The meals were excellent). IFE ok but there's better out
there. The only real problem was the transit through Doha - lots of bussing and a very basic terminal. Qatar
are very competitive on prices on this route but until the new terminal is completed I'll fly Emirates or Etihad.

IAD-DOH-BKK return. 773 on all flight segments. No complaints on seat comfort nor cabin crew level of
service, although each segment got progressively lower in "service with a smile." The problems I
encountered were with passengers, children with almost no parental control, theft of amenity kits and
blankets (even taking them off the plane) and an almost constant use of the restrooms which the cabin crew
had to lock them for take-off and landing!

Flew YUL-DOH-DAR earlier this year. Spacious seating despite being in economy. Travelled with a 5 year old
that was delighted with the entertainment, bag full of games and thoughtful, child friendly meals served in
lunch boxes with plenty of snacks. Snacks were good. Meals ( for adults) were average at best. Friendly,
attentive staff. Buses at the terminal in Doha are a bit tedious, feels like you drive forever from plane to
terminal, but hotel provided by the airline was clean, with amazingly friendly staff and great food. Will happy
fly Qatar again.

BUD-DOH-BKK-DOH-MXP. Budapest to Doha small A320, cabin crew very nice, quality of food served poor in
comparison to European carriers. Transfer at Doha a shame, 30 minutes standing in bus driving around Doha
airport after arrival. The transfer terminal is old, crowded and all facilities incl. toilets are bad. After standing
another 30mins on the bus for the BKK flight, a nice 777 with better legroom. Thai-sandwich served as night
snack again inedible. Crew attentive and flights on time.

Flew Paris CDG to Doha in economy. I must say Qatar airways lived up to expectations. Recent A340-600.
Seating 2-4-2, Qatar's is one of the few economy class where you can actually recline your seat without
ruining the trip of the passenger behind because of its generous legroom. IFE is good (a lot of choice on the
VOD, even though it lacked the kind of "light" movies I appreciate when flying), and the individual screen is
much bigger than any other I saw in Economy. Food is good, even the wine was OK. Full service with aperitif,
hot towels, coffee etc. On the return trip the service was of the highest standard, crew always available,
serving water before take off, and once between meals and smiling.

Doha to Bahrain flight. It's a very short one, but on the way in, we had a brand new 777-300ER, this plane is
a must in Economy class! I recently experienced a 12hr nightmare on a similar plane owned by a French
airline, and the Qatar one has nothing to compare, seating 3x3x3 instead of 3x4x3 changes completely the
situation. Legroom is excellent, the seat itself is comfortable and the screen is big, the 777 is better than
the A340-600 from the same company. On the return, had an A320 (better adapted to such a small trip),
configured short haul, but still with plenty of legroom.

My first exprience of QR 'down the back' on my most recent trip BKK-DOH-MAN. Their latest 777 operates the
BKK-DOH leg and was very comfortable, helped by the fact that there was nobody in the middle seat. Choice
of main course was fish or chicken. Chicken dish was available and ok. No separate drink run before dinner
and this meant getting my vodka with my meal. Very good coffee but served in a paper cup. Excellent
entertainment system on the 777 and very poor on the A330 to MAN. Flight to MAN was 2/3rds empty so
masses of space at the back as everyone had been placed in the front section of economy. The transit at
DOH was not as bad as I feared but the new airport will make the problems of transiting DOH a thing of the
past. Their was a mass exodus from the bus at the arrivals terminal only for most people to get back on for
the onward journey to the transit terminal. Had the plane been totally full I might have felt different but this
was a painless experience and the cheapest option of the Gulf Carriers flying nonstop into MAN.

CDG-DOH-SIN / HKG-DOH-CDG. Very good food and wine selection both on the outbound and on the return.
Smiling, attentive service throughout. The fully flat beds on the B777 (DOH-SIN) are vastly preferable to the
angled lie-flat seats on the A340 (CDG-DOH / DOH-CDG) and the A330 (HKG-DOH). The A330 seat was
particularly uncomfortable in the sleeping position and I would avoid flying this leg again on the same
aircraft. Other than that, overall a very pleasant trip.

HAN-BKK-DOH-CPH. Large, pleasant aircraft's throughout. Excellent service at check-in, with staff even
talking time to sort out FFP issues. Generous luggage assessment at check-in and advice on seating. The
product is persistent and predictable - on the verge becoming boring. Good seats - 2x4x2 or 3x3x3
configurations on the long hauls. Proactive staff, button calls normally answered quickly. We were a family
with infant and got special care and legroom. Catering generous. Food is good – choice of 2 rendered. Plenty
of soft-drinks though no guava, passion, grape, pear, berry or other more fancy juices. Wines were good with
4 options (2 Chilean and 2 French). Only one option for beer – onboard service obviously monopolised by
Heineken.

LHR-DOH-BKK BKK-DOH-LHR. The food options were very nice and service was quick. There were plenty of
drink runs and the inflight entertainment was plentiful with a lot of new releases. The return journey was
good. I checked in online on both legs and was given my correct seat. Doha airport isn't great but you can't
have everything. I would definitely use Qatar again.

SIN-DOH-LHR. Great, modern aircraft with comfortable seats. Travelled with 2 young children and cabin staff
could not have done more to help us - well looked after. Food good for airline food, inflight entertainment in
my opinion up to Emirates standards. Downside was the slow transfer in Doha! Luckily not too long there,
and looks like the new airport will open quite soon to make this a faultless experience. Give them a try - if
you get service like we did, it is unbeatable.

BKK-DOH-IAD-BOS. Return trip. Essentially same as reviewed on outbound journey. Qatar is consistent in
the product they offer. I requested and received a change to an exit row seat for the long haul DOH-IAD
segment. Transfer at Doha still no picnic but movement through security 5 times faster than Dulles! Meals
were just not my choices on these flights and FA's brought me alternates. FA's were superb. Though they
tried to keep up with the restrooms the overwhelming usage kept the rooms on the unpleasant side. AVOD
again excellent. Will use this airline again.

SIN-DOH-FCO return in economy class. All 4 flights departed and arrived on time. Check-in at SIN was ok.
Meanwhile, check-in at FCO was excellent, no queue even though the flight was full. SIN-DOH/DOH-SIN flight
on B777. DOH-FCO/FCO-DOH flight on A330. Inflight entertainment quality on B777 is much better than the
one on A330 even though the contents are the same. The one on B777 had a bigger and touchable screen
with a better screen quality. On A330, it was not a touch screen. Also, a navigation button on the controller
was spoilt. Hence, I had difficulty navigating through the menu. Seat on B777 was more comfortable than the
A330. On A330, there was a small metal box under the seat in front of my seat so I couldn’t fully stretch my
left leg. The foods and service from cabin crew were ok for all flights, nothing to complain about. There was a
video played when the plane was about to land at DOH airport that explained the arrival/transfer process
which I found very useful.

LHE-DOH-CDG. First leg in economy, second leg as silver member I was upgraded in business. Excellent
service on A340, lot of space for legs, good drinks (especially red wine and champagne), and amazing Arabic
breakfast. The only negative point: the hostesses did not circulate often but if you called them, they came
immediately. I have been travelling them for 8 years and I have never been disappointed. Always on time
and smiley staff. Highly recommended and many times cheaper than PIA or Emirates.

LHR-DOH-BKK return in Business Class. Starting with the new Qatar business lounge at T4 in Heathrow - this
is a definite 5 star experience! Service onboard is impeccable - the food and drink very good. The planes
itself were very comfortable - a mixture of B777 and A330. Boeing 777 had flat beds. Cabin crew were very
responsive and pleasant. Inflight entertainment is good although not the variety of Emirates. The premium
terminal at Doha is excellent and bussing is not a problem in our own bus. Duty free is also good in the
terminal. Qatar shares lounge facilities with Thai Airways in Bangkok and that was good. Very good flights.

BOS-IAD-DOH-BKK with United codeshare on BOS-IAD segment. Overall, they did not disappoint. Upon check-
in at IAD I was asked if I would like an exit row seat, which I did. I was the only person in the row so the
privacy and legroom was much appreciated on 12+ hour flight to DOH. Service throughout was excellent.
AVOD was great. Meals and menu choices were very good. Very much liked the fact that sandwiches,
cookies and ice cream were available on request. Breakfast service was a bit slow, hence the meal could
have been hotter. It was, however, delicious. FA's were always available. Restrooms were kept very clean
and well stocked. Amenity kits passed out on both segments. However, no drink runs were made
throughout the entire flight. The cutlery was plastic and coffee cups paper. Sad to say, the transfer at Doha
was not a pleasant experience. The off loading on to buses, security clearance, the more buses back to the
connecting flight were extremely tiresome and not well organized. I would not hesitate to use Qatar again
but will look forward to the opening of the new airport. As for the United codeshare. They took off on time
and managed not to misplace my luggage. Oh, and a free can of soda. Why anyone would choose UA over
Qatar mystifies me.

DPS-SIN on B777-300ER. 2hr+ direct flight. Meal was ok but I think Emirates serves better. Appreciate the
legroom, very spacious! Entertainment system is not bad, decent selection but lacks latest collection. I have
doubts on the service though, cabin crews were nowhere in sight after the distribution of meals. I pressed
the button thrice, but no one responded.

Dubai- Doha-Cape Town return. Flights were on time, AVOD was good and leg room was better than most
others, with only 9 seats across. Boarding in Dubai was very slow. However the overall experience was let
down by the poor quality food. Between Dubai and Doha we were served a sandwich. Breakfast from Doha to
Jo'burg was lukewarm and congealed. Another sandwich served before landing, again I have no idea what the
filling was. The only decent meal was on the relatively short flight between Jo'burg and Cape Town. There
were no menu cards and outbound no choice. I would also have liked service from a drinks trolley with drinks
offered before lunch or dinner, but this didn't happen.

BRU-DOH-SIN, CGK-DOH-BRU. Probably the best value for money I have flown. Areas where it could improve
are (1) consistency of service. A lot depends on the mood of the crew servicing the cabin even though quality
of foods and wines are top. (2) Lack of space at the transit lounge. It is hard to get a seat when you're part
of later arrivals. (3) Insufficient showers during peak hours and (4) a partnership in some alliance.

DXB-KUL via Doha Business Class. Service and food are excellent. Transit in Doha's premium terminal is
probably the fastest and most comfortable in the world for a large airline. Unless you are lucky to fly on a
777 with flat beds (used for US routes), uncomfortable reclining lie-flat are the seats you will get - terrible on
a night flight as was the case.
