I had no problems travelling Jet 2 until I landed on my return flight. I came home from a snowboarding
holiday which involved arriving and leaving from Chambery airport in France. On my arrival back in Edinburgh
airport there was an announcement that 115 bags had been left behind! I was told this was something to do
with the weight of the aircraft and taking off with the surrounding mountains. If this was the case then they
were obviously aware that this would happen. Why then were we not told to ensure we took any essential
items in our hand luggage? And why has it been 48 hours and I still do not have my bag back?

EDI-PMI. Arrived at the airport to huge queues as they were boarding all flights at 3 check-in desks. After 30
minutes of waiting we checked in. Boarded soon after and had a good flight! Cabin crew were nice and had
good knowledge of the plane etc. Food was pleasant and seats reasonably comfortable.

Just returned from a weekend in Rome flying out from Manchester. Staff were very friendly and full of smiles,
the food was not great but what do you expect! For a short trip I would definitely use them again.

Edinburgh-Palma. Early flight, great service, lovely food. Seats were surprisingly comfortable with good
legroom.

Leeds Bradford to Rome. Can never fault them for the price paid. Both flights on time and FA's very friendly.
Seats aren't particularly comfortable but more than adequate for the length of journeys. Food and drink pricey
but that's what one expects on any form of transport these days unless it is already included.

Flew return Manchester-Rome. Great planes, plenty of leg room as the seats were not cramped in as with
other airlines. Very comfortable flights, informative pilots and pleasant cabin crew. Would recommend.

Glasgow to Tenerife on a Boeing 757. Old plane, but it had obviously had a refit inside and had a cheerful
looking red and grey interior. The seating is new, however the cushioning is minimal leaving a sore bum for
longer flights, not ideal for Glasgow to Tenerife which is 4.5 hours! Good inflight magazine, crew were
friendly, service was good, snack prices on a par with other airlines. The 22kg luggage allowance certainly
came in handy! I'd definitely use them again, so long as the price is competitive and the service is good.

Made the mistake of flying to Ibiza on the morning flight out of Leeds - what a mistake, the plane was full of
drunken stags/parties who were already drunk and being served more alcohol. The language used even
shocked me! After 2 hours I have never been more glad to get off the plane! We did mention the flight to
the crew on the return flight and they said they would put in a "report". Not impressed I certainly didn't
"arrive happy"!

Alicante to Newcastle. Over 30 minutes landing. The Jet2 ground staff in Alicante were not good and lacked
organization. The made one announcement asking for passengers in rows 14-26 to board first but did not
police this which meant that boarding was long and very tedious - not helped by the fact we were connected
to an airbridge. Once onboard the Captain apologised for the delay, leg room was excellent on this 737-300
aircraft and seat seemed roomy as well.

MAN-FCO-MAN. Outbound journey on a 737-300. Clean and comfortable enough but showing obvious signs of
age. Crew friendly, flight deck informative throughout. Departed 10 mins late but arrived on time. Returned
on a 737-800. Newer plane, appeared to have marginally more leg room. Again crew friendly. Left 20 mins
late but arrived on time. First time on Jet2 and would fly with them again.

Leeds-Malaga. Prepaid seats, asked to give them up for parents with child. When I declined the senior
attendant stood up to shame us stating she would have to delay the flight. Shaming us to move to poor
placed unwanted seats offering us free drinks. The child was quite happy with the mother and the father was
just across the aisle. I paid and booked these seats six months in advance as we find flying harder in our
later years and having flown the world - never met bad service of this scale.

We flew from Frankfurt to Ras Al Kaimah, a flight that took over 6 hours. Apparently RAK-Airline had leased
jet2.com as a sub contractor. However, these aircraft's are not suitable for such long flights, they are too
constricted. There was no way you could tilt your seat, there were not enough entertainment devices
onboard, the food which was supposed to be hot was partly cold. But the worst thing was that one toilet
broke down both on the way to Ras Al Kaimah and on the return flight. All passengers came to use the front
toilet, and since we were sat on row 3 were practically overrun by toilet visitors. Just after they had to close
the toilet because it broke down, but by which time it was really smelling.

London Heathrow to Ahmedabad (India). Immigration clearance was done at Mumbai. Ahmedabad flight
landed in domestic airport in Ahmedabad for which I had to check-in once again in Mumbai. Food and drink
was chargeable on this flight. In total a journey of 15 hours including waiting time with only one meal served
free of charge. Coming back night flight no food or drink was served. Seat space very limited, TV screen - at
least 30% were out of order. Careless staff.

Manchester to Prague return. Both flights on time, flight attendants pleasant. Very old refurbished plane
737-300, new seats perfectly fine. Overpriced snacks and drinks as is common on all low cost airlines.

Going to Madeira was fine, however coming back was a huge disappointment. Arriving at my seat I had to
clean it. There were food remains on the seat and ripped packets of milk and bottle tops at my feet. One air
hostess was more bothered about finding some hairspray than actually seeming to do her job. During the
food and drinks they proceeded to brush past at some force a couple of times knocking my husbands arm off
the rest. No apologies! I never saw one of them smile.
