✅ Trip Verified | Premium economy seats were old Business Class type. Very old but happy to say my seat was slow but worked and went near flat. Comfortable and adjustable. No Power points NO entertainment so sleep or bring your own devices with plenty of power banks. No Air vents, No storage areas, just the floor or overhead bins. Table comes out from side rest - awkward and clumsy.

✅ Verified Review | Cramped space. Hardly any room in aisle for walking without budging onto people sitting in aisle. No fair division of bagage space, someone can get our dedicated bagage space. Then would be asked to keep below seay and there is hardly any space. Had to endure the entire flight in a cramped position.

I flew with PIA on 24 July. The 3x3x3 layout of the plane allowed a better seat width. The seat was reasonably comfortable however the recline was extremely limited. In fact, my seat was not very stable so even though I didn't push the recline button, the seat would recline even if you wouldn't want it to (etc. when eating). There was a decent amount of leg room but there was no connectivity such as a socket or a USB port and no IFE even though there were TV'S. Also, overhead reading lights didn't work on the seats

The seat was very uncomfortable and needed to be refurbished. There was hardly any cushioning and the 7/8 hours spent in the seat were very uncomfortable. The screens didn't work. 1 of them was showing the route and was stuck in that mode, another's image was upside down. The screens in front were not working. The staff shrugged shoulders and moved on. Aisle was narrow and you had to lean into someone's seat to give way to person travelling in opposite direction. No power supply. This airline takes its customers for granted and despite full planes travelling to Pakistan and from UK, they still manage to make a loss.
