Recently I have taken flight MH0122 from Sydney to Malaysia. In flight customer service was very bad, cabin crew
staff members are un-professional. We don't expect such miserable customer service from cabin crew staff members,
they require more training to handle passengers when the flight is full. During flight passengers needed to remind
them 4-5 times even for a simple request such as water or juice.

Kuala Lumpur-London. Our 13 hours flight was due at 23.45 and suffered a 6 hours delay in total. Offered a voucher
for dinner as compensation. When I told customer service that I would miss my flight connection in London, they
told me to ask to the cabin crew on boarding the plane, and that they would book another flight for me once in the
plane, as they were too busy to help me at the moment. Later I saw how they were giving blankets to other
customers and were booking other flight connections with them, so I returned to customer service and they told me
that they wont do anything, when I insisted a person from the staff assured me that he had already pre-booked a
flight for me as compensation for the one I was missing. After arriving in London I checked and nobody had booked
anything, I had missed my flight, and nobody had cared about giving me an explanation. Apparently its easier to
openly lie to the customer so we do not complain. Horrible customer service.

10 May, KCH-KUL on B737-400. Flight was smooth. Inflight service took a long time to serve breakfast to
passengers. Cabin crew were friendly and always smiled. Seat was comfortable. No inflight entertainment on this
aircraft.

Happy enough with return flights Sydney - Heathrow but quite shocked at attitude of flight attendants on the
flights we took to and from Sydney - Kuala Lumpur. One member of staff in particular had a rather arrogant
attitude as though the passengers were consistently inconveniencing him! He even woke up a passenger sitting in
front of me to tell him he was snoring too loudly! I object to being charged for a visa that as a British citizen
I didn't require to fly from KL to Sydney. It was even confirmed on arrival at Sydney by Australian immigration
that I did not require a visa! I spoke to three members of MA staff to object but to no avail!

ADL to LHR via KUL. Flights were almost full. On time, service efficient. KUL to LHR was on kid free upper deck of
A380. Handy storage beside window seat but lost leaning space to rest head for a sleep! Movies were not the widest
selection. I had a veggie meal and it was fine. Nothing special. Landed on time. No problems at all on either
flight. Recommended.

The pillow on my seat had a dirty stain on it from the previous flight. Used headsets on our seats under the
pillow and blanket. When I put my newspaper in the seat pocket there was rubbish in there already. We had both
requested Gluten and Dairy Free meals with our travel agent so on our return flight as part of my meal I was given
2 rice crackers and butter. The second meal while everyone was given what look like a tasty vegetable pasty, my
wife and I where again given two dry rice crackers to eat. A small dish with some cut fruit would have been
acceptable. Flight was 45 minutes late coming in and missed our pick up service. We had 4 Flights with Malaysia
Airlines on our holiday, only one flight was good the other 3 was terrible the last being the worst.

Beijing-Kuala Lumpur-Melbourne. First flight (PEK-KUL) was delayed 5 hours. Captain said it was an engine problem.
So we waited in the cabin. During that time, the crew served us a sandwich and beverage. At 5pm we finally took
off. I thought I wouldn't catch my next flight (KUL-MEL). That flight also delayed. When I arrived at Kuala Lumpur
airport, it WAS time for that flight to board. The food was good, service good, we also got Wall's ice cream after
dinner. Sometimes hard to understand when they are speaking English, but they will explain things to you again
until you understand it. The on board entertainment system is good, it offers you the latest movies, TV series and
music.

KUL-LAX return in Economy on B777-200. Overall service was good (on time departures, efficient check in etc). They
are quite strict on carry on baggage and I thought the head steward did a nice job of limiting announcements on
the LAX-NRT to allow us to sleep. However as a 5 star airline, MAS has to do better in the minor details and I
think this is where it looses out to other 5 star airlines. The move selection (outbound in April and back in May)
was really poor because 90% of it was the same (they only changed the top movies but the rest was exactly the same
as the previous month). They served a snack (crackers and soft cheese) but didn't provide a knife to spread or a
napkin to wipe sticky fingers. Four cabin crew walked past a passenger sitting on the aisle using his mobile
before take off and no one said anything to him. I remembered when i was studying in the US, they use to give hot
towels when you boarded, or when you woke up. They also us to give overnight kits but now no more.

Paris to Auckland. Going to Auckland I didn't have any problems. The staff were kind and food and beverages were
very good. Arrived on time and there was no problems picking up luggage. The problem started on the way back. We
boarded a bit late. Then as we were ready for take off the engine didn't work. They tried for 3 hours before
letting us off the aircraft. Airline provided us a hotel. First mistake was to announce that we were flying the
day after at 8am. The problem was that there were some passengers flying, the ones taking Asian flights. The rest
of us stayed in the hotel. Some were called to flights with other airlines. 30hrs after the flight we were
supposed to take we went to the airport office. There were just 4 people working, they put us on a flight the day
after on another airline.

I have flown numerous times between Miri-Sarawak and Perth over the last few years, I do find MAL a bit cheaper
for Business class. Overall it works - on the basis of my requirements. But the website is always giving me
problems, forced to call MAL, which can be very lengthy and difficult to understand. Business Class is average,
my requirement - space and comfort, food is above average, staff friendly. It is the Business Lounge that is very
average indeed - food very average, privacy non existent in KL nor Perth. Of course no lounge in Miri, Sarawak,
unless anyone knows of one hidden somewhere? Staff at MAL office at airport very helpful.

Paris-KL-Paris in the brand new A380. Seats (lie flat) are very comfortable, with twice as more space as on AF.
Service is excellent, wine and food ok. Tried the "chef on call" service and got excellent food on Paris to KL,
less tasty on return flight. Lounges in Paris and KL could be more friendly, but this is minor detail compared to
the excellent value for money. Fare was half the cost of a business class ticket on any other European airline,
and comfort much, much better.

Beijing - Brisbane, B777-200 and A330-300. First time flying Malaysian, entertainment system was very good
on both flights. Food was also good and no complaints about the service, the only problem was all the toilets
were blocked before half the flight was over. I would definitely fly Malaysia Airlines again.

Very happy with service / schedules etc for our flights (KUL-SIN-KUL), however extremely disappointed with
the Seat Comfort/Pitch. I have never sat in a seat so tight. As such, paid an extra $300 to upgrade to
business class for the return. If I had known that the Malaysian product was so poor, I would have just
travelled with Jetstar or Air Asia.

Kota Kinabalu - Perth on Sunday, 5 May 2013. Business Class, Seat 3C. Golden Lounge in Kota Kinabalu was
very good, with ample and good variety of food - freshly brewed coffee was fantastic! I rated Malaysia
Airlines very low on the trip from Perth to Kota Kinabalu, due to the ageing aircraft used. Surprised when we
boarded in Kota Kinabalu: a new B737-800NG with the new Boeing sky interior. Flight home was superb:
fantastic seats, excellent AVOD with brand new releases, good food, and service from the crew (included
frequent hand-out of cold/warm refresher towels). They did run out of champagne 2 hours into the 6+ hours
flight, but the replacement white wine was good, and again - my glass was kept filled without me having to
ask. Crew on this flight prevented economy class passengers from using the business class toilet, unlike the
crew on the Perth - Kota Kinabalu leg). To summarize - This is what business class from a 5 star airline is all
about, and we look forward to flying business class again with them in December to Bangkok.

May 2, MH 0004, KUL-LHR, seat 1a. Food quality, taste, quantity and presentation excellent. Wine selection
was ok. Cabin and toilets were clean throughout the flight. The purser offered a personal introduction. Flight
attendants were jolly and engaged passengers. Another excellent trip on MAS.

BKK-KUL-PER. New 737-800's seat and IFE very nice, catering was pretty good with a wide selection of food
and drinks. IFE did not fail me at all. On the flight from KUL to PER on the A330, the plane was very nice,
plenty of head space and legroom, better than I expected. Malaysia Airlines is the best for BKK-PER.

Perth to Kota Kinabalu. Golden Lounge in Perth is fantastic - the best lounge in Perth International. The rest of
the trip was an absolute disgrace - an ancient B737 with no inflight entertainment (not even music!). Once airborne,
the pilot apologised for the fact that the entertainment system was not working! My partner requested a snack, and
was told that they will be serving breakfast 2 hours before landing in Kota Kinabalu. Offered some nuts and dry
crackers - in business class! The seats were the most uncomfortable that I have flown - I spent the rest of the
flight upright, after having to move to another seat because my overhead light was not working. To the staff's
credit, my champagne glass was topped up the whole flight, but this did not make up for the lack of comfort and
amenities in the business class cabin. The seats are sheer torture - I can imagine what economy class was like! As
previous people have noted - this is not business class, and should not be advertised or sold as such. Shame on you,
Malaysia Airlines, for putting your premier clients through this.

DEL-KUL old 777-200 that shows its age. KUL-MEL newer A330-300, no issues with reasonable inflight entertainment.
Both 777-200 and A330-300 economy seat only suitable for average height person. Both flights, when asking for a can of
soft drink, cabin crew do not provide you the can. They advise that if there is any remaining after serving all
passengers, they will provide the remainder of the can. In over 2 years, they issue a roll (6 inch pastry filled with
chicken or mushroom). This is offered on flights to/from Australia, on late night departure or breakfast on arrival -
no fruit, no salad. Cabin crew have a tough job, but crew seemed too abrupt, not providing assistance to passengers
with needs of luggage.

Started my trip from Perth with a very rude staff member booking us in at the business class desk. Then the
disappointment when boarding the plane - plane was so old. The business class seats looked very
different from the web site of Malaysia Airlines. No food was offered after departure. The staff told us
that they work with the assumption that all guest will be sleeping and they will serve breakfast two hours before we
land. There was no in-flight entertainment, apparently broken. My partner had to move seats as the reading light was
not working. We cannot fault the food or service, but the plane is extremely old. This was not a business class
experience.

Business Class from Kota Kinabalu to Perth. An international flight that was an absolute disgrace. The Golden Lounge
at Kota Kinabulu offered no alcohol, no sparkling water and only a very limited selection of food and soft drinks.
Quite different from the service and amenities it advertises. The flight was very disappointing, on a worn out 737
with no inflight entertainment! No screens in the back of the seats, not even a shared overhead screen like the old
days. No headsets, no music, nothing! No headrests, a footrest that didn't work and a pull out tray that was broken.
There was no meal choice for me as they had run out of my chosen meal - and all with no explanation or apology from
the airline staff. The whole experience was worse than a budget airline's economy. Business class is not as it is
advertised on this route and a total waste of money. Try a different airline.

Perth - Kota Kinabalu - Perth 6+ hour flight each way. We have flown with Malaysia Airlines on a number of occasions
but both these flights were at a very poor standard of plane and facilities. Our experience on these two flights
rivalled some budget airlines - whose flights were much shorter - in terms of seat/leg room size & comfort, plane
facilities, "entertainment" and age of the aircraft.

Flew from Brisbane to London, the second leg on the A380. As a 6ft 6in man, economy class is never going to
be luxury, but this was the worst Oz to Europe flight I've ever had. The seats are uncomfortable and cramped
with no neck support if you're tall. The food was awful even by airline standards. The IFE is OK but then when
you're awake and in pain for 13 hours, this is cold comfort.

Flight delayed out of London - total debacle at Heathrow. Accommodation in London also badly handled.
Forced to stay a day in KL, however all other Business passengers were put on other flights, some with other
airlines (Malaysia Airlines asked the passengers they offered this to not to tell anyone). No one prepared to
explain why this happened. Baggage from KL on to Sydney put on an earlier flight than the one I was on.
Will never fly with them again.

DEL-KUL-SYD. My wife and I were supposed to fly on 01/04/13 from Delhi to KL at 12.30pm but after
checking in and just before boarding, we were informed that there was some technical problems. It took
almost 36 hours for the airline to arrange next flight from Delhi to KL on 03/02/13 at 1am. This arduous
journey of ours did not finish there as we had to wait in KL for another 16 hours to get our next flight to
Sydney at 11pm on 03/02/13. So, finally instead of arriving from Delhi to Sydney on 02/02/13, we reached
there almost 48 hours later after spending 4 days in transit.

Flight from London to KL cancelled due to mechanical failure. Fair enough, this happens. This meant that I missed my
connecting flight from KL to Sydney. The communication failure that followed is all Malaysian Airlines fault. It
will take them about 3 days to get me from London to Sydney, but I am yet to meet anyone who knows what is going on,
will look me in the eyes and tell the truth and whom I have any faith in, even at KL airport.

SYD-KUL-BKI-HKG-FOC, with 3 different One World member airlines, all in business class. 1st time taking
MAS new A330, the seat is smaller and harder compare to old B777, but great inflight entertainment.
However, level of service had dropped dramatically compared with Feb 13 trip, a bit disappointed. I wasn't
given any hot towels on 2 occasions. Also, a few crew members sat talking very loud during a domestic flight
(business class) - made me feel like this was a budget airline.

LHR-KUL-LHR. We were on the new A380 and had a very good experience. The seats 'only' have 32" legroom
but it seems much more. The entertainment system has plenty of variety and could easily last you the whole
13 hour flight. We were given 2 hot meals with beer/wine available, a cold snack meal and numerous soft
drinks runs, staff were also happy to give out even more drinks. The staff were efficient and attentive.
Seats were comfortable and it was easy to have a nap. I would certainly fly with Malaysia again.

I flew Business Class Melbourne - London/Paris-Melbourne. Very good value. Good service, some excellent
food and nice wines (but a bit slow coming!) and good entertainment selection.. This is not a flat bed airline
but I have to say the almost flat seats in the spacious cabin were much less claustrophobic than the usual
A380 capsules. Lounges, airport boardings etc - all good. If you are looking for price and are not into being
dazzled by bells and whistles, give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

We recently travelled to Australia from Ireland. We travelled Aer Lingus from Dublin to LHR and from there
we travelled Malaysia Airlines to KL and on to Adelaide. Our trip was very pleasant as we were given seats on
the top deck of the new A380 which was lovely, the staff were very friendly and made everyone comfortable. I
would definitely recommend flying with Malaysia Airlines to anyone, they are also very good with children.

Flew to Singapore on BA First and decided to try the New One World Partner - Malaysian on the return
journey. Crew went beyond expectations, greeted by name, as you would expect, the CSD came over to us
and introduced himself, even the night crew introduced themselves on hand over. Inflight moves were a little
limited, but there was more than enough to compare. Excellent high def monitors. Food was good, but they
did not really offer us a dine on demand service, but rather the traditional meal service after take off.
Champagne flowed, wine list was one of the best I have experienced inflight. My criticism - crew rest area
was forward, being the A380, and their storage was in front of our cabin, so there was continual opening and
closing of closets - bit annoying when you are trying to get some sleep. First toilets are curtained outside the
First Cabin, although clean and tidy, they were a bit small and used by staff to change. In sum, the hard
product is far superior to BA.

SGN-KUL-CDG. Check-in in Saigon was easy and quick as I arrived very early. Lounge basic, once onboard the
737, very friendly and chatty flight attendant, I had the first row on the left side with large legroom. Food
was quite bad on this short flight. Arrival on time in KUL and proceeded to their lounge. Quite disappointed
with the facilities and the ambience. KUL-CDG on A380, Business class in the upper deck and extremely
roomy. Toilets are very large, similar to other airlines' First class toilets, definitely easy for changing. IFE
superb with a wide choice. Cabin crew friendly, efficient and well groomed. Announcements were clear! Satay
simply sublime and the food is of a much higher quality than the meal served from Saigon. Quite a shame
that their business class seat is still the old style seat, although it is a bed, it is not too spacious and very
little privacy from your neighbour. Arrival slightly late in CDG, and there is no fast track for business class.
Bags took 40 minutes to be delivered! Apart from the small glitches towards the end, it was a very good
product.

BKK-KUL-SYD. Apart from the good service, especially compared to Emirates, and on time departure/arrival, I
don't think Malaysia Airlines lives up to the five star rating. Both the A330 and B777 were very dated. The
meals served were appalling, even by airline standards. The IFE also needs improving, it had a very limited
range and took a long time to start up once the plane had taken off. Overall while I can't fault the service,
and prices are reasonable, I'd recommend Malaysia Airlines only if you are looking to save money.

KUL - Kuching onboard an ex Firefly 737-800. Departed KUL 1 hour late due to technical fault, pilot kept us
well informed on the repair progress. Crew served drinks after 0.5 hours into the delay. Upon completion of
repairs, given priority departure slot. Lunch on board was overheated. No hot drinks served due to weather
condition but crew was friendly and served with a smile, that's the consolation!

KUL-TPE-KUL on 737-800 aircraft. Going over was the new plane with AVOD and crew worked hard to provide
good service. Plenty of drinks rounds and food sufficient. On the return sector, old plane with tiny screen
above head as inflight entertainment. Crew were too tired to provide any service, just the basic. Too busy to
chat amongst themselves to look after paying customers. MAS need to upgrade the sector service as it is not
worth the money to fly premium cabin with the services provided. Seat uncomfortable after one hour flying
and will not do for flying time of over 5 hours.

AMS-KUL-BKK, BKK-KUL-FRA. AMS-KUL the cabin crew were not friendly, no smiles, enjoy your meal or other small touches
of making you feel welcome. The cabin crew on the rest of the flights were friendly and made us feel welcome onboard.
Malaysia Airlines is an ok airline, but similar to EVA Air or KLM. It is not near Emirates for inflight entertainment.
They’ll get you from A to B and if the price is right, I would fly again. But not a 5 star airline like Singapore
Airlines or Cathay Pacific.

KUL-LHR on A380. Crew on A380 seems better than A330 that I took a few months ago to Australia. Meals
were very generous (2 full meals and a snack), inflight entertainment decent (touchscreen is a real plus), and
a number of drink rounds. However lacking in inflight amenities, hot towels and meals menu. Overall, a
decent flight and value for money.

31/03/2013, TPE-KUL. Old 737-800 plane with no AVOD, inflight entertainment was 2 Chinese movies back-
to-back, too bad if you don't speak or understand the language. The drop-down screen is so small, one can
hardly read the subtitles. Crew were only doing their job, no acknowledgements or interactions. Quite robotic.
Seats were uncomfortable for 5 hours flight, this is something the airline needs to address. Not worth the
money spent on Business class, will definitely need to look at alternatives from now on. Food supplied is
okay, in-cabin service very basic as crew were too busy sitting down chatting in galley.

SIN-KLIA-KIX, and KIX-KLIA-SIN. Bought the promotional fares which were hard to beat and pleasantly
surprised by the quality of the cabin and service onboard. Food was good and decent, service was great.
Great seat pitch and able to catch some sleep. Dislike the long advertisement video on the VOD, and
inconsistent variety on VOD. Flew both ways on A330, and the cabin seems new but one had lots of options
the other one is lacking. Midnight flight out was ok, no amenities kit and the lights were on for most of the
journey with many announcements. All in all, a decent flight. At least, the AVOD is touchscreen. On the other
hand, KLIA is poor, and one of the worst airports. Lack of aircon, very warm, some places only had fans, and
dirty, lousy toilets reflect the developing nature of Malaysia Economic instead of a premium experience of
Malaysian Hospitality. Do have to consider twice if you have a long transit of more than 2 hours at the
airport. Unbearable and expensive in short.

Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur return on A380 in the main cabin. It was the cheapest direct flight available on
the dates I needed to travel. Plane was quiet, reasonably spacious, very clean. Despite being a completely
full flight, the cabin didn't feel crowded. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food slightly above average for
airline food, and staff came round regularly with cold drinks. The choice of recent films was excellent - though
choice of other films and TV seemed limited to me. Overall, an excellent flight in both directions. I would
recommend. NB Check-in/bag drop at KL very slow even if you had previous checked in on-line.

KUL-CGK-KUL. Outward flight on the new 737-800 while the return flight was on the ex-Firefly 737-800. As
per my previous comments, MAS need to re-look at the cleaning services provided to the planes, areas like
behind the tray table and the air vents are usually neglected and hence very dirty. The ex-Firefly planes are
without IFE and the seats are LCC type, quite uncomfortable for flights more that 1 hour. Otherwise, the food
served were okay and the flight attendants were polite and efficient.

KUL to Perth. Airbus A330. Despite some reviews regarding surly and unfriendly crew, our experience was
different. We were given warm and friendly service, good food (in fact we thought it was over generous) and
smiling attendants. All cabin crew, including the Purser was there to wish us thank you on disembarkation.
Only let down was the poor quality wines and the muesli bar with the dinner was hard as rock! We have
flown with this company many times, I guess it is the luck of the draw, but for us, it continues to be it is a
very nice airline.

Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur and then Phuket, and back, in February. I'm tall (198 cm) and I have never
before had such good space on any economy class flight. All of our family were very positive about the meals,
probably the best we have had and we travels a lot. Flew the Boeing 777.

KUL-MEL-KUL in the last week. Outbound in economy, and return in business. Used Enrich points for both
flights, and bookings made online. Paid an extra RM150 for an exit seat on outbound flight. Left very
punctually, on a newish A330. FAs very helpful and friendly, IFE reasonable, but there could have been a
better choice of movies. Meal on leaving KUL, with a choice of nasi lemak, or an omelette. Plenty of beer and
wine available on request. Served nuts and ice cream mid flight, and given a snack pie just before landing. All
in all a very pleasant experience in economy. Checking in for return flight was swift, but there were long
queues for security in MEL. Golden Lounge of adequate size, with basic catering. Flight delayed an hour
because of technical problems, but kept in the picture. Boarding through a separate line was efficient. FAs
were excellent. Responded to call bell in seconds! Excellent food, including their signature dish of satay, and
a choice of 4 main courses. Champagne refilled without prompting, and a choice of 2 white and 2 red wines
available. Congestion meant holding for about 30 mins. Very quickly through passport control, and waited a
very short while for bags.

LHR to AKL via KUL in economy class, the new A380 is an excellent product, we sat in the upper deck which
offers the feeling of an exclusive cabin, the crew appear to be hand picked and more senior who are very
good. They appear to have upgraded the meal service and found all meals of a good standard. The new
entertainment system is good, offering a good variety of choice. Out of AKL to KUL they were offering a
payable upgrade to business class on the B777, which we took up (a pity they don't offer this at all airports
as it could fill up empty seats), the food was very good as were the cabin crew, the only letdown was the
wine selection, they clearly have little knowledge of wine and there was only a choice of 1 white and 1 red
wine plus the champagne, they need to upgrade the wine selection as I would think twice about paying for a
full business class fare.

Malaysia Airlines has a good product on the Airbus A380. It is spacious, modern, new and a very quiet
aircraft. Flew KUL to LHR and back. The first leg was at the Lower Deck and it was a full flight. The return
was on the Upper Deck, just superb and spacious. Nice feature of the camera on the top of the tail which
allows passengers a nice view of the taxi, take off and landing.

both alcoholic and soft, transit nice and easy. Second flight was adequate, decent food once again. Return
journey just as comfortable as outbound journey. Would not hesitate to use again.

BNE-FRA and return. BNE-KUL sector, new A330 was great. Crew were some of the best I have experienced in

to help. Food was good for economy.

SYD-KUL-IST, Business Class. Business Class Lounge in Sydney - Small, but comfortable enough! Meals are
cooked to order but are basic. The WIFI, when shared amongst passengers was pretty slow. SYD-KUL:
747-400, MH122 - Separate boarding gate made life a little easier. 30 minute delay in the plane push-back
with no explanation. Plane itself has seen better years with very obvious signs of wear and tear. The seats
were fine. I like Malaysian Airlines for the satays that are plated as part of the first course. The food service
was a little slow overall. The flight was non-eventful and comfortable. Business Class Lounge K.L. - When I
arrived I found it very hard to find a seat. As a single traveller It is difficult getting food or drink whilst
keeping one eye on your carry-on-luggage. The buffet food was ok but was left empty for quite a while before
trays were replenished. The power-points were not easy to locate. Went to have a shower, the showers were
in need of a clean. No charm but comfortable enough. KUL-IST: 777-200, MH30 - The seats in this aircraft are
nicer than that of the 747-400. I am not a fan of the 777 seat-plan for business, as it is 2-3-2. I was on the
aisle of the middle section (3 seat) and wasn't happy having someone step over me to get in and out. Nice
flight overall, was asleep until morning. The angled flat-bed are ok but nowhere
near as comfortable as the pure flat beds found on other airlines.

My husband and I have travelled on MAS flights, economy and business, for many years. On the whole we are
happy with the actual flights, particularly the service on business class travel. On a recent flight from Perth
however, the flight to KL which was supposed to depart at 2.30am arrived late, and after we were boarded at
around 3.30am we sat in the plane on the ground for a further hour while permission from KL to go ahead
with a repair to the door was obtained. When permission was eventually given, the actual repair took very
little time. By this time the passengers were not too happy, especially those with onward flights. We missed
our onward flight to Kuching and had to wait another three hours for the next available flight. We were told
the same flight to Perth was similarly late the previous night. This was not good. Also we have continuous
problems with the MAS website. Trying to book meals for a business class flight proved impossible. Systems
are so often down that it is a waste of time trying. There is definite room for improvement on their website.
