✅ Trip Verified | Very poor experience flying with Air India. Most passengers in Economy Class had something wrong with their seat. In my row, on both my departing and returning flights, none of the three seats had a working screen. My seat did not recline either time. On my departing flight, my seat was missing it's bottom cushion, so I was sitting on a thin layer of padding over hard plastic. The food was very terrible. Given that it's Air India, they have a very limited number of non-vegetarian meals even though most of the passengers were non-vegetarian. So during all meals they were out of non-veg meals by the time they got to me. I generally like vegetarian food, but the food they served was honestly so terrible.

✅ Trip Verified | Worst aircraft. The seat didn’t recline as the button didn’t seem to work. The inflight screen didn’t work as the touchscreen plus the controls were broken. We spent 8 hours of the flight staring at the air India logo on the screen. USB broken so couldn’t charge our phones either. Never flying Air India again.

✅ Trip Verified | I flew Toronto to Delhi on Jan 19, 2023 and Returned on Feb 15, 2023. On both the flights my seat was changed at the time of Boarding. Seat deficiency was sited as a reason. The seats assigned to me on January 19 was 14A . This seat did not work as it could not be straightened and I got the worst hip pain at this seat. The hostess offered me another seat, which could not be reclined and had to change from one to the other. Very uncomfortable. The seat assigned to me on Feb 15 was 12A. This seat minimally straightened and reclined. The TV remote was stuck. could not use it even after cold boot of the system. Having spent a significant amount of money for this travel, the comfort was missing on both the flights and my major concern was my hip getting strained.

Not Verified | Horrible experience, I have paid for the extra leg room seat and the seats in aircraft was disgusting and very uncomfortable. It was not pushing back or once it's pushed back it was not staying still. In 4 of the booked seats, 3 of the seats with broken entertainment screens. Travelled multiple times with multiple airlines but this was an worse experience. Compare to any other airlines cost of tickets was nearly similar.

Not Verified | I was seated in exit row in the economy class cabin. The seat was perhaps the worst I have ever had the privilege of using. The seat was torn, dirty and shabby with absolutely no storage space of any kind. The head rest had lost its shape and the cushioning was worn out, the tray table barely holding together and the backrest was in a weird angle which made it impossible to find a comfortable seating position. The best part was that the IFE remote is big and bulges into the seat making the narrow seat even more painful since it digs painfully into your hip all the time and just because you have a remote doesn't mean that it works since IFE was not operating on almost all seats of the aircraft due to the ancient monitors which must have been broken. The 15 hour journey on this seat from Delhi to Chicago was an epic nightmare. The only good part was the ample legroom since this seat was right next to the lavatory.

✅ Trip Verified | The seats were firm and were hard to have a good sleep on (I was able to too because of the 2 AM departure time). While the seats are said to be lie-flat, I don't think they were and it was hard to sleep in the complete "lie-flat" position. A blanket was provided but I had to ask for a pillow on the flight. The sets of 3 on the last 2 rows are reserved for cabin crew to use as rest-areas which reduces the amount of noise around your seats if seated there and also increases privacy. The seat was the longest or widest making it hard to stretch out or sleep in a fetal position. You will have to step over your neighbour if they happen to be in a lie-flat position which can be painful at times. A snack bag was provided as were 2 hot meals, all of which tasted pretty good. The IFE screen lagged a lot and there were barely any options to watch on the IFE screen (I recommend carrying your own entertainment devices) and the headphones were terrible (Recommend carrying your own) Wouldn't recommend this flight unless there ae no other suitable options.

✅ Trip Verified | A fairly typical layout for business class on a Boeing 787. The seats are made of fabric and are comfortable. You can adjust the firmness of the seat and there is a massage feature (fairly basic though). One sandwich was provided on the 1.5-hour flight from Hyderabad to Delhi which is reasonable considering the duration of the flight and the fact this trip was during the COVID pandemic. The seat was comfortable and wide enough for me to expect a good sleep, a minor inconvenience would be having to step over your neighbour if you happen to have one. All in all, a nice flight

Not Verified | Seats generally clean and in good form. Leg room and seat width a little restricted. I'm an average sized guy but surely some people I know who are a little "larger" would definitely have a taxing experience.

✅ Verified Review | The Boeing 787-8 seats were very comfortable. Nice interior, the leg space was very good, large overhead bin. IFE had good movies and tv shows. The screen was big, picture quality was good, too. Overall, very good aircraft with comfortable seating, entertainment and storage.

✅ Verified Review | Boeing 787-8, super seats, great lighting, good in-flight entertainment system, width of the seats were really good, the legroom was good, really good cushioned seats with pillow. Loved the experience, I sat on the aisle seat the accessibility of the seats are good also the storage space above.
