"expect better from a reputed airline"

Trip Verified | They make sure all the seats are under the charged category where you get no option to choose your seats except all the middle seats. With the family of four that option wasn’t feasible. In fact they auto selected the last row which has no Legroom and no recline. It was a tortuous journey where front seat reclines to the max and we have no place to breathe. Why don’t respective authorities seat and experience what oft feels to travel on the last seat. The fact well known than why sell these seats. We expect better from a reputed airline.

"Terrible service customer service"

Trip Verified | Stay away pay extra and book a more reputable flight airway. Terrible service customer service is a borderline comedy act with no real acceptance of the poor experience on the customer's end. What to expect from Vistara: delayed baggage (by 3 hours) on arrival and then a staff member threatening to remove you from the airline for having a piece of slightly overweight baggage without any form of assistance or actually providing a solution. Then on top of that the pure ridicule of the customer service we've had to deal with after is what you get from Vistara. I implore you after reading this review to please use another service and be better off, it may cost more but for your own sanity, health and wellbeing choose another airline.

"Onboard service was outstanding"

Trip Verified | Goa Dabolim to Mumbai in Business Class. Our aircraft was equipped with comfortable flatbed seats for the short flight. Onboard service was outstanding. However it took almost an hour for our bags to be loaded onto the carousel. While such delays may be out of the airline's control, the fact that there was neither an announcement nor any staff available to update status reflects poorly on Vistara. Instead of giving a full 10 rating, I will deduct a couple of points for this reason.

Trip Verified | When I’m check in from Kochin the counter staff Mr Sabarinath was so nice and kind. Inflight and connection from Mumbai they did perfect timing and very good service. Me and my family very happy traveling with Vistara and suggesting for everyone.

"took it from me saying that it's dangerous"

Trip Verified | I am traveling and my only way to work out is using my resistance band that I carry along, they took it from me saying that it's dangerous. I have travelled with it internationally many times without any issue and I travel very often.

"Refund us and do the right thing"

Trip Verified | If should you change the date of your flight you could end up paying twice just as we have. £290.45 is what we are owed since 16th March 2023, despite repeated attempts to get a refund, 9th March we call Vistara air and change our return flight to 16th March, 10th March Vistara email and ask us to upgrade the 16th March flight. 16th March arrive at the airport and we are not booked on the flight, the check in staff tried their best to resolve the issue but couldn't, we had no option but to pay for new seats, assured that we would be refunded. Since then I have passed on all the documents and information at least 10 times to Vistara via direct email, twitter. They initially insisted we hadn't been charged the second time, but I have bank statements to prove we have then they said that we were not entitled to a refund as we took the flights, we know we did, but we paid twice for them Vistara. Refund us and do the right thing

"gave access to lounge for 2 hours"

Not Verified | Service at airport was horrible and they only gave access to lounge for 2 hours when connecting flight wait is 8 hours. Staff at the airport lacks knowledge and business ticket means nothing to them.

"Service was really bad"

Trip Verified | Service was really bad. Food was very bad. They indeed provided the inflight entertainment which one can use in our mobiles but that was not working at all. Air hostess name (Mareena) said in Apple (safari Browser) this type of problems generally comes. They were also lying about the weather. My overall experience was very bad.

"service was truly excellent"

Not Verified | It was overall an excellent experience, and the service was truly excellent. For example even though it was barely an 1.30 hour journey a whole lunch meal was provided which was of the highest quality and taste and further my grandmother request of fasting which resulted to her being unable to eat the meal provided was dealt in a very wonderful and professional manner with the crew even providing fruits and juice instead. The actual flight was also very smooth and pleasant and there were no delays and we made it on time.
