Returned yesterday on flight OHY563. Experienced a 12 hour delay with little information fed threw
to waiting passengers. Flight should have left at 6pm on the 27/8 but did not leave until 6.30am on
the 28/8. Tannoy system totally ineffective could only understand partial info such as flight number
and Gatwick. Airport staff seemed to be have little understanding of our frustrations and passed
the buck continuously. I appreciate that charter airlines are of a lower standard but this airline
is a joke. When I told a Turkish man my experience he asked me what did I expect - that said it
all. I would not recommend this airline to anyone.

Manchester to Bodrum with Onur, check in staff and cabin crew helpful and courteous. Plane in good
condition with no problems regards toilet facilities etc, We took our own food and drink. Items were
available for sale onboard. Our return flight with no delay or problems experienced. On both flights
we got seating arrangements we requested even though we did not check in any earlier than expected.

Gatwick to Dalaman delayed about 1/2 hour. Plane was cramped, staff miserable and 3 toilets not
working properly. There were some up front but these were curtained off for staff use only! Return
fight delayed 8 hours. No information given, tannoy impossible to understand; no Onur representative
available but a very helpful lady from the airport tried to give us information. We had to go back
out through passport control to get to an information desk. Instead of taking off at 6pm we took at
2.30am the next day. Refreshments were provided but still to this day don't know why we were
delayed. I see that many people write the same sort of reviews but obviously all are ignored. The
only way to get any change is to never fly with them again.

Flew with Onar to Dalaman. The check in was a bit mad and as a family of 4 with 2 13 year old boys
we were all split up across the aircraft. The staff did not understand English but seemed friendly
enough. On the way back, all of our concerns came true, after checking in and then going through
security again at the gate we were initially kept waiting an hour passed the flight time with no
information. We could see people working on the plane on the tarmac so it didn't look good. We were
eventually let out of the departure gate and saw the crew getting off the plane. We then encountered
a 12 hour delay with no information whatsoever - only refreshments offered was around 11pm kentucky
which was two bits of dry chicken in bread. Anyone who has experienced Dalaman airport will know it
is the biggest rip off known to man £5 for a can of coke. Eventually it was announced that a new
flight would take off at 5am this become 6.30am after a night on the terminal floor. On board the
staff were rude did not serve a drink even water, no air conditioning and no apology. Even with
budget airlines there has to be some kind of service level, my recommendation is don't fly with this
mob unless your desperate.

Gatwick to Dalaman return. Outward journey was delayed for 1.5 hr with no explanation. Not too bad
though. Return journey a nightmare. Delayed for 12 hours, no explanation just a lot of lies. No one
from Onur would speak to anyone. Tried to get us to wait at the gate just to get us out of the way.
Were given food and drink but not at the same time! Arrived at Dalaman airport at 3 pm and boarded
flight at 6 .m. When on the plane, was asked to raise the blind at it was airline safety
requirement. The blind was stuck down and was then told that was okay. What happened to the airline
safety requirement. Crew couldn't give a monkeys!

Dalaman to Gatwick. Flight delayed 9 hours - no announcements (or none that could be understood -
very poor tannoy system). Passengers left wandering around trying to find someone who could provide
info. Flight due to leave Dalaman at 1800 - not until about 1930 did we get any news, when
supposedly incoming flight would be arriving about 2030 to take off at 2115 ish. Obviously just
being fobbed off as plane should have been in the air when we were told this, and clearly wasn't, as
flight eventually landed in Turkey at 0230! Airplane must have been the oldest one in existence
still flying! No tv/video, no sockets for earphones, and I suspect the old ashtrays covered up on
the arms! Surly inattentive stewardesses - agree with comments about poor English spoken by captain
- could not understand anything that was being said to us, and safety demo was a complete joke!
Prices in airport unbelievably expensive - 71YTL for KFC bucket (that's over £35!) or 22 YTL for
just a burger, fries and coke - so be sure to take own food & drinks (we weren't stopped from taking
water in with us). Only positive comment I can make is that airport staff did arrange for a limited
amount of food and drink to be made available quite quickly. Would never fly Onur Air again even if
flight was free!

Outgoing Gatwick to Dalaman 17th Aug - crew didn't speak very good english, plane very hot, you
could smell the toilets from our seats about 5 rows away and then 2 toilets broke down. The return
journey 24th August - had a 12 hr delay with little communication, no free refreshments on the plane
the following morning having spent nearly 8 hours on the concrete floor at the airport - absolutely
disgusting service! The plane however was better and the crew spoke better English and were much
more helpful. Would not fly with this airline again.

Flew to Bodrum from Birmingham plane was delayed 3 hours then an extra hour once on the plane. On
the way back we took off 5 minutes early. Food and drinks served for quite high cost. Had the best
seats with the leg room on the way out which was a bonus! Baggage came off within 10 minutes at both
ends. Did miss the inflight entertainment though! I think this airline is what you would expect for
a budget airline.

Flight out was okay - on time and staff pleasant enough. Return flight a week later was a different
story with an 8 hour delay - apparently intended plane had a technical fault and had to divert to
Istanbul and we had to wait for another plane from Manchester. Staff at the airport were
exceptionally unhelpful with some being really rude. Food was given - initially a roll and drink
and later when the delay was extended to the 8 hours, extra food was given but there was definitely
not enough drinks provided, considering the heat. Flight back was an average flight, but will not be
using them again and with attitude of staff, will probably not return to Turkey!

We flew from Antalya to Stansted. Everyone waited for over an hour at an empty luggage conveyor
belt to be then told that Onur had taken off most of the baggage because the plane was low on fuel
before take off. We have been told that we might get our luggage cases sometime on Wednesday if we
are lucky. Has anyone had any similar experience with this company and what are the procedures in
getting our cases and any compensation? We are not happy with this airline the way they treated
most of the passengers who did not get their cases.

Cardiff to Bodrum return. Both flights delayed, 2hrs out, 3hrs back - no explanation. Over an hour
in the queue.Staff onboard miserable cramped and sagging seats (A321) - poor english on the safety
rules. Have flown with budget airlines before but this without a doubt has to be the most
unprofessional outfit we have come across.

Manchester to Bodrum. 3.5 hour delay. No apology, no explanation. No complimentary drinks. What
should have been an evening flight turned into a night flight , therefore everyone wanted to sleep.
At 3am, all the lights came on and they came around with the duty free trolley! Old plane (3-3).
My seat was caving in on one side! Bodrum to Manchester - left on time. More modern plane, staff
friendly and helpful. We got there and back safely - I would travel with them again. It was just
the outbound delay that was off putting.

London Gatwick to Dalaman. Outgoing flight was on an old plane which was uncomfortable - a night
flight and had no pillows or blankets. The return flight was a better and newer plane, staff much
more polite and friendly and spoke very good English. Would not use them again though and wouldn't
recommend them.

Manchester to Bodrum return. Boarded plane on time at Manchester and then sat waiting to take-off
for an hour and a half. On the return flight the crew were slightly more surly and miserable. Did
find it odd that pilot announcements were made in Turkish first and then repeated in broken english,
seemed to be no point. Take your own food and drinks, was charged 5.00 pound for 2 cans of coke!

We flew NCL-Dalaman return and both flights on time. The staff are a little reserved and the safety
audio is difficult to understand, but for a budget airline, they were fine.

Edinburgh to Dalaman. Outgoing flight delayed by 8 hours because the runway was being resurfaced
and the pilot missed his allocated take off slot and refused to take off on the shorter runway
unless all baggage was removed from the plane. Whilst passengers were on board and the pilot argued
with the ground staff he lit up a cigarette in the cockpit which he refused to put out and whilst
the police and the airport duty manager were attempting to deal with this the pilot claimed
immunity. We spent the night in the airport. I would never use this carrier again and wouldn't
recommend them to anyone.

Birmingham to Dalaman. I flew twice with Onur Air with no delays either time, but cabin crew looked
very unhappy in their jobs - in fact miserable. Onur Air cabin crew give a very bad first
impression of Turkey hospitality. Seating was tight but I just wanted to get there safely which I
did.

Leeds Bradford to Dalaman return. Read many reviews about Onur and now having flown with them can
confirm they are correct. Delays and communication are their main problems. If you are concerned
about your flight being delayed then do not fly with Onur. Clearly, they are an airline that is
incapable of sticking to the scheduled flight times. Our outgoing flight was delayed by 3.5 hours
with no explanation. Updates were none existant with only two announcements during that period; one
to announce the delay and another, a couple of hours later, to advise passengers to ignore the
"boarding at gate number" message being shown on the screens as the flight wouldn't be ready for
another hour. On the flight, communication wasn't any better with barely understandable English
being used to explain the safety procedures. I'm surprised they get away with this. The return
flight from Dalaman was on time (to our relief as we had been travelling since 2:30am). Dalaman
airport is simply a large shopping mall designed to extract the maximum amount of money from
passengers. Prices are extortionate - a small bottle of water cost 5 lira. Unlike other airports
around the world you are allowed to take liquids through check-in and onto the plane (from what I
saw). I would advise you purchase everything you need for the flight from your local supermarket
and take it with you. This was our plan, but unfortunately we left our water in the fidge in the
villa in our rush to depart! Onur is a budget airline providing an unreliable budget service - you
get what you pay for!

Glasgow to Bodrum delayed 1 hour 40 minutes and the return was delayed 3 hours. There were actually
3 flights delayed at the same time so every bit of space was taken with bodies all over the place.
I could not make out a word that was spoken over the tannoy on the plane due to the strong accent.
With the planes 100% full of British people, was announcement in Turkish really required? Otherwise
a very uneventful 2 flights/ Seats were certainly very tight, 6 NTL for a can of coke? Very
expensive. Of course no food supplied other that bought (expensive) snacks. The staff were sharp but
attentive.

Manchester - Bodrum return. Check-in at Manchester was a bit of a nightmare: two Onur Air flights to
be checked in and only two check-in desks open. Both flights using a 260 passenger Airbus A300
aircraft so it was a lot of people for only two check in desks! However, flight left on time. Crew
friendly. Seats very cramped (3-3-3 seating, not 2-4-2 like the A300 was designed for, and only 29"
seat pitch.) Return flight left on time again. Much easier and quicker check-in than Manchester (we
Brits have a lot to learn!). Flights 100% full both ways and couldn't recline my seat on return leg.

Glasgow to Bodrum-Milas Airport. The crew were pleasant and smart but the steward talking us through
the safety guide could barely pronounce the words in English and communication was minimal although
I got the impression that they were quite friendly. The plane was quite restricted for legroom and
I could just manage to get the tray down (uncomfortably). However, I took my own food and
water/juice for the journey, a crossword book and was quite happy. The flight was on time. Return
flight was delayed 2 hours, Bodrum airport is very expensive ie £4 for a can of Coke! The check-in
at Bodrum was very slow. No boarding procedures were in place so it was a free for all scramble
to get to your seat. The flight was uneventful and OK. I'd say they were just what you would
expect from a budget airline.

Manchester to Bodrum: 3hr delay, various excuses none of which the airline were responsible for
according to staff! Stuck on plane for the 3hrs delay in sweltering heat with poor air conditioning,
another thing which was allegedly the airports fault and not the airline - no complementary beverage
despite delay and despite children on board - extortionate prices on board for snacks and drinks -
snacks disgusting, don't bother! Staff very surly and understood english only when suited, toilets
abysmal. Absolutely no customer care not even a smile. Bodrum to Manchester : Much the same apart
from no delay. Duty free trolleys blocking all aisles for at least 45mins to 1hr - No smiles from
staff - not very helpful. Prices at the airport even more extortionate than on plane (£5 for a glass
of orange juice) - No information on flight progress. Planes in both directions in a poor state of
cleanliness and repair - seats very uncomfortable.

Manchester to Dalaman. Flight was on time, no delays. Staff pleasant when you saw them, they tended
to stay behind the curtain! Leg room good for a budget airline, however seats were a bit worn. A bit
of turbulence but not too bad. Dalaman to Manchester. Flight on time - once again, didn't see a lot
of the stewards and stewardess' but what we did see was pleasing. Safety video played in Turkish and
English. Legroom and seats good.

Gatwick to Dalaman. Chaotic check-in (initially only 2 desks for a fully booked flight) not sure if
this is the airline's fault. Aircraft both ways clean and reasonably comfortable. Staff pleasant
enough on both flights - looking at previous comments it seems they dont really have a corporate
approach to customer care. As a budget airline they probably dont have a large fleet of aircraft so
it is a bit of a gamble as far as cancellations and delays are concerned - bear this in mind when
you book.

Edinburgh-Bodrum Milas-Edinburgh A321. On time both ways, although check-in desks at Bodrum were
very slow on the way back. Considering cost of the ticket paid and as with all low cost carriers,
snacks on board are expensive - save money and take your own with you! Staff seem to understand
what you are saying onboard when it suits them. Seats were comfortable but legroom not the best.
Duty free prices on board very good and you can pay in euros or turkish lira or sterling. Although
no entertainment onboard, the route map showing throughout the flight. Overall great value for
money.

Manchester to Bodrum return, No complaints about our flight. Took off on time, staff as courteous as
any other airline we have travelled, even with a language barrier.
