Star Alliance

Reasonably comfortable large lounge but felt claustrophobic with low ceiling and no windows. Seating not too easy to find but comfortable enough with plenty of reading material. Food selection poor. Drink selection reasonable. No announcements. Used shower which was good (remember it from old BA lounge that it used to be!) floors seemed rather dirty with spilt food lying around as if little cleaning had happened all day. A reasonable lounge but by no means the best at Heathrow. Will be concerned if this lounge isn't larger when the Terminal 2 Star Alliance airlines start using Terminal 1!
