✅ Trip Verified | Accessed this lounge based on Skyteam Elite Plus frequent flyer membership. Few type of sandwiches available, some yoghurts and soft drinks. Limited variety of alcoholic drinks. Couches not very comfortable, one can seat at table as well. iPhones cannot be charged at the charging station, but only with your charger connected to a power socket.

Not Verified | When entering the lounge the lady at check in counter was sleeping. Average to small size lounge. Seating available but not comfortable. Drinks no problem, plenty available from espresso to soft drinks and local wine. Food nearly none existing some crackers, salt or seasoned chips you can buy in any cheap supermarket . I believe I have seen some sandwiches it they looked really poor. Disappointing lounge, one of the poorest I have visited .

✅ Trip Verified | Nice, cozy but if you have a guest travelling with you its 44 euro, not worth it. We ended up not using lounge together as for 44 euro you can have more from local shops than from the lounge. Orices like in JFK but not warm meal option. Bad.

✅ Trip Verified | Tarom Lounge in Bucharest is operated by the airport authority and branded for Tarom. Considering it is a small airline it wasn’t too surprising that the lounge wouldn’t be that good. But actually it was less than expected: as it is on a mezzanine in the terminal it was quite loud and warm. There was enough seating but not many power outlets. There were several charging stations for cell phones. Toilets are outside the lounge. The food selection was four kinds of different potato chips, wafers and yoghurt. They had a good selection of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. Verdict: The lounge is better than nothing and we bought our own food at the food court and brought it into the lounge. Drink selection was good. I wouldn’t go to the airport earlier for that lounge and wouldn’t choose to connect via OTP for that lounge if I had different options in the same price range. Last year I visited the lounge that is used by Lufthansa and to be honest, it was not better.

✅ Verified Review | Tarom Business Lounge (With Lufthansa Invitation) at Bucharest. This lounge is coming better, still a long way to go. Offering Internet of 110K per second that for downloading an email will be 4 to 5 minutes if you have images or videos. Decent Internet is a must in our days, I know that is Romania but we don’t need to take this to the extreme of offering Internet like we are in deep desert. Food is still junky fast food, but now that have a bigger selection of Yogurts and I saw salads, that is a nice twist, they serve (premade) vegetable salads. Drinks are still cheap alcohol drinks far from a decent Baileys or a decent cognac, but the wine (the Red) is a good one. Like I said,a long road to go until we have here a proper lounge, but they are improving. Toilets are outside in the same floor, but clean!

Low selection of food. Just some chips and nuts. There is also some Romanian yoghurt, but no hot food. No obvious place to charge iPad or iPhone. Chairs are hard, and there is no air conditioning, which makes for a very hot lounge in the summer. The selection of drinks is fine.
