Brisbane-Seoul-New York-Seoul-Brisbane. Very satisfied with all flights especially A380 NY-Seoul. Found the lie flat seats ok and managed to get some sleep on all legs. Cabin staff were very nice. Food nothing special but satisfactory. Wouldn't hesitate to fly with Korean again.

Toronto-Seoul-Toronto. Service amazing but business class seats are not comfortable. Another issue is you have no space where to put IPad computer cleaning utilities book like you do at Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines. Korean Airlines Lounge was packed. I had to pay to go into the prestige lounge. I think passengers with a business class ticket should have priority or they should have more than one lounge like Cathay Japan and Singapore Airlines. I will avoid to flight through Seoul in the future.

London - Seoul on 777. Check in very friendly staff at the counter. Skyteam lounge in T4 is convenient and airy but the showers were not available as there was no one manning it. On board very courteous cabin crew. They should really change their menu as the food seems to be always the same - Korean bibimbap or beef. The seat turns into a flat bed but it is quite narrow lacks privacy from your neighbor as well as having very little storage space. Lounge in Seoul was big shower facilities were basic and feels like a cheap hotel. Seoul - Osaka short flight with good meal seats the same as long haul flights. Again very courteous cabin crew. One thing about Korean Air is that duty free seems to be a big deal for them they kept on walking around with the catalogue or pushing the trolley around!

I flew in from Mongolia so cannot comment on Seoul Incheon check-in etc but airside is one huge shopping mall. I found signage to be poor but the Korean Air Business Lounge was large comfy and had a good selection of drinks and nibbles. Seoul to London - the cabin (B747 Upper deck) is just about to become tatty. It needs some attention was comfy but not startling. This was the older clam shell seats and not fully reclining which was a real shame. Food and service was excellent. Nothing exceptional nothing terribly wrong. There are better options but this was absolutely okay.

Prestige class from Seoul-New York return. They had some of the worst business class seats I have ever sat in. The airline calls the seats "lie-flat" and should not be allowed to. When fully reclined into a bed the seats pitch downward at a noticeable angle causing you to slide right down them. I got no sleep on a long haul flight because of them. Will never fly this airline again for business class.

Flew Melbourne-Seoul-Vancouver-San Francisco-Seoul-Melbourne. Aircraft clean and comfortable toilets clean. Flew Prestige Class and the service was friendly efficient and food lovely. Purser welcomed you aboard and thanked you for flying at arrival to destination. Overnight in Seoul on return journey due to 24 hour layover at the Hyatt Regency. Have now flown them twice on long haul trips and would not hesitate to fly them again fares very competitive and no problems with check-in at any of the airports flights meals luggage seats etc. Fresh baked cookies for snacks. If I had any quibble it would be with their minute wine glasses. No problems getting them refilled but would appreciate a larger glass to start with and it wouldn't be quite so embarrassing having to ask for said refill.

HKG-ICN-GUM. Quite possibly the best airline I have ever flown with. On both legs I was impressed aircraft's were modern and clean (A330 and B777) more than the average number of FA's. FA's were professional friendly and helpful inflight entertainment available as soon as you sit down FA's speak excellent English much more leg room for an economy seat than you would get with another airline in flight entertainment available behind each seat with many many options. Wasn't crazy about the food but did like the Haagen Daz ice cream for dessert. Don't ever really expect much of airline food anyway though. One of the few airlines I would go out of my way to fly with again.

SGN to IAD return. All flights were on time and well attended. Airbus 330 to and from ICN and 777 300 to IAD and return. Both flight were clean comfortable and staffed by friendly flight attendants. Check-in was easy and Incheon remains a very pleasant airport. About IAD the less said the better.

KE036 Atlanta to Incheon Terminal F at Hartsfield Jackson. Boeing 777-300ER. My entire flight was a codeshare beginning from Orlando international to ATL via DL airlines then to Incheon via KE. When I arrived at ATL and took the train to terminal F there was a fairly long line at the KAL gate which made me prioritize lunch over checking in. After lunch I came back to hear the gate agent tell me the airplane was full and they had to bump me to business class "prestige class." KE035 ICN to ATL arrived 30 minutes late. Not only that but some of the other elite passengers were grumbling when the boarding process didn't move as fluidly as they would have hoped. However once everyone was seated in the aircraft everything went flawlessly. The cabin crew smiled. This airplane was well kept the toilets were clean and nothing seemed to be broken. The food selection was nice. I drained my ANR headset batteries halfway through the flight and had to swap with new ones. I had an extra pair with me in the overhead so I tried to swap them only to lose one battery on the cabin floor. I asked a cabin crew member to help me look for it she came back with an LED light got down on her knee and found it for me. That is going beyond the call of duty in my book. After landing at Incheon I deboarded and got to the parking lot within 20 minutes with my checked baggage.

San Francisco to Manila via Incheon. The best inflight entertainment I've had. I traveled with my wife and 2 kids and the food was good. Flight attendants are fair although I've met nicer ones on other airlines. I highly recommend this airline.
