Very good check-in experience at the Hong Kong airport, staff very helpful and friendly. I was also impressed by how organised and quick boarding was.

Our first time flying them from Hong Kong to Hanoi. They were on time in both directions. Cabin Crew were polite and efficient . They served a hot meal on a 90 minute flight. No small task. The agents and ground crew in Hong Kong were from Jardines and very good. The same cannot be said for the Vietnam agents. They seem confused and were not helpful. Their fleet of B737-800s seems fairly new. Seats were a little narrow but had good leg space. Ticket cost was about 40% of the Cathay Pacific price.
