Korean Air

MEL-ICN-LHR return with family of 5. All of us are over 6 foot. Leg room was excellent entertainment great. The staff were always willing to help. The food was a choice of Asian and western - typical airline food but the kids didn't complain. Had a stopover in ICN whilst our bags were sent straight on to Heathrow which was great. Overall I would definitely fly with this airline again.

Good service on KE644 and KE643 from Singapore to Incheon airport return and domestic flight from Gimpo to Jeju airport. Service great even asked for an extra drink on flight back landing smooth. Leg room from Singapore to Incheon and to Singapore is great but the domestic flight is very cramped. Seat is very comfortable no leg rest though on this 777-200 and 737-900.

Flew Brisbane-Seoul-London return. Excellent in-flight entertainment and an attentive cabin crew. Highly recommended.

Jakarta to Incheon. Seats in economy class as well as crew cabin service are quite satisfactory. I continued my flight from Gimpo to Jeju on this flight there was no entertainment at all and we were not given food or snacks - only drinks given.

DFW-ICN-BKK and BKK-ICN-ATL. You get an amenity pack in economy class. Food was above average AVOD was good and flight attendants are excellent as they serve food clean toilets and meet every need without a hair out of place. Flights were on time and changing planes at ICN is a breeze. Boarding was a bit chaotic for all flights as everyone rushed the gate as soon as first class was called. Enforced boarding by zone might help here. Otherwise there is nothing bad to say about this airline.

ATL-ICN-ATL. Korean air always meets my expectation. This was my first round trip from ATL to ICN which is the longest route of the airline. Great service throughout the flight. Return flight delayed 30 minutes by fog in ICN however ground crews in ATL took care of the connecting flight really well.

Return Chicago-Incheon-Manila on 777-300ER and 777-200. I was very satisfied with the flight experience. The planes were clean FA's courteous and helpful AVOD IFE was excellent (screen as big as an iPad) and there was plenty of legroom (34" pitch). The only negative things- the seat cushions were somewhat hard and became uncomfortable on a 12+hour flights the cabin temp was on the warm side and the food was good but not as good as on Asiana. Airlines should put menus on the IFE so people can easily view them.

LGW-ICN-MEL. I booked my ticket a week before I departed and it was a bargain price. I chose it as the reviews on here seemed to rate it highly and I was not disappointed. Check in at Gatwick was swift with no problems. First leg was a 777-200 which had good amount of leg room although the seats were a little hard. Second leg was on an A330-200 which had pretty bad leg room. New style seats but I still found them hard. I had to swap to an exit seat as it's no good for people over 6'4". Staff were the most helpful and polite I have come across and I've flown on a lot of top end airlines. Good food and entertainment lots of drinks too. Can't fault it for the price! I would definitely fly them again.

Flew from Seattle through Seoul to Mumbai and returned through Seoul to Vancouver. All flights left on time staff were amazing seats were wide and legroom great the entertainment system was superb. All in all the best airline experience I have had.

A380 LAX-ICN. Fantastic aircraft roomy and very comfortable. Seats were great excellent attendants and service ICN-Beijing B777 aircraft showed its age but once again service was great Shanghai-ICN A330; ICN-LAX B744 both spacious comfortable and excellent service.
