"Totally overrun"

Trip Verified | Totally overrun. Loud, crowded, children running and screaming around everywhere. Nowhere to sit. Obviously too little capacity. SAS in Norway particularly (but also Sweden) has this ridiculous policy of basically selling gold card membership to everyone. All you need is an Amex Card and a second Eurobonus credit card (total cost for the cards is 350 Euro per year), fly twice and bingo you have a gold card. Massive deflation effect on actual gold membership. When boarding you see a third or more of the passengers get on the plane during business class/gold boarding although there is only 6 rows of business class? So the privilege of early boarding is useless. Less queues when boarding economy :) In fact, all the privileges of a business class ticket is gone due to this policy. Long lines and fewer screening machines at priority security check. You can see the economy security line going much faster. Early boarding is more crowded than economy boarding. Sitting in SAS Lounge is far more crowded, loud and stressful, than sitting in nice lounge chairs located at most gates. So paying for actual business class ticket with SAS hasnt been worth the money for a long time SAS, but now it has become less efficient, more stressful then economy because it is half the plane is a gold member.

"We are very much disappointed"

Trip Verified | Overcrowded, dirty, wine from the tap, no spirits. This Lounge is a shame for any Star Alliance Airline. We are very much disappointed especially because we booked first class from Zurich and are on the way to this flight.

"not so big and was quite crowded"

Trip Verified | We flied business class on Thai Airways therefore we were able to use SAS lounge at Stockholm Arlanda airport. The lounge is OK but not so big and was quite crowded. Not varieties of food and drink to serve.

"food and drinks were quite limited"

Trip Verified | We flied SAS to Oslo from Stockholm on economy class but we were able to use Norrsken Lounge because we are Priority Pass nember. The lounge is not so big but not so crowded. However, we found that the food and drinks were quite limited. By the tine we used, there was only one staff to take care the lounge which made her very busy to serve many passengers.

"lounge was so full we could not get in"

"This was a bad experience"

Not Verified | Gold Lounge at Oslo Airport. This was a bad experience. Dry pieces of baguettes wrapped in plastic, nothing done with love and care for the passengers. It would have been so easy to put some snacks and delicious small buffet.

"very poor selection of food and drink"

Trip Verified | The SAS Gold upper lounge has just reopened in September, (the lower level lounge remained shut). A very poor selection of food and drink on offer. No alcoholic drinks are supplied. Is this to stop the spread of Covid-19? Minimum effort by SAS. They should be ashamed of themselves.

"no interest for the guests"

Trip Verified | This lounge is very difficult for a Lufthansa Senator (Goldstatus) member because they say (even they know it that’s is wrong) senator means silver status and in Stockholm Arlanda you don’t get any access to a lounge with silver status or Business Class Passenger. So I have to confirm with a business center, they give me a written letter that senator status with miles and more is the Gold Status of Star Alliance. Very unfriendly women at the desk, definitely no interest for the guests.

"one of the worst lounges"

Trip Verified | I pass through CDG on a regular basis, and I sometimes go into this lounge with a smile, but I always leave with a heavy heart. This must simply be one of the worst lounges in the airline industry. It is always super crowded, and tonight was no exception. The catering is nothing to write home about, and there are no facilities. I am writing this review from the waiting area outside the lounge, since it is more quiet and considerably more spacious than the lounge itself! SAS, please do something, or close down the lounge.

"worst lounge I have ever seen"

Trip Verified | It’s very difficult to get access to the lounge, big problem if you have only Business Ticket, and gold Status of Miles and more In the Lounge there is ne service, coffee machine defective, only one juice for choice, nearly nothing very fresh to eat. It’s a really bad experience and it’s not worth to go there. Even with the huge access problems You feel very hard that they staff is disinterested to give any service or comfort. The worst lounge in any airport I have ever seen. They are very far away from European health and hygienic standard
