ATL-ICN March 2012, Boeing 772. New airplane, clean with soothing interior cabin colour. Outstanding inflight
"touch screen" entertainment. Delicious meals with friendly flight attendants.

IAD-ICN-PNH return. Food was good, flight attendants were very nice and helpful. Entertainment selection
was pretty decent. On the return flight, on 2 different occasions a flight attendant cleaned the bathroom
before I went to use it. Flight attendants come around a lot with drinks. Will fly them again.

Sydney to London via Seoul return. Wonderful flight with friendly and efficient service. Food was good, even
the Korean food and kids meals superb. Entertainment system was good, and for economy we seemed to
have a large amount of leg room. Drinks and snacks were brought around regularly. Overnight stay in Seoul -
could not fault it. Return flight similarly good. Highly recommended.

IAD-ICN-IAD. Boeing 747. Attentive, detail-oriented staff, efficient meal services, comfortable completely
flat-bed seat. Clean bathrooms. Although a lot of the inflight amenities kit were not located in front of the
seat (only slippers were), when I asked for them (eye mask, stocking, earplugs, water spray, etc.), staff will
bring them to you. All the toiletries were well-stocked in the bathrooms. Between meals, there was a list of
snacks I could choose from. I am most impressed with Korean Air.

Staff in particular were really helpful and kept the toilets clean throughout. The food was very good although
the same menu flying from London to Seoul and Seoul to Auckland - be good to have more choice. The flat
beds were good and we were also very impressed with the Hyatt hotel stopover at the airport in Incheon.
Most helpful flight crews of any airline we have encountered.

A380 JFK-INC. Perfect plane but the product was very disappointing. Meals are a disgrace, small, unappealing
and rushed. Minuscule wine glasses matched the portions. On all 4 flights a bloody mary order created chaos
and each time was served without vodka. Amenities kit is an embarrassment with not even sleep masks.
Passengers were an afterthought for the crew. Flights were 1/3 full, I cannot imagine a full business class
service.

Brisbane to Seoul, overnight stay-Toronto return. Staff were courteous and efficient. Food above standard,
seats had plenty of leg room. The Transfer desk at Incheon was helpful. Highly recommended.

LHR to AKL via Seoul return. Excellent in all respects, flights were on time, leg room acceptable and the
stewardesses most attentive. Inflight entertainment good. Stopover in Seoul on way back in Hyatt Regency
with vouchers for dinner, breakfast and a drink at the airport. I will use them again and recommend the
airline.

Had a great flight to Seoul and then a transfer onto Auckland. Cannot fault them, return journey was just as
good and excellent. One thing however is that food onboard is not that good.

JFK-ICN Economy. A380 is very roomy, inflight service is excellent, very good food. IFE with very good film
options. Very good idea to have a duty free shop at the rear of the plane as it also has lots of room if you
want to stretch a bit during such a long flight. Cabin crew very professional and courteous. Yes, we can say
that "excellence in flight" is the right logo for Korean Air.

LHR to MEL return. First time flying with this airline and found them to be very good. Check-in on all legs
excellent, staff very helpful. Seat as you would expect in economy. Food was acceptable. AVOD reasonable
but could be extended. Staff were polite and helpful. Bathrooms kept spotless. The layover on the return leg
at the Hyatt Regency Incheon was delightful. I will certainly be using this airline again.

Flew Tokyo-Seoul with in economy. Check-in was quick and efficient. Inflight entertainment and service were
exceptional on a busy B747 both ways. For such a short international flight, less than 2 hours, Korean did a
very good job.

JFK-MNL via ICN. Warmly welcomed onboard by friendly flight attendants. Economy seats were basic, each
seat had it's own screen. Footrests on the bottom of the seat, a small detail, but, again, necessary for long-
haul flights. Inflight service began an hour after takeoff. Main course consisted of western meal and the
traditional Korean. The ICN-MNL flight was the same great experience.

BKK-ICN and ICN-LAX in Prestige class. Both aircraft had lie flat seats, good AVOD and good food. FA was gracious, and
helpful. After a long 5-hour layover in ICN, I boarded the A380. I was in the first row upstairs and don't recommend that
location as there's a lot of light and a bit of toilet and lounge traffic. The entire upper deck of the A380 is Business
class seats.
