✅ Trip Verified | Old worn down lounge which really put the star alliance and Thai Airways in a bad light, The interior is falling apart and the furniture are very old. If you want to have a glass of wine you only choice is to go to the main lounge connecting the Thai airways business fast track.

✅ Verified Review | I often use the Thai Airways lounge in Bangkok as this is my hub" in Asia. Service at the lounge is fine and internet is usually pretty good. The selection of food and drink is average. I am surprised by the good rating of Thai Airways. It is fine lounge but for sure, but it is not one of the best. They should do better in terms of food, drink, confort, layout.

✅ Verified Review | This is the place if you are looking to enjoy a plastic wrapped sandwich, red wine served in a water glass in a lounge that looks worn down and has not been maintained. Sitting in the public area is better than this lounge.

✅ Verified Review | Awful, overcrowded, noisy, dirty The worst wifi. Too many guests, not enough seats. Tables not cleaned and very dirty. Thai must do something, it is not exclusive. Very bad experience, the quality is worse at each new visit.

✅ Verified Review | Thai Airways lounge at Bangkok is a poor reflection on the airline. It has always been badly designed - narrow, poorly lit and stupidly spread out. But it has not aged well and Thai seems to do little to maintain it. Take a look at the carpets (particularly the main passageway) - they are absolutely disgusting, tattered, stained and thread bare. Added to this is the increasingly poor food and beverage offerings. As their signature lounge you would expect much much more than generic poor quality frozen finger foods. Nothing available reflects the wonderful Thai cuisine the country is renowned for. In fact it looks more like the reheated food available in a poorly stocked 7/11 or garage stop. Staff are wonderful (and great ambassadors) but if Thai really is serious about attracting business customers then they should start with a careful rethink of the image they generate by presenting a tired lounge that is complacent in its desire to provide the barest minimum services expected of a business class lounge.

✅ Verified Review | I don't know how they could call this Business Lounge. Small, cramped, crowded with less seats. After exhausting day in Osaka I expected some relax and something to eat before my flight and found that Family Mart next to this lounge is much better and much helpful. So surprise to see they offer dehydrated instant miso soup with hot water instead of ordinary one. No hot food at all, no sausage, no soba or udon, no rice. Just some Onigiri, biscuit, snacks and even a can of Heineken you need to ask for. I've never written review of business lounge before in my 21 years of air travelling but need to do for this one and they unanimously and easily take my worst lounge award!

✅ Verified Review | This Royal Silk Domestic lounge is very small and struggles to meet the needs of the passengers who use it. It offers soft drinks and a limited array of snacks. Previously the air con and internet have not worked very well. However, that has improved during this visit. At least the lounge offers a bit of relief from the congestion and noise of the boarding areas of the airport. This lounge will be closed as of September 2017 until the end of November 2017 for renovations. Hopefully, the new lounge will be an improvement both in terms of space as well as amenities.

✅ Verified Review | Lounge really needs maintenance. Bathrooms are falling apart and furniture is old. You can only get wine if you go to the back counter in the one lounge where there is a special business class entrance at the back. Other lounges only serve local beer. Time to invest in some maintenance and upgrade of the interior if you do not want to fall behind other lounges.

✅ Verified Review | The Lounge was a bit of a let down as it was very busy, people sleeping occupying 2 chairs and just not enough space, however the staff did try their best to cope with the demand and managed to find us a table for 4, what surprised me the most that they actually serve you at the table, in the past this never has happened. Food choice is large so is the beverage selection

✅ Verified Review | I had a late night flight from Bangkok to Colombo. The Royal Silk Lounge at Concourse E was a disgrace - overfull with very uncomfortable seats. The carpet was dirty. We asked for wine, zero, and only spirits and beer. The food was uneatable. I would never recommend this experience to anyone.
