✅ Trip Verified | My seat was extremely uncomfortable. They were out of pillows and blankets and I had to ask soon if you are willing to have one. I could not use the overhead compartment because it wase full.

✅ Verified Review | Economy flight from Ercan to Erbil, Iraq via Istanbul, then back to Istanbul on the return leg. Check-in process at Ercan very slow and complicated. Staff seem inexperienced in using check in system. Check in staff in Erbil very efficient. Flight experiences were all OK, however seats were very uncomfortable. A pillow is definitely required to avoid stiff necks for taller people. Food offered was a hot sandwich to Istanbul and a hot meal to Erbil. Flight crew speak only beginner English making it difficult to communicate for non-Turkish speaking passengers. Legroom was not great.
