Stay clear of the last row, that is row 17! Do not let them trick you. The ground staff told me that the seat would have a good view. In fact, there wasn't even a window! Plus, you can't recline the seat at all and it is already more upright than any other seat in the cabin. Very uncomfortable and no view at all. Take any other row but not the last one.

JFK-VIE trip was torture. The most uncomfortable seat I have ever had on a plane. The food was very good relative to the usual economy experience.

Definitely the worst flights ever in Economy class. Uncomfortable seats, poor seat pitch and recline. If you're taller than 175cm, choose another carrier or be ready to be cramped!!!

I travel a lot, and this was the worst experience on any long haul flight in economy ever. 10 seats in a row on a 777 and a very low seat pitch resulted in extremely uncomfortable a flight, despite fair service and a huge PTV.

Completely unacceptable for a long-haul flight. Seats do not recline much, and the ulphostery is very old.

Legroom space	Completely unacceptable. They pack us 10 across in a 3-4-3 configuration combined with a tiny, tiny seat pitch. There is almost no recline which is a direct result of the tiny seat pitch. This is not a way human being should be treated.

Legroom space	Travelling regularly on Austrian between Bangkok and Brussels, I know the airline well. Service is fair/good; individual video screens are a plus for kids. Unfortunately, all seats in economy are really cramped for anyone over 1m75. Recline is almost nil and tall people can't watch the video screen properly.
