"seats are not comfortable"

✅ Trip Verified | Economy Seats are terrible, if person is reclined you can’t get out, the seats are not comfortable. Customer service English is not good. I cant make my flight because the connection is late, so my new flight the next day will be at 2030 when they mean 1230 is a problem. I was told i would not be reimbursed since my flight the next day was early. Wont fly on this airline again.
