This lounge is about as old as the airport itself, but is clean, well furnished and has a perfectly
good range of facilities. Food and drinks choices are fine and the staff are helpful and efficient.
A quiet oasis of comfort in an otherwise terrible airport.

Good location for the lounge in terms of access to boarding gates for Asiana flight to NYC. The
staff at reception welcome in a friendly fashion, and directed me up in the lift to the First
class lounge on the next floor.
A bright and airy lounge with good views out over the airport / runway, and at the time of visit
there was plenty of seating - quite comfortable as well. Being S Korea, there is great emphasis on
the availability of internet stations, free wifi access in the lounge and useful business centre
area.
The lounge catering is a mix of open sandwiches (very nice!) usual nibbles, fridge full of ice cream
choices, and a small buffet counter with hot food selections. Hot food not always that hot, but
overall this is pretty good quality. Staff will normally serve you coffees etc and provide a full
table service to look after you.
TV with CNN and other news channels, and bathroom facilities located down the corridor. Shower rooms
are very spacious and some of the biggest I have seen in an airline lounge with good choice of
amenities supplied.
The Asiana Airlines staff in the lounge were very courteous and efficient and spoke reasonably good
English - much better than my Korean. All in all, a comfortable lounge that does the rest of their
service justice. |

Overall, clean and spacious. Great view to the runway and aircrafts taxing in and out. Comfy sofas
with lots of reading material both in Korean and English.
Staff service is Asiana standard with sincere and true will to help. Plenty of internet PC's are provided free of charge or you could go
for wireless which is just as fast as the wired one.
The only glitch I felt was there are just way too many people and the staff were working desparately
to keep up with service and stacking up food & beverage. I had trouble finding an empty seat and
after I settled down, I had to wait for the foods to be filled up.
It's either Asiana has too many frequent flyers or Star Alliance passengers since there is no way Asiana Business guests alone can
fill this huge place up!

They've revamped the Lounge removing the computer area to create more space for people to sit. Food
and beverages are average at best.
Agree with the previous post in as much as this lounge appears
always to be busy - much more so than other lounges in the airport. However it's a comfortable
lounge to spend an hour or so.
