POP-JFK. Good value for money at 99$ plus taxes, I had my seat upgraded for free to emergency
exit (a bit more legroom) for free at the check-in counter. Good service overall, only problem
is that sometimes flight time is inconvenient (2am).

BUF-MCO return. Both flights very good, on time, good staff, good snacks, clean A320, lots of
leg room, working TV'S. Six of us travelled, luggage transfered and arrived swiftly both ends.
Great value as opposed to paying Canadian air tax from YYZ. Looking forward to flying JetBlue
again. Captain came out to welcome us on board using intercom before departure, nice touch,
and he was at door when we left upon arrival. Personal touch has not disappeared with this
airline. Wish they had 2 free checked bags though especially travelling to Walt Disney World
with children and coming back with souvenirs.

I had a terrible experience with JetBlue. They made very few announcements and kept us waiting
for hours due to a sick flight attendant and improper backup on their part and then cancelled
our flight because they couldn't find enough attendants, leaving nearly 300 passengers
stranded at Long Beach Airport for hours and were unable to reschedule most of us for up to
two days! The staff handled the problem so badly. The lack of information and inability to
reschedule flights led to a horrendous travel experience. I ended up sleeping at the airport
and paying out of pocket for a flight on another airline the next morning so that I would not
have to miss a second day of work due to JetBlue's poor planning and inept staff. I had a good
flight out to California on JetBlue but after this experience I am very hesitant to ever fly
with this airline again, especially because they don't have any partnerships with other
airlines in case they don't have available flights and have to cancel.

Cabin Flown: | More Legroom |
Round trip IAD to Long Beach. Flight out was excellent. Because of changes, got even more leg
room seating at no cost. Crew professional yet friendly. Snacks and beverages were available
self service at all times they weren't providing planned service. Return flight was a redeye.
When a passenger fainted outside the forward lav, the entire cabin crew (plus my EMT daughter)
responded efficiently and professionally. In my opinion, the three reasons to fly Jetblue to
California are the legroom, more than others even without the upgrade, the in-flight
entertainment, and access to Long Beach instead of the large LA airports. It was a 600 ft walk
from seat to baggage claim to rental car - at Dulles, that doesn't even get you to the shuttle
from midfield terminal to main terminal and baggage claim. And, on return, it was 15 minutes
from terminal door to check in and seat selection to security to the gate. Finally, my other
daughter, who had met us in CA from another airline, was flying back with us. When our
outbound was cancelled, we were permitted to extend our return as well. Even though my
daughter didn't have a Jetblue flight that was affected by the storm, they changed her as well
at no cost. Outstanding customer commitment.

Orlando to San Juan, very enjoyable flight, staff were great, seats the best I have had in
economy. Return was very good, ground staff at San Juan very helpful and efficient, same again
for flight staff.

JFK-Raleigh. Can't say anything negative about the flight experience. Crew most enthusiastic
and professional, aircraft in very good condition. The CONSTANT PA announcements at JFK T-5
however are most annoying and way too loud. The T-5 restrooms and concessions (at check-in and
arrivals) are also not up to par with the rest of the trip experience.

JFK - Sint Maarten return. Starts at terminal, where they have pods for charging laptops and
phones, with free wifi. Crew friendly and efficient and didn't interrupt me on a leg where I
needed to sleep. Excellent leg room at 34". Free entertainment system and free drinks and
snacks. Only criticism is that catering is inadequate for a four hour international flight
(100ml drink, 60g chips). Overall, great service at a reasonable price.

My most recent trip was to San Juan in August 2009 on my honeymoon. I have always enjoyed my
experiences with JetBlue, and never had any complaints. The best domestic airline in the US
without a doubt.

JFk-Chicago. I'm impressed. Its a budget airline and they served juices and chips as compared
to other budget airlines who don't serve anything, not even plain water but made us buy mark-
up bottled water from them.

JFK-Puerto Plata-JFK - took Jet Blue and again we liked it. Flight crew are nice. We did
purchase the extra legroom seats and they were great. The only thing is that from JFK to
Puerto Plata, you arrive back from Puerto Plata into terminal 4 at JFK. This is the
International Arrivals Building for ALL the airlines except AA, British and Air France. The
arrivals terminal is busy and waits can be long. Overall Jet Blue is a great airline and I
prefer it over any other US carrier if you travel economy. The ticket prices however are a
little high at times if you do not have advance bookings.

MCO-IAD second time and impressed. First I missed my flight from IAD to MCO. Thought I would
lose the money. However I did not used the ticket so I called the call center and I was told
that I was not able to get the airport tax and other taxes refunded. Wrote them an e-mail and
received an answer with in 24h. Instead of the refund they deducted 100 dollars. The rest of
the amount would be credit to my account which I can use the next time when booking a flight
with them. I went to the gate and asked if I could use the money left in my account to buy a
even more leg room seat. the gate agent gave me straight away a seat in the front with no
extra charge or comment. Flight on-time. Nice touch was the captain made a welcome speech in
the cabin before door close. Service onboard is friendly, personal and efficient. Drink and
snack free. Some passengers were asking for 2 drinks or 2 snacks and got it with a smile.
Arrival in IAD also on-time.

I flew ten segments with Jet Blue in the past month including two round trips from LAX to JFK.
The flights were about as nice as you can expect for the price. All flights arrived on time
or early. The seat pitch is good and I didn't feel cramped. Service was at least adequate on
all flights. I liked the entertainment system, which offers in-flight Direct TV. Beware of
the seats directly in front of the emergency exit row - they don't recline. The new Jet Blue
terminal at JFK is very nice and it has free wifi.

JFK-IAD. Flight one hour late in departing but we gained a little time on this brief journey.
Booked seat 2A one of the seats that has 38 inches in legroom. Well worth the extra money,
plus JetBlue provided a soft drink and snack of chips or biscuits on this flight. Well worth
the money and definitely would use them again if in the USA.

My initial flight to Florida was excellent. The legroom was fine without paying for the extra
legroom. The personnel were wonderful, the snacks were great and the TV and radio were truly
enjoyable. The flight was everything I heard it would be. The return flight a month later
still had excellent service but the legroom proved to be a problem. It was a smaller plane
since there were fewer passengers. I was in a wheelchair and was unaware that the first row
of seats could be requested for passengers with disabilities. I have Parkinsons and the 3
hour trip was very difficult. I wish the staff at check-in had advised me I could request to
change to a front row seat.
