Not Verified | Departed yesterday to Canada. Inside the airport was like a sauna where you go to burn off excess fat, it was unbearable, last July came air-conditioning wasn't working in some areas, this year it's worst, there's no way this could happen at Sangster international airport, it a shame, people were almost half naked trying to cope. Stripping down to accommodate the heat. And on top of that the airlines wouldn't even do their progress much quicker. Very disappointed as a Jamaican. Please do better, those fans that look like propellers not cutting it, was so sorry for the staff. Please you can do better.

✅ Trip Verified | Stood on Burger King line for over 20 minutes to place an order then stood on pick up line for an additional 20 minutes then had to stand up on the boarding line so about 20 minutes.

The announcements of the arriving or departing planes are so clear and the sings and directions are so bright.
