We flew Jetblue JFK to Orlando and Orlando to Washington DC. Very impressive for a budget airline -
professional, smart service and loved the free snack - blue potato chips to keep up with the theme!
The check-in at Orlando was a mess - probably just getting used to the self- check-in system.
Perhaps the time taken for bag drop is the same as a normal check-in- not sure if the self check-in
really helps. Had pleasant flights on both sectors and would definitely recommend to my friends.

DC - Orlando. Very impressed with Jetblue, regret not booking all my internal flights with them.
Free IFE and snack, plus lots of leg room puts them far beyond any competition.

JFK-SAN-SEA-JFK - all sectors were on-time. Clean planes and nice seat pitch. FAs professional. SEA-
JFK red eye and 100% full. The cockpit and cabin crew tried to make sure the passengers could
maximize the sleep time and comfortable as possible. Snack/beverage service started as soon as
reached the cruise altitude. Free eye shade and ear plugs provided. Another round of beverage
service before arrival and topped with the hot refreshment towel. The staff suspended the snack that
contained nuts selection from the snack menu as there was one passenger allergic to nuts. Only weak
point is that the condition of T6 at JFK. The terminal is pretty worn down and untidy. Can't wait to
see the new T-5 is up and running.

IAD-OAK-IAD. After missing our outbound flight due to long lines at counter and TSA, we were very
concerned and upset - however the attendant went out of her way to find us space on an afternoon
flight and got us on the top of the standby list. We arrived late, but at least we arrived. We got
to the airport much earlier for the return flight which left on time and arrived a half hour early.
I like the 34" seat pitch, love the individual seatback screens and almost 40 channels of TV. Bring
your own meal since they don't serve them. Just make sure you get there early enough if you have to
check in your bags. The lines at the counter seem to be longer than most airlines.

JFK-BUF-JFK. Flights on time. Cabin crew on 07.55 flight behaved in a silly, immature manner,
giggling and joking during the flight safety announcement and appeared to spend more time preening
their hair than taking their jobs seriously. Flight announcements on this flight incomprehensible.
That being said the flight was comfortable, seating good, light refreshments served, seat back
entertainment good. BUF-JFK contrasting with very professional staff. Check in at terminals was
good, ground support good and the flight was good value for money.

JFK-TPA-JFK on A320. Seat pitch very good at 34". Arrived slightly late in Tampa but bags arrived
quickly and smoothly. FAs on flight were friendly. On return flight, flight left and arrived on
time. IFE very good although only bad point is if they arrive on time you might miss the end of your
show!

JFK-SEA-JFK. My wife and I spent the extra $40 for the bigger seats and it was well worth it for a 6
hour flight. Although even their normal coach seats are comfortable, its a much better deal than
spending almost $700 per ticket to fly business class one way on another airline for almost the same
amount of seat pitch! Love the in-flight TVs. Flight crews were professional - not super friendly
but ok. Flights were on time and the planes were clean. The only complaint I have is I can't wait
till JetBlue finishes their new terminal. If you have ever landed in their secondary terminal at
6:00 am, you will see what I mean.

JFK-TPA-JFK, Ground staff in JFK was horrible! Flight was on an A320. Seat pitch was good. IFE is
good. FA's polite and professional but very unfriendly. Snacks excellent. Returning Flight was very
good so much better than the other flight. Ground staff in Tampa very polite and friendly. FA's were
friendly too. But the only downturn is the IFE kept messing up! Overall a not bad experience. I
would have doubts to fly JetBlue again due to rudeness on ground staff in JFK.

JFK to Buffalo was delayed twice then cancelled altogether - very vague reasons given. Tried to
blame weather, yet two other flights left for Buffalo after ours was supposed to. By the time the
flight was cancelled, it was too late to get a room near the airport (cab line was an hour long).
No apologies, no reimbursements, nothing from jetblue. They have since said they would provide a
$100 credit, which is a pittance for all the people sleeping on floors at the airport. Given that
their fares weren't much better than those of airlines who treat their displaced customers better, I
have doubts I would use that airline again.

BTV-JFK-RIC return. Aircraft on first leg was a worn A320, TVs worked fine, and FA's were great. We
had no problems in our connection through JFK and we landed in RIC a little early. Plane from JFK-
RIC was an E190 which was much newer, and seat more comfortable. The way back was a different
story. I checked online to see if my flight was delayed, said ontime, and got to the airport to find
my flight delayed by two hours. They delayed the flight 5 times, in the terrible part of JFK for 5.5
hours. Only thing to eat was 2 Dunkin Donuts. We finally boarded around 1230 am, for a flight that
was supposed to be in BTV 3 hrs earlier. We pushed off close to 1 am, and the crew said that they
would provide free alcohol for the passengers. The crew and captain were apologetic. Overall I would
fly JB again, even though this means transiting through JFK for me. I'm giving this 2 stars because
the first leg would have been a 4 star, but the second was 1 star.

I have flown Jet Blue since the airline started. At first I thought they were a godsend, because
their fares were actually competitive (a rarity in Syracuse) and the service was excellent. Over the
past few years I have seen a true diminution in service. Eighteen months ago we got stuck in JFK due
to "weather problems" for over twelve hours. Anyone who has ever been in that airport (especially
the Jet Blue terminal) knows how unpleasant it can be, with people packed together like sardines and
the staff as unhelpful and discourteous as can be. This past week I made the mistake of relying on
Jet Blue to get me home again. My flight from O'Hare arrived at around noon, so I figured that I
would have no problem connecting with my three o'clock to Syracuse. when I turned my cell phone back
on I got a message from my wife that my connecting flight was canceled. though I was on a Jet Blue
flight, no one thought to tell me this while I was on the plane, probably for fear that the
passengers would be upset. Bad weather was blamed as the culprit, but Jet Blue still had flights to
Rochester and no other airlines had similar problems. the people at the customer service counter
were lethargic and unhelpful. I felt like I was at the DMV. The next flight was not for ten hours,
so I decided to rent a car with some strangers. We ended up in Syracuse around eight at night.
Others in the car were even denied refunds of their tickets, as the Jet Blue operator first had the
gall to deny that the flight was canceled, then said that refunds were not available for weather
cancellations. The weather was mostly beautiful on the drive home. I'm glad that I drove, as the
next scheduled flight didn't actually get in to Syracuse until after 2:00 a.m.

SFO-JFK, JFK-BUF, JFK-BOS. Took 4 flights with Jetblue last week - on business from Ireland. If only
Aer Lingus could match their new partners service and style. No nonsense and fun approach to
travelling. TV is available from the moment you get on the plane and is only interrupted for safety
announcements. Setanta Sport is one of the channels which meant I got to watch Kilkenny versus
Offaly hurling match. Also free soft drinks and snacks even on the shortest of flights where they
offer the 'express' service. Very good.

IAD-OAK return. Both flights on time. Curbside check-in of luggage was free. Boarding passes done
on-ine. Paid for additional legroom seats in front and worth the additional cost. Plenty of legroom.
Inflight entertainment consisted of XM Radio, various TV offerings, pay movies. headsets cost 1.00
and they encourage you to bring your own or re-use theirs. Cabin crew very attentive and cheerful.
Snacks offered twice. Efficient and effective flights and no lost luggage. I wish more airlines
were as good as this one.

JetBlue's service and luster are a little worn these days. Rude, overworked flight attendants are
the norm these days. JetBlue has eliminated things like pillows, even on redeye flights, beverage
service/selection is poor and make sure you bring your own food - there's nothing available on
board. The one thing that JetBlue has had going for it has been their individual seat-back TV's.
Even that is starting to go to hell in a handbasket - JB recently changed TV service providers, and
since then, even the slightest course correction by the pilot seems to cause loss of the TV signal,
sometimes for several minutes. Don't forget to bring your own headphones either, as on June 1,
2008, no more headphones available from JB, so the TV is worthless. I find more and more TV
problems on JetBlue too - the screen on my seat's TV went blank an hour into a five hour plus
flight. The flight attendant's response? "They shut themselves off when they overheat - it will
come back on" (it didn't). The last flight I took, the headphone jack was damaged, so the TV sound
would cut in and out. JetBlue once had an "all-new" fleet of aircraft, but they are rapidly aging
due to overuse and lack of interior maintenance.

Chicago to Oakland with change in Long Beach. This was out first and the last flight with Jetblue.
Delay of more than 3 hours. The woman working at the check in desk at O'hare was so unfriendly and
needed to get training to get basic customer service understanding. Connecting flight in Long beach
almost missed due pilot who went to the wrong gate and as a result plane had to be pushed back and
go around for more time to get to the right gate. The luggage did not arrive ( changing planes was
done in 5 minutes and another flight left right away). Air plane worn out and cabin crew behaved as
if it was their party "Excuse me, are we getting on time to change planes in Long beach? No idea, I
have to go to Austin..." That was the answer of one of the crew members! They offer connecting
flights but cannot provide any info! Never, ever again! Learn to say sorry if something goes wrong!
That makes the difference!

Terrible Frequent Flyer program, especially when you have to make reservations through your company.
2 points a round trip! By the time I earn enough for a free flight the points would have expired.
Otherwise, a comfortable ride and a TV and radio entertainment is nice.

Has JetBlue ever heard about Intelligent Boarding ? This refers to start boarding from the rear of
the plane first and pack them in towards the front. On a round trip flight in JFK-SFO and SMF-JFK,
both times the call was made for pre-boarding - passengers needing assistance and those traveling
with children. Of course everyone started queuing causing congestion with those truly in need of
special assistance. On board also confusion as passengers in the front section were blocking the
aisle for those seated at the rear. Could have easily been avoided had JetBlue kept passengers with
seating in the front of the cabin for last. Intelligent boarding is not important for JetBlue and
they should be commended for contributing to stress in travel. Compounding matters, the
entertainment system did not work for the entire aisle. The flight attendant was rude and had a
total lack of compassion. On the positive, good leg room.

BOS-BUF. Best budget airline we have flown. Great seats, good leg room, clean and comfortable
aircraft, nice free snacks and drinks. Can't fault them.
