Pathetic. Choice of a only a handful of drinks. Internet was not free, credit card system in place. No food. Staff spent most of their time on loud phone calls. Seats/tables not particularly clean. Toilets reasonable. SWISS should provide better.

If you should be in Amsterdam and need to use a lounge, do yourself a big favour and avoid this Menzies Executive lounge. It has little to offer by way of service, comfort or refreshments. I booked via Lounge Pass and paid £51.00 for my Partner, son and myself. It was a complete waste of money. Never again.
