Despite travelling during off peak time in the afternoon (Tehran gets busy at night), the whole check in process for Germania flight ST3329 to Berlin was chaotic, beginning with a broken luggage belt convenor that probably cannot be repaired because of sanctions. Boarding was a mess too, as Aseman flight to Yerevan was scheduled to leave from the same gate at the same time, so that people queued together getting totally confused as to whether they were in the right place or not. Border staff unpleasant/scary.
