Munich to Venice. Originally booked on Condor who cancelled the flight and automatically rebooked
me with Air Dolomiti. The flight attendants were professional and very nice. The plane was clean,
departed and arrived on time, and the food/snack service better than any meal/snack I've ever had on
a flight in the US.

MUC-TRN. Air Dolomiti has own check in gate area in MUC, with Italian flair (espresso etc). Bussing
from gate to aircraft in MUC was quick. Hand baggage can be delivered to A/C hold if not checked in.
ATR-42 (or 72?). Leather seats, quite a lot of legroom. Small snack served on evening service,
choice of drinks. FA's english was good. On time arrival in TRN. If they flew regional jets, flight
time could be reduced against Turboprops. Inflight magazine was well presented. All in all a
pleasant flight for a late evening.

MUC-TRN; GOA-MUC. Flight attendant starts service by offering a refreshment towel followed by a
snack. Complementary white wine even offered on the lunch hour service to TRN. Flight attendant
from MUC-TRN always wearing a big bright smile that was genuine. You know it's a good airline when
the staff believes in the product offered.

EAP (BSL) - MUC return in C-class. The staff was distant and not very friendly, their language skills
limited, I do speak italian which helped me throughout the flights, if any questions where asked. The
inflight service of food is just a bowl of fruit salad. I will try to avoid this airline. Arriving in
Basle is not such a great experience (compared with the nice lounge ameneties when departing), the
delivery of luggage takes quite a long time and you do have to wait behind low-cost-airlines (which
means hundreds of passengers) arrivals at the same luggage-delivery belt for your luggage plus
customs/passport control is quite a mess. The airport seems not able to handle three arriving flights
at the same time! It's probably easier and more comfortable to take the train to Zurich or
Stuttgart/Munich and flying from there, if you're destination is not Basle directly or you're not "on
the run".

Another positive experience Bologna to Munich on Air Dolomiti. Punctual
flight, courteous and professional flight assistants who even gave some
small rucksacks as presents to the children onboard. Nice food and an
excellent espresso served at the end of the meal. All this for a flight
duration which is just over an hour. What a contrast it is flying on
Lufthansa or, even worse, Alitalia. Shame about their limited routes.
Hope they will expand their network. This airline is highly recommended

MUC-RMI-MUC in C class (Settimocielo Dream). Flights both on time (or
nearly). Very good inflight service. Exquisite meals on the outbound
flight, roast beef, sundried tomatoes and hot bread rolls. On the
inbound flight (which was a mid-afternoon flight) they only served us a
salad of "marinated melon". It was in fact of a very high quality, but
definitely not what you would expect on a flight you have paid 1000
euros for. Fortunately, the crew had two trays left from the outbound
flight and so were given seconds consisting of smoked and boiled ham and
cheese with fresh fruit. Will be flying Air Dolomiti again in a
fortnight.

I am flying quite often with Air Dolomiti. About 20 to 25 return flights
a year. The quality of catering is excellent, in business-class as well
as economy. In my opinion the friendliness of FAs has improved a lot
during the last months. Since November 2006 the business-class has been
moved from rear to the front. Advantage: Bulkhead seats with a little
more legroom if you get row 1 in ATR 72 and row 2 in ATR 42. The
neighbour-seat is blocked in business. Disadvantage: For leaving the
aircraft you have to wait till the end. All together Air Dolomiti has
got a really good airline after some changes.

Munich to Bologna and return. We were impressed with the appearance of
the plane, FAs and the service. Would definitely fly with them again.
As others have said, shame they don't fly to England.

MUC-VCE and back in economy. Both flights were operated in ATR72, which
can be quite noisy if you sit in the front. That's why the Business
class is located at the back of the aircraft. But all seats are leather
seats, quite comfortable actually. I was a bit disappointed by the cabin
crew, both stewardesses were pretty but unfortunately not very smiling.
On the positive side, catering on board is superb for European
standards. Outbound I was offered a snack box including a (fresh)
pastry, a yoghurt and some grapes, followed by soft drinks and coffee.
Inbound, again a fresh pastry with juice and coffee. And all this during
a mere one-hour flight! I would definitely recommend Air Dolomiti for
trips to Italy.

MUC-TRN economy. Great trip - started off at the excellent MUC LH lounge
complete with a great range of "proper" food (as opposed to crisps and
biscuits) and on tap beer. The ATR is back to front with business at the
back. Anything bigger than a small briefcase has to go in the hold.
Cabin crew excellent both ways - drinks in glasses, nice food and
pleasant service. To top it all, the views of the Alps were stunning.
Would fly Air Dolomiti again - they show many a regional airline the way
to perform to keep customers happy.

VRN-MUC, VRN-FRA, VRN-MAD are the routes I usually fly with Air Dolomiti
and I've never been disappointed. Wonderful planes except for the ATR.
Perfect service on board, the crew is professional, polite, it's
difficult to ask for better in low range flights.

Air Dolomiti ha recently expanded its operations and fleet. It has added
old BAe146s to its ATR and CRJ fleet and now serves as a fully
integrated partner of the Lufthansa Regional network. It's operating hub
is now in Munich (MUC). The seat pitch on the 146s is impressive, with
plenty of legroom to stretch and relax. If you order sparkling white
whine you will be served Ferrari Brut, an Italian "spumante" (basically
champagne) which sells at about EUR15, or USD18, per bottle. It will be
served in a glass, not a plastic cup, even if you are seated in economy
class. Too bad this airline is a regional carrier! I've heard passenger
complaints about the seat width, which might be a little tighter than on
other regional jets.

I can only support what is said elsewhere in this forum. Lufthansa
subcontracts some of its GVA-MUC flights to Air Dolomiti and it's worth
trying to get those if you can. Pleasant crew, actual food served on the
flight, with a smile, and if you ask for a glass of water with the
coffee it's actually served with a smile.
As a further bonus, because you're flying in small ATRs, you fly very
low, below 20000 ft, so on a good day you get excellent views of the
Alps!

Frankfurt to Verona and return with Air Dolomiti. Loads of space to stretch my legs.
The service was excellent - very professional. It was nice to drink wine from a real
glass. It is a shame they don't fly to England.

Flew Air Dolomiti last fall from Munich to Pisa and return. Superb experience. I didn't know
this type of flying still existed. Wonderful crew, beautifully decorated airplane, and a very
tasty fruit and ice cream snack. I recommend flying during the daylight hours, the view of the
Alps is stunning! Congratulations Air Dolomiti!

I can only echo the comments below. Munich to Turin was a 50 minutes breeze on CRJ, with a
delicious
small snack served on a china plate, plus packets of saltini and biscuits and a
cocktail in a proper glass. Coffee was provided. Seating is really comfortable, compared to
that provided by many other european carriers.
My return to Munich was from Pisa and on an ATR72. This time it was a small lunch box. Quality was
good, but quantity was a little lacking I though. Drinks selection was larger and I had white
sparking wine. It's a shame Air Dolomiti don't fly to the UK.

I have flown on Air Dolomiti between Munich and Genoa.
Air Dolomiti is a high class regional airline with appreciable onboard service and food served on
china. The cabin colour scheme is warm and the inflight magazine well worth a second look.
The seats on the ATR turboprop aircraft were very comfortable. This is the best European airline I
have flown on an European air route. Highly recommended.

Flew Munich/Turin in Canadair Regional Jet. Very pleasant experience,
comfortable leather seats, very friendly crew and delicious canapes and
tartlet served on china and accompanied by their own cocktail presented
in a long stemmed glass with the mountains providing a stunning
backdrop! In an age where airlines seem to be going for the lowest
common denominator it was great to experience "old fashioned" service
and all in Y.

Always found the service to be of very high standards. Now that they have introduced a business class, in economy you
don't get the nice tray with an actual plate (and delicious food!) anymore - instead they serve a
kind of lunch box. But it is a lunch box with style! Inside there are a variety of
food, mostly typically Italian. It may not be as nourishing as a full meal but it certainly is good!
Add to that actual glassware, and friendliness of the crew, and you can see why Air Dolomiti is my favorite carrier in Italy and Europe.

I generally fly twice monthly from Munich to Venice or Verona on Air Dolomiti. I always appreciate
the style and the typical Italian elegance with a great service and a typical Bavarian and north
Italian punctuality.

I have flown Air Dolomiti from Milan Orio to Munich. Other than the fact that they fly small and
rather noisy planes, this airline is excellent from any point of view. Service is one-class only,
and this means business, staff are friendly and they are extremely punctual. I only wished they
would fly more routes.

If you want to experience Italian style at its best in the air, then try Air Dolomiti. They're now
flying a very modern fleet of ATR42s, 72s and Canadair Regional Jets on a comprehensive route
network linking important regional centres like Verona, Bologna and Turin to main destinations in
Italy and Europe. Seating is extremely comfortable, on the new all green leather seats, and the wall
paneling covered in fabric on the ATRs gives the cabin a very warm feel. They recently introduced
Business Class, which I have not yet had the pleasure of testing, and their inflight service, dubbed
"Settimo Cielo" is second to none, even in Economy. On a recent mid afternoon 50 minutes flight
between Verona and Munich I was offered a snack box comprising two canapes, some grapes and a fresh
fruit tartlet, accompanied by the exclusive "Settimo Cielo" cocktail served in a long stemmed glass:
is this economy class flying? And it was all served by a very professional and classy cabin crew.
Well done Air Dolomiti: possibly the best ambassador of Italian good taste in the sky.
