We flew out to Sydney on 13th Nov 2012. The flight, service and food was good. My only gripe is that it
seems to be airline policy these days to serve the meal approx 1.5 hours into the flight and once it has been
cleared away to switch off the cabin lights. As we were arriving in Sydney in the evening, I did not want to
sleep during that flight - at least not for 10 hours (flight time less meal time) - I wanted to go to bed when
we arrived. The lights did not come on again until 2 hours before touchdown - again standard procedure. We
flew to Abu Dhabi on 26th Nov, leaving Sydney in the evening, and were very lucky as we were upgraded to
Business Class. This was absolutely super! It was the first time I have actually slept on a flight. The seat
was very comfortable, absolutely flat and I would definitely recommend it for that long flight. Flight from Abu
Dhabi to London on 4th December was ok - food ok, comfort ok. After 14+ hours 7 is not so bad.

Chicago to Ahmedabad via Abu Dhabi. Chicago to Abu Dhabi on a Boeing 777 and seats were very uncomfortable. Your knee
will touch the seat in front and you can not stretch your legs under the front seat. The IFE system was not working in
my seat and 14 hours flight without any entertainment screen. The staff at the Abu Dhabi airport was not cooperative.
They were very strict about carry on luggage weight. Overall I would not recommend this flight.

Manila to Abu Dhabi and on to Paris. Flight was smooth, relaxing and uneventful. Food was good and
entertainment was great. Especially enjoyed flying on the A340-600 from AUH to CDG even if the PTV was
always dropping to the floor since I was seated by the bulkhead. Flight from Frankfurt to Abu Dhabi was the
same but on an A330-200. Had a horrible experience at check-in in AUH for the trip back to Manila because of
ground crew's lack of knowledge on operating their systems. Ground staff who was checking us in even left us
at the counter to take a leak at the rest room! Flight from AUH to MNL utilized a B777-300ER which meant a
very crammed Economy Class with 10 abreast! Service was top notch despite the crowded environment.

Flew from Heathrow to Bangkok beginning of November with my wife, I unfortunately was suffering with
Sciatica at the time so was unable to move freely being in extreme pain. Etihad staff came to our rescue by
providing me with a wheelchair at Heathrow Abu Dhabi and Bangkok both there and back, also collecting the
cases from Baggage reclaim. For the consideration shown to both my wife and myself by both ground and air
crew we will be forever grateful.

I flew to London, 3.10.12, Business Pearl Class. I waited 40 minutes for a drink of water, the stewardess was
quite terse when I reminded her and then waited a further 10 minutes to receive it. On my return flight, I
asked for my Coat to be hung in the wardrobe which was ignored! When we reached Abu Dhabi we were
informed the plane was 2 hours late and then stretched to 4 hours. I have flown to UK many times but never
before with Etihad, I found their Business Pearl Class was no better than Economy with other Airlines.

I was traveling with Etihad between Shanghai and Dusseldorf. I didn't really worry about the "operated by Air
Berlin" on my itinerary between Abu Dhabi and Dusseldorf. However, Air Berlin's low-cost business class is
below average and not worthy of the Etihad Pearl Business Class comparison. I will not fly this route again.

Booked AUH-DUS return in Y class. Was informed after the booking that the AUH-DUS flight would be
operated by "our partner airlines" Air Berlin. Fell into this trap for the 2nd time this year. Buying full service
but getting budget carrier. Tried to book a specific seat through Etihad for the AB operated flight, but was
told to call AB. They told me that I should call AY, so had a leftover seat upon check in. Flight as expected,
crammed with minimum service. Never ever AY again!

Flew from JFK to TRV in India and back via AUH. Connection times were adequate and transit through Abu
Dhabi airport was incident free. Everything seems to be well organized. Flights were as expected up to
economy standards. Food was plentiful and above average. Staff were courteous. Entertainment was average
with everything working. Headsets were excellent. Definitely would fly Etihad again. Hope they keep this up.

SYD to Frankfurt, Diamond Class. Terrible Air NZ lounge which hopefully will change soon. Seat 1K was
fantastic with Personal Chef, food excellent, wine list needs a little improvement but still good. AUH First
lounge Excellent and loved the massage. Will I fly Etihad again - absolutely.

MAN-AUH-NRT outbound, ICN-AUH-MAN return. Staff were friendly and courteous, but in no way shined above
the average. All 4 flights left on time and arrived early. Seats are fairly average pitch, but are comfortable,
even managed to sleep for a few hours on two of the legs. Food was good and plentiful, but nothing
spectacular. IFE is pretty average, there is enough films and music but could really do with adding a few more
up to date films, rather than the classics. All in all I found Etihad to be going in the right direction, Abu Dhabi
airport is great if you have a quick layover, walk time between terminal 1 and 3 is 10 mins, with a security
check. Highly Impressed with Etihad, hope they keep this standard and will travel with them again.

MEL-AUH-LHR - extremely disappointed! I booked this last minute. Check in was fine at Melbourne, counter
staff could see I was very tall and needed an exit seat for leg room. Flight was fairly empty so some people
(unfortunately not me) were able to take up 4 seats to themselves. Half the TV's didn't work on the first leg
(14hrs) which was annoying as I find it hard to sleep on aeroplanes. Given a disgusting meal an hour into the
flight, then nothing for 12hrs. Unacceptable for a long haul flight, so I had to buzz the attendant every hour
for a drink, and they didn't seem to happy about. Given another disgusting meal before landing which was not
very appetising. Second leg (8hrs) was only a fraction better. Food again was tasteless and all the toilets on
the right hand side of the aircraft didn't work so had to wait 20minutes to use a toilet. Staff were a little
more polite but hardly saw them. Both planes (A340's) felt worn and tired inside. A lot of the trays and TV's
were damaged, and the headphones they supply also only work in one ear.

Extremely helpful when travelling with disabled children! We travelled to Sydney with our 3 young boys, one
of whom is autistic spectrum. They made sure at all times he was satisfied, and really understood how to
communicate with him. When a meal didn't arrive on part of the flight every effort was made to accommodate
us and give us replacements. With my sons dietary needs, they made a point of giving him plenty of extra
options, above and beyond what we had ordered for our in-flight meals.

Flew KUL-AUH-LHR, both flights B777-300, IFE was very good, 1st sector crew did not seem to work well
together, however good meal service and frequent drinks service. Ground staff at AUH excellent arranged for
me and my partner to have 3 seats between us, due to being a night flight only breakfast served. Crew
looking after our section of the cabin were fantastic.

My gripe with Etihad is the cabin temperature in economy. I did a return trip to Australia in the last 3 weeks
and I was very cold for most of the time. On the 2 legs out and the first leg back my seat was fairly near a
door. But, on the last leg back it was not yet it was still unacceptably cold. At one point I had 4 blankets
around me. Cabin staff on the whole dismissed my concerns and some said they would do 'something' but it
never happened. Whatever, this is the first and last time I will fly with Etihad. Being frozen for up to 14
hours is not my idea of fun. Also agree about the delay in collecting food trays - very annoying.

AUH-MAN. I travel regularly on this airline on this route and to and from Australia and the standards are
normally high. The crew on this flight appeared leaderless and disorganised which considering that the flight
was certainly not full is disappointing. Crew appeared more interested in chatting to each other in the middle
galley than ensuring that the meal trays for example were cleared away - on one occasion took over an hour.
The seat belt signs came on several times during the flight but the crew neither made the normal safety
announcement nor certainly in business made the safety checks which are normally made. This was certainly
an off day given my past experience but to win awards standards need to be consistently high all the time.

Just flown from LHR to Abu Dhabi return. I was extremely impressed. Outbound was in a Boeing 777 and had
superb seat (5K) by the window. Seats are very comfortable, have plenty of storage and fabulous
entertainment system. The crew were courteous, used our names, were cheerful and responsive to any
question. The meal was wonderful with food on demand at any time. Return flight was an Airbus and a bit
less roomy but nevertheless a fabulous experience. The lounges in both Heathrow and Abu Dhabi were
wonderful with great selection of food and amenities. I will definitely use them again.

Flew out of Melbourne to fly to London. All flights were on time, staff were great, food was nice, plenty of
legroom, entertainment was good and seating comfortable. Staff were always walking up down handing out
drinks and food. Will be flying with Edihad next year when return to London.

LHR-AUH-MEL B777 and A340-500. Business Class from London with excellent check-in and a great lounge.
Boarding smooth and offered glass of Champagne after settling in. Excellent food and service. First Class
from AUH-MEL and again the service was outstanding with gourmet food and wonderful menu and a great
array of wines. Seat comfort in both Business and First is amongst the best I have experienced and looking
forward to my next flight.
