"they are unprofessional"
Klau Dia (Albania)
Not Verified | I only have one experience (departure) from this airport but not so good. The problem is that they are unprofessional - the border police probably never saw my eu resident permit and wanted to prove that is fake, I lost more than 1 hour and I needed to run to airplane with a small child. However they had no reason to think it is fake. Some police don't know or want to speak English. Check in - from 3 counters, 2 were not working, many people in row. Security checking - good.

"lack of professionalism"
I Gardner (Switzerland)
✅ Trip Verified | The biggest problem with this airport is unprofessional and inconsistent service. Rules are being arbitrarily enforced, business check in desks are used by economy passengers, mobile boarding pass would not work so even if you have no bag to check you need to queue for 30 min to get a paper boarding pass. The biggest problem is the lack of professionalism.

"customer service needs major work"
Ben Hetemi (Canada)
Small, clean and efficient as some of the previous reviewers have said. Outside of this, the customer service needs major work in terms of communication between the customers and internal steakholders. Had a flight delayed for over 5 hrs, for 4 of those hrs there was no info on what fhe status of the flight was or anyone to talk too in regards to the flight. Was stuck in the terminal with no way to get out.

Pristina Airport customer review
F Nilsson (Sweden)
Since the new modern terminal was inaugurated traveling to Pristina has become more convenient and a more pleasant experience than before. All needed facilities are here in a minimum amount of space. But it feels very fresh and airy though. The new terminal really is great and pretty much everything has improved since the old terminal isn't used anymore.

Pristina Airport customer review

Travelled from Göteborg Landvetter Airport to Pristina in July and returned to Göteborg in August. The airport of Pristina is very compact and small. It has a restaurant in the check-in area and some shops. In the departure area there is a duty-free shop small but has some good stuff in it. When arriving to Pristina we had to walk all the way to the arrival hall which in my opinion looks very old. Baggage took a long time to get to the baggage carousels and they were on the wrong carousel. They were on the carousel for a Swiss flight instead of where they should've been. Staff were very helpful helped us to take the bags down from the carousel and explained to us that there was a misunderstanding between the staff. But one bad thing is that they didn't bring baggage carts so we had to carry the baggage all the way to the car waiting for us but the walking distance to the parking is really short so frankly it was not a big deal. When departing there were enough baggage carts and the whole check-in process and everything worked pretty smoothly and fine. They're currently on the final phase of building the brand new terminal which can be seen from the runway. Hopefully when I arrive and depart next time it will be from the fresh and modern new terminal.

No change in Pristina airport. It continues to be small and efficient. The staff are polite and there is not much queuing. On arrival the baggage arrived quickly. The bar before the passport control is still the best place to wait. Wireless internet in the departure lounge is free and works well. There is a small but smart duty free shop.

Small clean efficient. The departure terminal is well run there's a nice bar though the windows have been covered with some coloured adhesive plastic preventing from a view to the runway. Everything is so simple and hassle free that one does not need to arrive hours before departure time. Very nice indeed.

Back to Pristina in February. The airport now has a proper baggage reclaim and is looking a little more finished. The departure lounge has another shop and increased size. It is still best to use the bar before immigration. Overall this is still a good little airport.

The great thing about this airport is its size. It is small. And that means a short walk from the aircraft through the building and out. Baggage reclaim is basic - you take it from the baggage truck outside but that is efficient and quick. The arrivals area appears unfinished. Check in and departure are also quick and easy. If you want a drink in a nice bar use the place before the immigration. After that there is only a small bar. The duty free shop is cheap and quite well stocked. There is wireless Internet at the airport but it does not work.

The airport has a capacity of 1 million passengers a year. It has two terminals passenger terminal and cargo. It is a nice small airport. There is a bar in the waiting lounge and also a restaurant a place where you can buy newspapers At the terminal it also a new Restaourant lot of airline companies has their offices in the airport building including British Airways Adria Austrian Airlines etc. You can not sleep in the airport is closed after the last scheduled flight at 22:00 pm Pristina center is very close as there is a Motel Aviano located 1.5 - 2 km from the airport. There is no buss service from airport to the city but the majority of travellers use taxi to get to the town. The price is usually 25 euro.
