Not Verified | Small, but not crowded. limited buffet with only one hot dish and another cold noodle-dish. There are 6 staff here, even though there are only a couple guests. They are watching us, and it makes me very uncomfortable. They are just standing outside the ONE washroom waiting for you to be done in there. Also at the mini-buffet they are trying to pick the food for you and staring at every move. It is so exhausting and not at all relaxing as a lounge should be. the screen with flight-status. is not at all updated. the flight is delayed, but it does not say how much. the new boarding time is not possible to get even when asking the staff. The seats are comfortable, but the tables are super low, and makes it hard to work while I wait for the flight. The lounge is noisy. The staff has good English and are helpful (in their Benagli way) There is an espresso machine but the coffee is not the best quality. the price for the lounge access is less than 1000 taka.
