Bangkok to Munich one of the most enjoyable flights in a long time. Checked in online and
chose my seats. Departure time went to the bag drop counter, everything went fast and check in
agent was efficient. BKK to AUH a fully packed B777-300. Seats comfortable and a 3-3-3
seating. I usually prefer 2-5-2 as I don't like to sit in a 3 seater. The window seat that I
chose turned out to be a regular panel so no window - but slept so no worries there.
Entertainment superb and food was pretty good. Cabin crew with no emotions but did their jobs.
Departure on time, transit in AUH only 2 hours and fairly very pleasant experience. Xrays and
security then "again" checking passports for visas. Flight to Munich A330-200 fully packed
and same experience but with a better crew. I will use them again as the service is nice and
the price is superb. I go to Prague but the rate to Munich is 50% the ticket price - so I fly
Munich and then home by car.

SYD-AUH-LHR return A340-600 aircraft. The staff were courteous and regularly walked through
the cabin to clear trays etc. Aircraft were in good condition and lie-flat bed was most
welcome for this long-haul flight.

Manchester-Abu Dhabi-Bangkok. Hit and miss, enough leg room on some flights, not on others,
food choices available on some flights, not on others, IFE worked on some flights, not on
others, music and film choices weren't up to date. Some of the staff helpful and friendly,
others weren't. Tried to order 3 duty free items on board - none available - so why bother
offering this service. Given a choice I'd avoid in future, but would travel with them again
if the price was right or for a shorter journey.

Frankfurt-Abu Dhabi-Manila in C-class and return in Y-class. Two very different stories. The
C-class leg was good, Etihad lounge in Frankfurt is a gem. Flight to AUH an A330. C-class
seats are rather narrow, have little storage room, but recline flat. Food and amenities very
good. IFE is a big disappointment, with a selection of movies and music which is not
inspiring. AUH-Manila on the B777-300, and good service. Return from Manila in Y-class, and
very different experience : the flight was full with Filipino workers returning to the Gulf
region, and we had the impression the crew treated them as second class passengers. Food on
this 9-hour flight was bad, both in quantity and quality, and crew was close to rude, and
disappeared as much as they could. AUH-FRA was better, with crew assisting passengers. Why do
European passengers seem to be treated differently than Filipino? Food on this leg again
disappointment, with small portions and uninspiring choice. Overall, the flight experience in
economy with Etihad is far below Emirates, especially as to IFE and catering.

London - Sydney return. We travelled economy class in an A340-600. Planes comfortable, food
fine and the cabin crew pleasant and helpful.

Flat beds good but narrow. Best seats are window. Very little sleep on flight from Abu Dhabi
to Melbourne because of crying baby in front row of Business Class. If I had have been in last
row of First Class on the other side of curtain I would be even more annoyed. Meal order not
taken on 2 different sectors - missed out on choice.

countries passenger. Excellent food, drink, IFE many option to choose from. Modern planes.

I was most disappointed with Etihad Airways and will avoid flying with them again. I flew
Beijing to Johannesburg. The layover time in Abu Dhabi was 20 hours - almost a whole day. I
asked them whether I could have transit hotel and they said no - is only available for other
destinations, that doesn't include South Africa. So whether you see day turn to night and
night turn to day at the airport isn't important if you're flying to South Africa. I regret
taking this airline.

LHR-BKK via AUH return. Limo to/from LHR and at BKK. Check in fine although the SAS lounge at
LHR has a poor choice of food. Priority boarding on A340, welcomed by name and shown to seat
which was very private next to the window. Slightly narrow but very comfortable with excellent
full flat recline. Frustratingly absolutely nowhere to stow a book, specs etc. Champagne and
excellent choice of wines. Food very good, F&B cabin Manager introduced themselves on each
leg. Arrived AUH old terminal and had to be bussed to arrivals/transfers. Lounge at AUH very
good. Cabin pretty quiet and that did lead me to query the 1 toilet for Business passengers on
the BKK bound 777.Priority arrival cards handed out for BKK. Return trip just as good. Limo
collection at BKK and LHR. Priority departure lane at BKK. Luggage first off at LHR. Punctual
flights on every sector.

IKA-AUH-PEK return. IKA-AUH good on A320 with good seat pitch and good food. AUH-PEK on A330
seat pitch was very bad on 7 hrs flight, food was medium. PEK-AUH again on A330, seat pitch a
nightmare for 8 hrs flight, food was another nightmare, flight attendants good. For such a
route I prefer Qatar Airways or Emirates.

Istanbul-Abu Dhabi on A320. Comfortable seats with good seat pitch. Media players distributed
by flight staff. A choice of delicious mezzes and tasty main course. All in all a very
positive experience.

Frankfurt / Bangkok 2 times this year, I have been in contact with their support for 6 months
to get my miles credited and they failed to do so. Now 6 months have passed since the first
flight and they say they will never credit that flight due to their 6 months rule. I exchanged
tons of emails through the contact from their web site, sent copies of my boarding passes 3
times, talked to their service staff at Frankfurt airport and Abu Dhabi airport, talked on the
phone to their service staff in Cologne - they said they are not responsible for that and can
not solve it - all without success. Why would I chose them again if they are apparently not
interested in the individual customer?

RUH-ABH-GEN-ABH-RUH economy. New Airbus ABH-GEN and immaculate B777 on RUH-ABH sector. Very
alert flight staff and children friendly. My family of three were in different seats to me and
without prompting the staff arranged for us to sit together. Drinks and water supplied
continuously. IFE very good, latest films on demand. Ground staff at GEN were exceptionally
good.
