Plymouth Airport customer review

Plymouth is a nice little airport with friendly staff. Not much point in arriving too early - the check-in does not open until an hour before your departure. The cafe is just by the check-in and there is a further landside lounge with the aforementioned free internet. There is just the one airside gate so if there are two flights at once you have to take your turn. Once through security there is a soft drinks vending machine but no other catering. All the seating areas have views over the apron. Everything seems to happen efficiently and with that personal touch that is lacking with other larger airports.

Plymouth Airport customer review

Nice clean and quiet little airport with good cafeteria. Also the departure area has free Internet if you need to check your e-mail before boarding; I thought that was a nice touch. We flew out of Plymouth on an Air Southwest flight and their staff are wonderful. The only downside for us was an over-zealous security officer. That aside Plymouth has a lovely little airport and a super airline in Air Southwest; will certainly fly with them again.

Plymouth Airport customer review

An excellent regional airport with good updated facilities including it's super cafe which will provide you with coffee and toast for that early morning departure. From car park to check in takes just a couple of minutes and baggage return the same. Air Southwest staff from check in flight deck and cabin crew are exemplary. As a regular traveller with them I recognise so many friendly faces. I find flying with them and from Plymouth a pleasure.
