The 2-Star Airport rating reflects an airport experience that falls below the industry average across many of the ranking criteria.

The 2-Star Airports may achieve satisfactory ratings for some assessment items, but the total customer experience is judged to be poor and/or too inconsistent for both product and service standards. This service ranking covers all front-line areas such as customer service, security, immigration, shop outlets and food and beverage facilities.
