"lounge with so little to eat"
Nicolas Dorel (France)
✅ Verified Review | Never seen a business lounge with so little to eat! You must like chips in a packet. Cold potato salad and some poor quality cheese sandwiches. No hot dish and nothing appetizing! It's incredible! In all the airline lounges of the world, I can dine properly before embarking, then to sleep just after takeoff. But not on this departure ofrom Paris CDG with Aeromexico. I had to wait until past midnight to have my meal on board.

"really awful is the food"
Antonio Campos (United States)
The international Aeromexico T2 lounge comfort is decent, however, is always so crowded that makes it uncomfortable. The restrooms are really small and always crowded. Beverages are good but what is really awful is the food. Food is really limited and very bad quality, they have ramen soups and terrible mini-sandwiches. Is really a shame that the largest Mexican airline can't have a good lounge.

"the lounge does its job"
S Faccin (United States)
Terminal Domestic Lounge is easy to locate, clean and decently appointed. It is not a modern or efficient lounge as other airlines provide, but it does its job. Staff is pleasant and eager to help with drinks, coffee, etc. Food options are limited but acceptable - mostly snacks. Toilet facilities are clean but insufficient for a lounge that tends to be crowded. Finding a seat for two travelers wasn't easy. Internet speed was sub-par for a lounge in the main hub of the airline.

"food is poor and unvaried"
Carmen Ramirez (Mexico)
Aeromexico Club Premier lounge at Mexico City Airport. The food is poor and unvaried and it's always the same. Churida little sandwiches with lettuce soaked. The internet is not good and often cannot always be used. Some of the staff do not present a nice image when serving you. They appear as if they are fed up or tired, but that is not the fault of the customer.

"food is really bad quality"
Antonio Campos (Mexico)
Aeromexico's lounge at Mexico City airport is very limited. First of all, is always crowded, to the point that the temperature inside is uncomfortable and the air conditioning is not enough to keep the place cool. Drinks are fine, you have a good selection of beers, and a couple of wines, with a decent selection of liquors. One problem is that since the lounge is so crowded, beers are hot most of the time because they don't even have time to get cold. Coffee is very good. The big issue is with the food, which is really bad quality and with all the people inside, the food disappears immediately. There are mini-sandwiches (if you are lucky to find one), cookies, and ramen soups, nothing else. I am a frequent traveller, sky team elite plus member and have travelled in many airlines around the world, and I can say that Aeromexico's lounge in its most important hub, does not have the quality level as other sky team hub (Air France in Paris, KLM in Schipol).

"the lounge is spacious"
Tammu Karte (United States)
It took a long walk and searching to arrive at the Premier International lounge after mistakenly entering the Domestic one in Terminal 2. There seems to be a shortage of cool air in the public areas of the terminal and the Business Lounge did not provide a relief at that point. Air seems to be in short supply here and was replenished every twenty minutes which seemed to be a long time when the indoor temperature reached 80F. The lounge is spacious with food offering that included: stale sandwiches good mini cheese cakes a good variety of packaged sweet and salty snacks cold drinks and unrefrigerated “iced” tea. Computers for usage was complimentary.

"lounge is poorly set up"
G Smith (United Kingdom)
I am writing this review as I sit in the lounge. Door understaffed and young man at desk very obviously nicer to male clients than myself as a solo middle aged woman. Lounge is poorly set up rather like a bus station where toomany travellers require seats for their bags and coats. Food selection is the worst I've seen in a lounge. Drinks selection is better but they sure do not hurry to put out the bubbly. The latest empty has been sitting on a counter for a half hour now. In general lots of empties left around to point some travellers are clearing up instead. Wifi works well at least.

"staff friendly and professional"
Juan Fernando (United Kingdom)
Very nice used it late in the night so not too many people. Nice selection of liquors and spirits. No food (only snacks as pastries some fruit granola peanuts and crackers) as their policy is to serve food only during Mexican meal times (7-9 am 2-4 pm 8-10pm). They have a wine club (paying customers) with excellent sandwiches. Nice selection of local newspapers but they should add some international newspapers and magazines. They have showers toilets video games section for kids internet area free wifi. Staff friendly and professional.

"nice enough but a little crowded"
R Scot (United Kingdom)
Fairly basic lounge. Nice enough but a little crowded. Good selection of self serve alcohol and soft drinks. No real food beyond peanuts and stuff. Decent wireless and 4-6 internet terminals. Overall pretty nice for Tijuana.

"light elegant and airy"
Ray Miles (United Kingdom)
Mexico City's new terminal 2 was barely up and running when I flew out on a Copa Airlines flight that gave me access to the Aeromexico lounge. The lounge is upstairs and is light elegant and airy albeit with no windows onto the tarmac. Comfy seating a separate computer area wifi throughout and attractive palm trees add a festive air. There is a circular bar that was unmanned during my visit plus a smaller self-service bar with an excellent selection of drinks and classy snacks. There is a separate screened-off TV lounge and another wine bar at the back for paying customers only. Since the lounge was brand-new it was obvious an effort was being made to impress. It will be important to monitor progress as time passes to see if the high standard in maintained.
