Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Adrian Ng
28 October 2005
I just recently travelled back to HKG and all I can say is their efficiency, quality of service, is
very well kept. No wonder they were able to retain the best airport award.
My plane arrived at one of the the farthest gates but with a very short walk I boarded the train
which was already waiting for us. A short ride and up the escalators I was already at the customs
hall. Passing through Immigration was a breeze and I only had to wait about 5 minutes and it was my
turn to see the Immigration officer. By the time I was done, and walked out to the carousel my bags
were already turning around. In total from getting off the plane to seeing my relatives, it didnt
take more than 20 mintues.

I echo Egil Endreson's comments regarding the "Skypier". Suffering from
insufficient staff and cramped facilities, it is a miserable experience
for anyone arriving by ferry from Shenzhen or Macau, and certainly
doesn't compare with the stellar standards set by the rest of the
airport. To be fair, I believe Skypier is a temporary facility.
However, this doesn't disguise the fact that it is a horrible
introduction to what is actually a magnificent facility.

Marvellous!! The efficiency, security, amenities, shopping, food and
customer service are just fab!! We have travelled through this airport
many times over the last 5 years and have enjoyed it each time. The
energy in the airport gives a glimpse into Hong Kong and Hong Kong does
not disappoint!

Have used Chep Lap Kok many times over the last 18 months and the more I
use it the more impressed I am. Arrived Monday evening from Singapore.
The airport is clean, spacious, and has good lighting and signage.
Immigration as a "visitor" is fast and polite even if you arrive at a
busy time, and the best bit is that my bags are always at the baggage
reclaim before me. Other airports around the world should study and
learn.

I have lived in Shekou in China for the last year. Shekou is only 30 mins by boat
from HK airport, and I have been through the airport numerous times during the last year. When you
arrive by boat to the airport you arrive at what is called the "sky pier", with check in facilities
etc. The concept is good, but the facility and services are not. Firstly the terminal has a standard I
have not seen on any airport in the world for the last 20 years, for example you cannot hear what
is said on the PA system at all, and when it is raining they need about a dozen buckets to catch the
leaks from the roof! Secondly during peak holiday periods in China the capacity is insufficient. It
has at times taken me hours to get through that terminal! Normal safety procedures are ignored.

I have used HKG airport so many times, and there's one system unique to HKG that I
would like other airports to adopt. When you go through security screening, you have
to put your laptop, wallets and other valuables on trays. I believe it is necessary,
but we always worry about that, depending on the layout of the security area, our
valuables at the other end often become (at least temporality) unattended. In fact, I
have lost my wallet stolen in an US airport in this situation. What HKG does is to
give a passenger a numbered card in exchange of each tray (to put on things to
be screened) and you cannot receive your tray unless the number on the card matches
with the tray. HKG has been untlizing this procedure since it opening (and I can
recall that Kai Tak was doing the same). This is a simple, but very effective way and
strongly recommend to other airports to follow.

HKG was truly a magnificent airport. Panoramic views where very nice to see, letting
light in. Travelling in the mini-train was a little touch of sophistication, then
greeted by professional looking people through immigration. Collecting my bags i
noticed how large the baggage collection are was, 20 or so carousels, quite
impressive. Passing through i noticed my baggage wasn't checked [interesting, to my
recollection]. After I noticed TV's that showed passengers in the arrivals hall,
quite innovative. Then greeted by a train was marvellous, with a very quick trip into
Central Hong Kong. A truly memorable trip indeed.

4 July 2005
The airport is world-class for sure, the only gripe I have is the business class lounge for
Qantas/British Airways - the dismal food/snack options was one of the worst I've seen. The only
snack they had was cheese and crackers, carrot/celery sticks, and plastic wrapped tiny sandwiches
(salmon, beef, etc), which were for the most part bland lunchbox food - what happened to salads,
cakes, biscuits - nothing of the sort.

I have just returned from HKG following a business trip.
I travel the route several times a year, and can assure anyone considering the use of this airport
that it represents the very best in design, functionality and hospitality.
From the arrivals hall to Central Kowloon, the transition is seamless.
Everything is spotless and punctuality is of the highest level.
What causes great embarrassment however is that we British were responsible for the implementation
of many of the the modern developments in HK, yet are clearly unable to replicate them in our own
backyard!

26 April 2005
Arrived Cathay Pacific from Paris into one of CX's six dedicated gates, a two minute walk to
immigration in this light, airy terminal. Although quite a few flights had landed, immigration was
quick (a welcome bowl of mints before each officer a nice touch) and into the vast baggage hall
where the bags were already starting to appear on the carousel. I went through customs, bought a
ticket on the express train, and was pulling away from the terminal in less than 20 minutes from
touchdown - quite an impressive feat! Bravo Cathay for ensuring priority tagged bags came off
first, and well done Airport of the Year HKG - you deserve the accolade! One minor point - there
are no land-side arrivals lounges at HKG - I would have preferred a shower as I was only in HKG for
the day following a 12 hr overnight flight. My only option was to rent a day room at a nearby
hotel. Hopefully with some of the new building work I saw at HKG, this may be addressed.

This is the best airport I have ever been. The airport itself has won consecutive 5 times.
It is very spacious and convenient to get around within the airport. It provides most of the
facilities like WIFI, Massage, Shower service. It is also efficient. It only takes me 10 mins to
get my luggage after landing. Custom are nice. Never see long queue like in Kuala
Lumpur, Changi
or Heathrow. They definitely need to take a look at this airport as role
model.

While not absolutely perfect, HKG sets the gold standard for global hub airports. I really like the
prior-day check-in for many airlines in Central, as well as quick, easy access to the airport and
into the main terminal. The Airport Express train is definitely a clean, efficient welcome for
travelers.

5 March 2005
A lovely airport. Spacious, light and clean with great shopping, good lounges and good restaurants.
Even a hairdresser/massage shop so plenty to do if you have time to kill. My only criticism would
be the layout whereby you can be walking for a long time to get to/from a distant gate. There is a
train to take you to the satellite terminal or you could hire a golf cart if you wish, but I l would
trade all of the amenities for the efficiency of knowing that I can walk straight through and be at
the gate within 15 minutes of leaving my taxi.

7 February 2005
Hong Kong International Airport is definitely one of the best in the world. Passengers are
literally welcomed right after getting off the aircraft. The immigration officers are nice enough
and the lines never too long.
In addition, the airport express, which connects the airport to Kowloon and Central Stations is
probably the most convenient airport-city centre link in the world. Not to mention it's an
extremely scenic and beautiful ride.
On departure you can check in your bags at the Central Station even 24 hours before your flight.. To
top it off, the retail shops offer quality products at reasonable prices.

18 January 2005
I have been coming and going through HK airport a number of times recently...I wouldn't recommend
hanging around in transit if you have a passport that can easily check in and out...rail express
into town efficient, easy and not so expensive (especially considering costs to amuse one's self in
the airport - left luggage either at airport or transit rail stations and can checkin bags up to a
day in advance at these stations as well with no real line up. I had a great afternoon at Stanley
Markets during my eight hour transit. My only complaint would be the shop assistants and their annoying loitering and costly
recommendations when one is browsing - it puts me off actually buying anything so I leave my duty
free for home!

11 January 2005
A tip when arriving at the low gates such as 2,3,4 etc You tend to hit the
transit area E2 which
always has long queues. Go past that & head for E1 & you will be pleasantly
surprised that there is
hardly any passengers using this transit point up to departures. I experienced this & must say its a
good tip to pass on especially if you have come off a flight & your connection is less than 45
minutes.

Referring to Iris Kunz's comment, there is definitely left luggage service on the land side of HKIA.
It is just within 1 minute walk from the air side exit.

4 December 2004
Although HKIA is definately the most outstanding airport as compared to other airports, it isn't
absolutely perfect as well. I went there a few weeks ago and the immigration at the arrival had a
very unique way of queing in a sort of S shape. This was not a very good way as people had to look
for an empty counter that might be all the way on the other side and was quite tiring to keep
looking out. They provided a staff to guide u though. But she was doing two areas had to move
around. This method caused quite a lot of deley as when she was on the other side, some people
could
not spot the empty counters and wasted the time of the people behind. I also noticed after
travelling there for 10 times or more that the staff are also not exceptionally polite unless u are
able to greet them in cantonese. Worst of all, the "modern" look of the terminal which was covered
with glass sort of caused a green house effect which makes it very hot in the afternoons. The train
system was also not very easily accessable - had to go down two escalators with a few hundred
people.

14 November 2004
I was utterly disappointed
and consider this to be one of the worst Transit Airports in the World. I arrived from Zurich and
needed to wait 8 hours for my connecting Flight to Seoul. I thought that would give me enough time
to check out all the Duty Free Shops on the Airside and enjoy this Airport. To my big
disappointment I needed to leave the Airside and wait for 8 Hours on Landside as Cathay Pacific was
not able to Check me in for my Transfer until 2 hours before Departure. As one of the Biggest and
Best Airports in the World I would least expect that you can check in to your Flight without leaving
the Terminal. So what do you do when you need to wait 6 hours before you can check in again ? Well,
go look the City - wrong!! There are no lockers on the Landside of the Terminal to put your
stuff away, and I really didn't want to walk through Hong Kong with a jacket 2 Handbags and a
Laptop. At the end I ended up sitting 6 hours in a Bar waiting to check in.
I strongly advise you not to use HKG as a Transit Airport as they are not
equipped to handle that, or they just
want you to go to Hong Kong and spend money while your waiting.

12 September 2004
Best airport I have ever used. Two minutes through immigration, ten for the bags, and highly
efficient transport into town. Returning home very similar - a bit of a long walk but that is a
function of its size.

23 July 2004
Easy airport to negotiate on arrival and departure. Very spacious and airy and nice shops and
facilities. The Cathay Pacific business lounges are excellent and I enjoyed the noodle bar.
Distances to gates are quite long but the moving walkways make life easy. No delays at immigration
or customs after arriving from both LHR and AKL. Although a long way from the city, transport links
are excellent by rail or hotel shuttle bus. what a pleasant surprise after the nightmare I had at
AKL!

Not what it is touted to be. Yes, it is a modern and bright facility.
But the people handling departure, especially pre-flight screening, are
officious. And the immigration services are slow.

I don't agree with all these rave reviews of Hong Kong Airport. the shops are so tiny you can't turn
around with your hand luggage and not destroy everything on the shelves, yet there is so much space
outside the shops. There are really poor selections of western food on airside, and not much better
on landside. If they fixed these things, it would be hard to fault.

CLK is no doubt the best airport in the world, when it comes to design, facilities, ease of used
service. Spacious check in counter, for all airlines, particularly Economy class area, since most
people do not have the lux to fly business or first class. spacious, airy, bright, comfortable
general boarding area. It makes all the rushing, waiting in the airport more enjoyable.
The airport rail access is the best I have ever seen, in terms of cost,
speed, access - it gets you almost anywhere in HK you like.

HKIA is truly the best. I've been to this airport almost every year and it never
disappointed me.
The airport kept on renovating new things. Like the shopping area. HKIA have the best shopping area,
unlike other airport there actually have many good restaurants there. The airport is so clean and
tidy. The design is the best. Although many people prefer Changi , I think HKIA is still the best.

Have just used HKG for the first time and was mightily impressed. I have flown around most of Europe

HKIA is definitely the airport you like to stay for a while when you plan a trip via
somewhere. I
have used it for 4 times, and it just gives the satisfactory service each time I
visit. High
efficiency, friendly and helpful staffs are the features that you may keep them in your
mind. One inconvenience is that passengers always need to pass a long way to get to the transfer
desk. So keep
longer interval when you choose to transfer at HKG.

Hong Kong airport really deserve its rank of best airport in the world. This is the best
airport I've seen. It is efficient, clean and a nice place even if you have to wait for a
while as it is very spacious and quiet. It is a great place
with the large windows giving nice views on the runways - I personally never experienced any long
delay at the immigration nor found the officers rude. I agree with the comment of
Maureen Morgan, a smile and a "good morning" or "good evening" make a big different. The airport
express and in town check in are also really great if you are in a hurry.

HKIA is a great airport. I found it very well organised and clean. Staff are friendly and
helpful. It took me less than 3 minutes to go through custom and immigration. HKIA is also an easy-
to-go airport, but I would prefer it to be more multilingual like Changi.

9 November 2003
I use Hong Kong airport a great deal as I live in Hong Kong and travel on business and back to the
UK on holiday. It is the best airport I have ever used - although a little messy at the moment with
the shops being refurbished. The staff are great and a few times when it has taken ages for my bags
to come through I have been asked what they were like so the staff could help me find them.
Others have commented on the immigration staff and process - I too thought the staff unfriendly when
I first came out here to work. Now I smile and say good morning/afternoon every time I go through
and get a much better response. The process is long especially if you are a visitor but the number
of desks available is far better than in China where they only allow 1 or 2 for foreigners and
please remember we are only a small territory with a large population
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Dave Wordsmith
9 November 2003
CLK is a great airport - it has one weakness. Rude and surly immigration officers who never smile. I
go through CLK at least 6 times a year and have yet to be greeted or smiled at by an immigration
official. These people give Hong Kong Airport a poorer image.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Kurt Mueller
28 September 2003
What I do not understand about CLK is why they bothered about achieving maximum efficiency in
passenger movement within the terminal, when it takes ages to get through immigration. What is the
point of this modern airport, when most passengers are held up for 30 minutes or more at immigration
while their baggage is doing laps on the carousels?
It takes far less time to get from plane to landside in less glamorous airports, such as Bangkok,
Changi or KLIA.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Steve Cheung
27 September 2003
HKIA is great. But there is still room for improvement:
(1) The escalators to the inter-terminal trains are descending from a height of about 40ft.
Without any fence or barrier, accidents may happen if some kids play on the escalators.
(2) During the month of August, the airport skytrain provides FREE ticket to kids if they travel
with adults. But unless you inquire at the Customers Service Center first, you may easily overpay
in using the ticket machine.
(3) The free shuttle bus at the HK & Kowloon train station stops service at about 11:30 p.m.. But
with many passengers getting out from the late flights, they have to pay extra in getting on taxis
at the above stations after 11:30 p.m.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Glen Vallance
22 September 2003
CLK is a good airport. Architecture is great (although I think KLIA is better...) and service
levels are fine. There aren't really enough elevators I'd have to say, and travelling with my wife having a broken
ankle made me aware that even a brand new airport like CLK can be a pain.
The huge distances for some departures are tiresome. Food options aren't all that good. As is often the case in HK, MacDonalds seems the most popular
choice. The real key to enjoying CLK is to catch the train there, and check in on the Island or in Kowloon.
That's fantastic.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Kenneth Birch
11 September 2003
I have been to HKIA a couple of times now and agree with most of the positive comments.
Unfortunately I don't travel with lounge access, but I really like the peace. It is so quiet and
there's lots of space and comfortable chairs for a transit wait so you can catch up on jet-lag. I
haven't experienced anything but clean restrooms. Shops are good, although I did find the food
options a bit limited, especially for a budget traveller.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Anne Steele
10 September 2003
Did Victor Yip go to a different airport? There are so many signs up at HKIA you'd have to be blind
to miss them. And the toilets are exceptionally clean, more so now that the airport authority have
progressively been replacing the darker granite walls with a more refreshing lighter colour scheme.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Victor Yip
5 September 2003
This airport is modern, efficient but not very user-friendly. There are not enough signs to direct
passengers. And the toilets aren't very clean, the airline lounge toilets are a lot better.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by T G Dangerland
15 July 2003
HKIA is by far a stand out its recognition of the worlds best airport is well deserved. With most
of my flights originating from AUS, transition through an Asian airport is a must (either SIN, BKK,
KUL or HKG). Although SIN is also world class (and I have no hesitation using it), the ambience of
HKG is superior. Club lounge facilities (CX, BA & QF) are outstanding. The facilitation of
passenger movement is also better coordinated at HKG. Connections in/out of town are excellent and
the airport express is very efficient (with good connections to the MTR). However, one point of
improvement would be immigration. Wait times of late have been increasing which is
disappointing.
I also agree with Brian Swan's comment on Duty Free prices (especially for electronics) where they
are far cheaper in town.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Brian Swan
28 June 2003
CLK is a very nice airport to look at and can be quite efficient. I agree that signage needs to be
improved - how many people know where the ATM machines are Airside, or even that there is such a
thing? It took me a couple of visits - mI used to be a HK resident. Prices for electrical goods are a
disgrace compared to general HK street prices but alcohol is reasonably priced, but still a bit
higher than KLIA. The term "Duty Free" in HK is a misnomer as the only thing taxed in the territory
is alcohol and tobacco. Cathay Pacific now have two options of where to park their planes, near
immigration or at Gate 64 a mile away, hence they have two lounges. After arriving so far away from
immigration i've found it is quicker (and healthier) to have a brisk walk down the arrivals corridor
to immigration. I can still beat my luggage - even with CX Priority Tags - although it's always
quicker than KL. Overall, very nice but at would be a tough choice between CLP, KL and Changi.

Understand today that HKIA was voted Airport of the Year 2003.. They deserve it..
As a frequent visitor of HKIA, on top of expected and usual efficiency, the efforts they put in to
enhance the terminal enviroment such as flower beds, fountains etc.. was just magnificent.

2 June 2003
The airport is such a norm for modern day travelers. Efficiency is superb. Everything is logical.
You don't have to think what to do next - information is within your sight.
One example of efficiency was at arrival; it only took 15 mins for me as I started walking out of
the gate and retrieving my luggage.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by P Potts
13 April 2003
HKG is a fantastic airport - the efficiency in processing arriving passengers is fabulous, and as
Philip Leong stated, where else can you go from airplane to customs to baggage to train in a
straight line? HKG gets my vote as a great airport. Departing from HKG is good, too, though I tend
to agree that food selection is somewhat limited, unless there are sections that I have missed. The
departure areas are clean, large and clearly marked and announced.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Philip Leong
17 March 2003
Ask me which is the best airport I've ever used, I'll say Chek Lap Kok in a HK second. The
magnificent terminal, the mind-boggling scale, the thoughtful placement of facilities and the super
efficient staff aside, where else in the world do you get an airport where you go from immigration
to baggage claim and to city-bound train in an absolute straight line and all within 20 mins. Until
another airport can do it within 15 mins, CLK remains my no.1. Changi of Singapore comes as a close
second. It's just beautifully and considerately green and friendly, it's speed and simplicity
amazing.

Re David Mann's comment. How could food be sold out in the HK airport? There are so many
restaurants and fast food cafes. I travel economy and I found many options. Some may be
relatively expensive, but don't forget there are options. The hamburgers are probably among the
cheapest in the world! Perhaps Mr Mann went there at odd hours and did not walk around the
airport - too bad. As a frequent economy class flyer, I think HKG is the very best, most convenient and friendly. So
many places to shop around.

Last time, from touching down to exiting the airport, including

A lot of space, a variety of restaurants, free internet facilities. A setback - restaurant and duty free prices are far too high!
Eg - free electronic goods are much more expensive than in Western Europe (Austria, Belgium or
Switzerland - too bad for the HKG salespeople.

In response to Mr. Peter Whitney, you should check out Vancouver's policy of having "street prices"
at their airport. There is room for improvement at HKG. Looks isn't everything. And yes, I do
agree with you, JFK is a horrible airport to have to go through. I've actually recently sent a
letter to the JFK Airport Authority suggesting they tear down the entire airport, fire all their
staff and start from scratch. That's how frustrated I am with JFK airport. I have yet to have a
good experience there.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Peter Whitney
24 December 2002
In response to David Mann's comment about the food and its pricing. You have to realize this is an
airport and if you want great dishes go to an expensive restaurant in the city and the food is not
bad. For the pricing of its food, well usually if you purchase anything in an airport it is
expensive this is called inelasticity. Maybe you should check out the prices over at JFK airport in
New York.

The blue signage at the airport prominently displays English along with Chinese, so I am not sure
what Mr Devor means. I think Hong Kong offers
clean, modern and comfortable facilities - although prices are a bit high in relation to general
Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by David Mann
26 November 2002
I think the majority of the people that applaud this airport are mostly
first class / business passengers with access to their catered lounges.
As a regular economy class passenger, my experience at the airport was
very different. Yes, the airport itself is huge, HUGE! The large windows
give a perfect few of the runway and of the surrounding mountains (when
the smog clears). However, this airport is perfect except when you feel
hungry. In the airport there is only 2 places to eat (with the same
menu). The food is horribly priced, the servers hardly speak English
(don't bother asking them anything beyond what to order and what to
drink). I bought 4 thumb sized egg rolls there for 6 USD. When I tried to
find another place to eat, I found this mini-bar area where they sold
some sandwiches and yogurt on top of alcoholic beverages. When I asked
for a sandwich and a yogurt, they told me everything was sold out. The
worker at the bar looked bored because there is nothing left to sell! Do
you call this good service? I was starving and everything was horribly
overpriced.

If you have seen the CX Wing, you will agree it is the best lounge in the world, more so if you
are a First pax. The CX First check-in is also amazing. Good shops, restaurants, and facilities. I love the airport Regal
hotel. The airport train is probably one of the most convenient ever made. That along with the pre-check in
Kowloon and Central are pro-traveler. My one complaint is the big Chinese, small English. I wish they would
increase the size of the English lettering as it is hard for me to read (I have glasses) and I feel the English language should play a bigger part in something that is geared to foreign
travelers. The train is the same, making me walk up to the sign to read it. Sorry, I can't read
Chinese, wish I could.

13 August 2002
I was surprised to read Ms. Lee's comments about the cleanliness of HKG toilets.
As stated by others, they are indeed very clean and well maintained. In fact, all facilities have the name of
the cleaning contractor, as well as a contact 'phone number prominently displayed in the event that a user wishes
to report a complaint. It is true that the original "as built" toilets were a bit on the small side. This is now
being remedied by enlarging these toilets. It is still a "work in progress" situation. However, apart from cubicles that are
dedicated for disabled travellers, I really can not recall any air-port that has toilet facilities where it is possible to take a
trolley into the cubicle. As a HK resident, I am at HKG frequently; but I still find signage to be somewhat
lacking - too small and inconsistent.
Hong Kong Int'l Airport review by Chohong Choi
13 August 2002
I almost flew out of Chek Lap Kok the day it opened, but delayed my flight by three
days. I'm glad I did, given the chaos that abounded on opening day. By the fourth day, however,
things had largely stabilized and I flew out without much difficulty.
Ever since, Chek Lap Kok has been almost flawless. Its main drawback is not the airport itself, but
its location, especially when compared to its predecessor. Transportation costs to and from the
airport can set one back several times what one paid to go to and from the old Kai Tak Airport. But
that is the price for progress.
Although I thought Singapore's Changi Airport was just as good, Chek Lap Kok deserves its reputation
as the World Best Airport. It's heartening to know that Hong Kong still does some things right.

This is quite simply a beautiful terminal. Everything was so wonderfully easy. The lounges were
wonderful, the service excellent. The terminal is also wonderfully easy to navigate and very easy to
get to from the city.

This is the best airport I've ever seen, I am wondering why Mr Lee would say those words. When you
get in the airport, you feel comfortable and relaxing. The check in procedures are
convenient and facilities are great - you rather spending more time on waiting for boarding. So
every time I need to go to Asia, Hong Kong Airport is my choice.

Hong Kong has a great airport, with many facilities offered. The airport is the most spacious
and cleanest I've been to. I do not agree with Ms. Lee's comments that the toilets are dirty, from my
experience they're not. Immigration can be passed very quickly if lines are short, but that is not
frequent. However, even if the lines are long, the staff manage to get you cleared in a reasonable
amount of time. The Airport Express Train is excellent. But my only complaint is that the automatic
train that you have to use to some gates is not fitted with seats and is often cramped.

I would have to differ with the statement made my Ms. Lee. I thought the
toilets were very clean. HKG is probably one of
the best airports I've ever flown into. Customs was a breeze and transportation to the city is
excellent! The best part about HKG is the in-town check in service. A person can check in their
luggage one day prior to their departure and receive their boarding pass as well. It means not
having to arrive at the airport 3 hours in advance, waiting in line to check in. There are so many
features of that airport I could rave about - plentiful amounts of free internet access terminals,
good shopping, great restaurants, showers at the airport, chair massages, etc.

I was interested to read Ms Lee's comments on the state of the toilets at HKIA. I generally pass
through the airport about 6 times a year on business. I have always found the toilets clean -
indeed, every time I almost always trip over a cleaner on the way into the toilet. Toilets are
located practically at every gate lounge along the central concourse which perhaps allows for the
smaller size. I have found little airports with toilet facilities large enough for passengers to
take trolleys in!
