Used this airport on numerous occasions over the last 20 years. Over the last year (2010) both domestic and international terminals underwent some renovation and rearrangement of facilities - in my opinion, for the better. Of all facilities/services expectable from a mid-size regional airport, ARH lacks free WI-FI coverage and cafes serving hot meals. Overall it is a decently well-kept airport, which may though benefit from further renovations and improvements.
