✅ Trip Verified | Disappointing. First, they do not accept mobile or even printed boarding cards so you end up in a long (and unnecessary) queue. They do not distinguish between priority and regular check-in. Next and even longer queue is security. First, they check passport. Security check opens late, so once they open and start, people are already queuing there. They feature two security lines, which would be perhaps OK providing the process would managed professionally. Unfortunately, it is not the case. Number of security staff is real impressive and so the slowness of the process. Looks like the more people the less efficient. Duty free and other shops are crazy overpriced, a real rip off. This airport is a disaster and its performance contrasts with Tbilisi or Batumi, where everything perfectly OK.

✅ Trip Verified | Terribly disorganized and unfriendly airport. First, a long queue at check in. There is a Priority desk, but they take anyone, so as a result no Priority. Than you are queuing yet again for a security, because security is opening their lines with a long delay after check in starts. Security staff seem to be very relaxed, they simply do not care. You see them coming in and out with a cup of coffee rather than doing their job. Unfortunately, I see this picture at Kutaisi Airport again and again. There were altogether 12 security staff for two security lines. Their supervisor was drinking tea and watching all this mess. The operation of the airport is mismanaged. Despite well known hospitality in Georgia, there are very limited options as to refreshment is concerned, both before the check in as well as after the passport check. Everything is hugely overpriced. Terrible experience.

✅ Trip Verified | Very inefficient and very unfriendly airport. Despite a low passenger numbers, there are queues everywhere. They do not accept online check in, so you need to print out the boarding card (which is in this case not boarding card) and get queuing. Number of security persons is overwhelming, but despite that, they feature just one line, which creates an extra queue. There is a lack of chairs, lack of power sockets, lack of food options and consequently everything is largely overpriced and quality is poor. A cup of coffee costs more than in Hilton Batumi. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
