"TV entertainment is awful"

(United Arab Emirates)

Trip Verified | Bearable seats with storage space underneath the seats; however, the TV entertainment is awful. The screen is sluggish and not too touch sensitive. I've a hard time navigating the menu and movies/shows. Improvements needed.

"quality of seats is rather poor"

(United Arab Emirates)

Trip Verified | I'm not expecting extreme seating comfort on a budget airline, but the quality of the seats in Flydubai is rather poor. Seats are lightly padded and flimsy, legroom is tight considering I'm just 5 feet 5 only. The seats can recline but minimal, which offers little to no extra comfort in addition to the uncomfortable seats already. I was surprised the is a touchscreen infotainment screen. The infotainment screen does offer an array of movies and trip information. I do not recommend flying with Flydubai. The seat comfort is mediocre and uncomfortable.

"seats were super tight"

(United Arab Emirates)

Trip Verified | I flew twice with Fly Dubai and both times my entertainment was not working, my seat was broken in the second flight where my recline wasn't working. Furthermore there was basically no storage space. The seats were super tight. I am 189 cm tall which is not extremely tall and my legs did not fit in the area. I had to hang them outwards towards the aisle.

"leg space is very bad "

(Saudi Arabia)

Verified Review | Leg space is very, very bad compared to Flynas. Overhead storage space is the smallest in gulf region. Ticket cost is not the cheapest and most time is more expensive than flynas. I am flying with them because they land at Dubai terminal 2 (less crowded terminal).

"very close together"

(Qatar)

Seats are very small and packed very close together. I am not a tall person by any stretch of the imagination, however my legs were crammed. The seats do recline slightly, which is okay. Reclining more than it does will mean that the passenger in front will pretty much sit on your lap.
