My husband and I flew to Bali, it was initially delayed one hour then, close to the departure time, it was
further delayed by 3 hours. We were not impressed as this is only the second time we have flown with them
and twice, we have been delayed by 3+ hours. Never again.

Melbourne to Hobart return. On both legs the service was pleasant and efficient, both at check-in and
onboard. Outward flight, on A321, on time, but we had to wait a long time for our cases in Hobart. Slimline
seats had restricted leg room but were otherwise fine. A320 on return leg had older leather seats, which were
a bit more comfortable. Return leg operated 30 minutes late due to weather conditions. All in all a good
experience.

SYD-OOL-NRT return. Domestic leg newish A320's which are adequate for this short flight. A330 to Narita
older business class seats with no seat-back IFE. Return flight newer A330 with same business class seats as
new Qantas domestic Business class offering, with seat-back IFE offering a limited but reasonable range. All
flights on time and both international legs arrived early. Staff efficient, friendly, and provided good service on
all legs. Food is nothing special, but wine and dessert quite good, with no attitude for special requests or
repeated drinks orders. For half the price of a 4 or 5 star airline, this is certainly an option to consider.

LHR-MUM. Check-in efficient. Wheelchair ready, boarding well done, seating comfortable, coat taken and drink
brought. Food was very good from LHR and poor from MUM. Staff were at all times courteous, snacks and
drinks were of excellent quality. Toilets were immaculate and the entertainment system great. No wheelchair
in MUM so walked, no staff around to offer help and support. Return flight very well organised, wheelchair and
check-in and lounge was ok but nothing special. Food out of MUM was poor as is always the case. Staff were
kind and service was great.

Return trip to KUL via SIN to attend Malaysian Grand Prix. Aircraft was very clean and new. Arrived in SIN on
time and connected to KUL. Both flights on time and my baggage was among the first off the carousel.
Return flights not as impressive. Both later than scheduled, SIN-PER flight did not have reclining seats and
was very uncomfortable. I had to buy a bottle of lukewarm water. All in all the aircraft's are quite new and for
the budget traveller they are a definite consideration, however I would not recommend them for journeys
longer than a few hours. On the return leg, cabin staff seemed more preoccupied with trying to sell duty free
goods than being concerned with passengers comfort.

MEL-BKK, BKK-MEL. Booked Jetstar business for points, status and the direct route from MEL to BKK. Flight
out delayed 4 hours, seat comfortable enough, food terrible however drinks good. Staff very young and
friendly and got the job done. IPad very clumsy to move out of your seat, seat back IFE would be much
better. BKK-MEL delayed 2 hours, seat comfortable for overnight flight and got some sleep. Arrival in MEL a
disaster, 1 hour for bags to come out.

Gold Coast-Osaka-Gold Coast. Flights to Osaka and return were on time, boarding cheerful and efficient,
service was best described as unpretentious but ok. Hot meals were rather poor but wine, fruit and coffee
quite good. Business/Star class seats are not lie-flat. Downside is the Jetstar lounge at the Gold Coast
Terminal which I found dingy and dismal with no windows. The 'Pacific Lounge' at Osaka-Kansai, that Jetstar
shares is quite good. No priority luggage service. However, with a business fare below many carriers economy
fare, this is a good option.

Roundtrip to Auckland from Singapore in Business Class. Overnight flight and we are both in our late sixties
with physical issues so needed to go Business Class. We booked months in advance, selected seats and
checked in over 24 hours prior to the flight. We arrived at the airport more than 2 hours in advance of
departure. Staff told us that business class was overbooked. Since we had onward reservations we had no
choice but to sit in the economy class seats at the back of the plane reserved for crew. It was very
uncomfortable and we were in pain upon arrival.

SIN-MEL. Overnight service in economy class. Check-in and boarding was efficient. I paid $340 for a roundtrip
MEL-SIN-MEL and consider this reasonable value. Seats were cramped and were difficult to sleep, even having
two adjacent seats to myself. Inflight entertainment choice was limited, and I expected more having paid
extra for this. Dinner meal was nothing to write home about, and breakfast inedible. Customer service leaves
a bit to be desired, and this truly is a budget airline.

Flight was Sydney to Gold Coast return. Very clean aircraft, was very happy with the leg room for a short
domestic and low budget airline flight. FA's were ok, though they don't really need to do much. Check-in
really simple and fast. Would use again.

Cheap flight Melbourne to Hobart for a short stay. Both flights late leaving (2 hours), once due to storms at
Melbourne, no reason given for the second delay. Staff looked tired - no doubt due to unhappy passengers
wanting to visit toilets when sitting on the tarmac for an hour at Melbourne! Plane clean and flight good.
Many had enormous carry on luggage and staff seemed to ignore this at check-in. Would not have liked to
have paid Qantas prices for this standard of service!

MEL-BKK Direct on A330. Flown as a Qantas Classic Award so price was excellent. Good aircraft with
adequate seat pitch that gives more legroom than mainline international economy. Only problem is limited
recline. Had a problem with my partner becoming separated from me during immigration at BKK and one flight
attendant went out of her way to assist with locating her.

SYD-MEL-(Avalon)-SYD. They started by cancelling my 1.40pm flight, moving it to 2.30pm and the plane
eventually left Sydney at 3.40 pm. The delayed flight was the only complaint I had. Seat comfort was good
and the service onboard acceptable. Check-in and baggage collection was quick. Return flight faultless and
even left early.

Launceston-Melbourne return. Spotless aircraft both ways. Departed Launceston on time but slight delay
returning due to fog. Staff efficient, and busy with basic service. Leg room always a little tight for my 183cm
height but travel distance is short and bearable. I travel with Jetstar on a regular basis and tickets are
always fairly cheap and you get what you pay for and that is basic, usually reliable service.
