OSL-CPH return. Ticket would have been quite expensive on this trip, but fortunately I had
enough bonus points to get a free ticket. Either way SAS` tickets were twice as expensive, so
no choice really. Used the self check-in machine on both OSL and CPH and had checked in and
gone through security in no time. On the flight down to Copenhagen we flew on a new 737-800
which was spotless. Cabin crew was nice and friendly. The flight back was not so positive - a
20 minutes delay. Our plane was an older 737-300 and it showed signs of age. However, the
seats were new, comfortable leather seats - not as clean, either. The crew explained that they
had chosen to try to have a short turn-around as possible, and I guess that makes sense. Crew
not as pleasant on this return flight, but all in all it was a satisfactory experience, and I
almost always prefer Norwegian over SAS.

LGW-OSL-TOS-LGW. Greeting and assistance at LGW by two Norwegian employees was exemplary and
set an excellent first impression. Regrettably this was not so at bag drop (contractor).
Cabin crew on all flights ambivalent and unfriendly. Norwegians own ground staff at LGW, and
OSL stand out as being good representatives for their company. Shame it doesn't extend to
cabin crew.

Dub-OSL. Normally I am happy with norwegian. This is not such a direct criticism of them, but
seeing as there is no way to add feedback or complaints to their website I hope they read this
and act on it. Check in at Dublin was very poor. Sky handling partners had only one person to
check in a whole flight (for at least 30 mins until someone else came and helped). This was
very frustrating, as there is no online check in, you have no option but to stand in line and
painfully watch the families and groups of travelers slowly check in. Flight was at least an
hour delayed. Scheduled departure time 1220, actual 1345. Why do they lie to you at the gate
and say expected time 1300 - totally unrealistic. As for the actual flight, no travel updates
from pilots along the way and not much of an apology for the delayed flight from FA's. As I
said though, this is the 1st time I have had anything negative to say. As for the previous
comment about bags. I actually like the lenient approach to cabin baggage. This allows for
me if I have a suitcase (which compared to Ryanair is very affordable especially if you wish
to take 2 bags) to carry heavier items in the hold and clothes in a duffel bag on board!

OSL-AGP. Since they charge extra for checked luggage, most passengers try to cram lots of
carry-on in the overhead lockers. Bags that are way bigger than the limits given on our
tickets. On arrival, I found that my suitcase didn't arrive. How this is even possible on a
non-stop flight is strange, but Norwegians attitude to passengers with lost luggage is
appalling. They do not answer their luggage enquiry line on weekend/holidays, and their
complaints department could only give me a number to their ground handling staff in Oslo. I've
tried numerous times, and waited on the phone for a very long time each time, but got no
reply. When calling back to Complaints to ask if they had any other suggestion, the girl I
spoke to got angry and slammed down her phone.

CPH-LGW-CPH same day. Obama in CPH and snowstorm in GB caused major delays in both
directions. The inflight crew were friendly and efficient. Lunch provided on the flight over
and drinks on return free of charge to compensate for delays. The problem with these new
airlines (in comparison to established ones) is when something goes wrong - for example major
delays - because there is no representation at the airports to advise passengers. Called the
airline to provide this as feedback. "I know" was the reply by the agent. Why doesn't
Norwegian do something about it then?

Copenhagen to Stockholm, booked 2 days before departure and the price was about the same as
for SAS premium economy on the same route. However the early SAS flight was on Christmas
pause, so had to fly Norwegian. The service was not even to the level of low economy with SAS.
No online check-in option, meaning you have to get your boarding pass at the airport, and have
to be there a lot earlier than strictly necessary. Flight turned out to be only a third full,
so i have difficulty understanding the rip-off price. Food for purchase on board was
reasonable in price, however no refills offered on the coffee, not even when asking for it.
Would not fly them again, unless forced by scheduling.

CPH-LGW-CPH. Overall a satisfactory experience. Seat pitch reasonable and crew was amazing,
which really does make a huge difference. Purchased drinks and sandwich on board - fair value
for money, I believe. I enjoy being able to choose what to eat or drink even though I have to
pay for it. Clean toilets with air freshener and good flight info all the way through. Self
service machines available in both CPH and LGW and since I was travelling with hand luggage
only this was just perfect for me.

AAL-AGP-AAL. Fairly efficient check-in and flights on time. Aircraft clean, although outbound
plane worn and a bit tatty. No service, but flight attendants friendly and efficient. Had
rather a dry sandwich and a beer at reasonable price. For the ticket price excellent value.

Copenhagen to Amsterdam. The check-in queue was long, and I was not pleased when one of the
check-in staff decided to close my queuing line when it was my turn, without apologising for
letting six people go in front of me. This basically made me queue twice. A 737-800 was used
on the route, was in good condition, but my seat was a little bit dirty. The cabin crew was
professional and friendly. I purchased a sandhich and water, which were cheap for a low cost
carrier.

Oslo-London Gatwick return. On the way to London old 737-300, and crew not as cheerful as they
used to be. It took too long time from time they served the food to when it was collected,
however breakfast pack was quite good. Check-in at Oslo Gardermoen a breeze and landed early.
On the return leg a new 737-800 was used with new recaro seats and plenty of legroom. Chech-in
at Gatwick was a breeze. Have used Norwegian many times and almost always prefer them over
SAS.

CPH-LGW. Pretty much the same service level as SAS when flying economy. Nothing special
really, cabin crew young and rather inexperienced but polite. What I don't understand is the
Swedish only crew, that don't understand Danish. Kind of odd when flying from CPH.
Wouldn't hesitate to fly Norwegian again.

London Gatwick to Oslo. Everything was fine. A brand new plane, very nice and friendly staff
and we landed 15 mins ahead schedule. Very good service and cheap tickets. Good legroom with
new Recaro seats.

LGW to CPH excellent flight, would recommend flying them again as is much more civilised then
other low cost carriers. The buy on board food was of a high standard and very good value for
money. Flight was also very cheap. Only bad thing to report was the disorganised check in at
LGW.

LGW to CPH. Check-in at Gatwick was a nightmare, 5 Norwegian flights due to depart within an
hour or so of each other, and only 3 desks open. First time I ever used a Self Service check-
in machine which was confusing! Luckily only travelling with hand-luggage, otherwise I'd have
to join the huge queue to drop off my bags, no dedicated 'fast-bag drop'. Flight was on-time,
crew friendly and professional, food to purchase on board ok price and legroom was good for a
low-cost operator. For a new 738, the inside of the plane was strangely worn. Great to have
allocated boarding, no easyjet/Ryanair type scrum to get on board. Overall, excellent flights,
more civilised than other Low-cost operators. Just the check-in situation at LGW needs sorting out!

Early morning CPH-ARN flight. Great price, so I treated myself to advance seat selection. 1C
is nice in theory, but I failed to remember than precious hip space is given up due to the
tray-table. No worry though, as the flight was only about 20% full, I just moved back a row.
Everything went fine on the flight - and service = that of SAS. Norwegian website is really
easy to use. I was not wowed (the plane was a bit worn...), but I got from point A to point B
on schedule, with minimal fuss. I didn't know much about them before, but I would not hesitate
to fly them again on a short flight.

Have flown Norwegian many times a year since they started low cost-flights in 2003, both short
50 minutes domestic flights, and intra-European flights and have always had a good, if
uneventful experience. Our last flight took me and my girlfriend on a return trip Oslo-Dubai.
As we booked early, we paid about half the amount that the likes of SAS, KLM, BA and others
wanted. (We paid about €400 each). For a small charge (about €8 each) we ordered emergency
exit seats and paid another €8 for extra piece of luggage, which come in handy when one
travels with women... Trip uneventful, however dinner offered for sale was not worth the
money. Cabin crew as always attentive and smiling. On return trip that was a night flight,
everybody was offered complimentary blankets (that seem to have come from Zoom Airlines..).
One curious fact, though: As the plane we flew, an B737-800, don't have the range to fly OSL-
DXB, in the front half of the plane people were only seated two in a three-seater, while those
in the back was sitting cramped. More than worth the money and always a class better than SAS,
especially on short-medium haul flights.

Copenhagen to Stockholm - I'm usually wary of low cost airlines after being treated badly in
the past, but on this route Norwegian and SAS looked much alike, except the Norwegian fare
even with the seat allocation and baggage paid was 49Euro and SAS wanted 150Euro. I had never
heard of Norwegian beforehand, and I found their website very easy to use. Unlike Ryanair,
Norwegian use airbridges at airports and fly to Stockholm Arlanda rather than one of the ones
90 miles away. The plane was an old MD-80 with slightly tatty seats. I had pre-booked seat 1A
for the novelty value but with the extra room it was well worth it and I slept for most of the
journey. I didn't try any on board sales for lack of swedish krona - the selection looked
predictable. The crew were cheery and professionally turned out but best of all they did not
harrass us with any unwanted announcements. The plane was on time at both ends. All in all
this is excellent value for money.

I have flown on Norwegian on 4 occasions. Oslo-Paris Orly-Oslo and Oslo-Riga-Oslo.My flight
always left and arrived on time and even early upon return from Riga. Concerning the service,
its fair taking into account the relatively cheap price. The seats aren't very comfortable I
think, but okay for a short flight. Food is a bit expensive, but not excessive. Usually nice
crew. I was pretty much satisfied when I take into account the low price of the flight.

I agree that travelling with Norwegian is a lot better than flying Ryanair. But then a cattle
train is considerably more comfortable than Ryanair. I swear there were close to 200 seats in
the Norwegian 737-800 I was strapped into for almost 4 hours. I recall flying the exact same
type of aircraft with another Scandinavian carrier a while ago - fitted with 150 seats. So on
the legroom issue, my money is on the cattle train- but I do give Norwegian 2 stars for their
flight attendants.

Took 4 pleasant flights with Norwegian in February. If you compare service to full fare
airlines, then they offer less, but if compare to likes of Easyjet and Ryanair, their service
is miles better. Allocated seating avoids the boarding scrum that often happens, refreshments
on boards fairly priced, legroom a bit tight, but was able to book at a small cost the seat I
wanted on my longest flight. Useful feature was automated check in system at nordic airports.
