✅ Trip Verified | Return visit to this appalling "Business" lounge. Dirty, filthy carpets, chairs with armrests actually blackened with dirt, dirty seats. How on earth have you allowed your business lounge to be in such a disgraceful way. Dreadful choice of food. We left without eating a single thing. I am sure there is a serious hygiene issue here. Shame on you Swiss.

Not Verified | Redesigned and seems a bit smaller, but nice inside. Always a bit crowded but always 3 hot meals selection, plus cold dishes and good drink selections. Unless you want the quiet section (old longest bar area), nicer seats downstairs. Apart from the food offerings, go to the Alpine Lounge, but this lounge is a good if busy, product

✅ Trip Verified | Very poor lounge and more so as its a Swiss business lounge. A dreadful selection of foods and and equally poor selection of beverages. It is quite a soulless lounge with no atmosphere at all. What did not add to the ambiance was the toddler who insisted, to the joy of her parents, to scream continually while we were there. This is not acceptable to the others in the lounge. Politely asking the father if he could perhaps take the child outside or ask her to stop was met with a very aggressive stance by him. I did not engage this man who looked a bit worse for wear.

Not Verified | Very nice lounge, much quieter than the normal Business Class Lounge. Great views of runway and a chef to cook you hot dishes. Good selection of drinks and very friendly staff. Only for Lufthansa Group Business Class & Senator etc., so more exclusive feel.

✅ Trip Verified | It is a beautiful lounge. There is ample food for breakfast however drinks are rather basic. The service was friendly on reception as in the lounge. Soft drinks are from dispensers. Still no newspapers or mags. Computers were not working decently . Very clean restrooms.

✅ Trip Verified | This is a lounge were you simply pay. It is a very dated place with old furniture. There were many drinks to chose from. However you still were not allowed to take the food yourself and I had the impression the people who were serving were instructed to give as less as possible. I had to insist to receive 2 slices of cheese. Service was far from friendly, not on the reception desks nor in the lounge. Cleanliness of the restrooms could be better.

Not Verified | First time in this lounge and very nice with friendly staff. Very good selection drinks and happened to straddle breakfast and lunch. They cook the food in front of you and a buffet selection too. Great views of the runways

✅ Trip Verified | Although Vienna currently is under the highest alarm level with COVID-19 and has a mandatory mask requirement, I confronted by the entire lounge staff - two cleaners, one food server and the door attendant - wearing masks under their chin and not over their nose and mouth as required by law. Their refusal to protect the lounge customers made it necessary to leave within five minutes, it is not worth risking my life to accommodate them. Avoid this lounge literally like the plague.

✅ Trip Verified | We flew SWISS but as Star Gold members, we could use the Lufthansa Senator Lounge at Berlin Tegel Airport. It is outside of the departures area (the airport basically has no departures area) so its easy to get in and out of. The lounge is decently sized, with plenty of comfortable seating available whether you're eating or just want to rest. There's plenty of drink options and not much food options available, however, the meatballs that they had were simply delicious and are a must try. The lounge provides decent wifi and power outlets to charge your devices.

Not Verified | I was a bit skeptical before visiting this lounge. Purposely, I had booked a 4 hour layover since I wanted to use the lounge, courtesy of my Star Gold status. I was extremely happy throughout my stay in the lounge! The first thing that makes me aware I'm in for a treat, a smiling and soft-toned receptionist. It's such a little detail but it really set the tone for such an amazing lounge visit. I entered the lounge at half past nine when breakfast was still being served, and was able to ask for a fresh-cooked omelette, done right in front of my eyes! The food area didn't feel huge because everything was laid out in a way that it didn't look super crowded. Later in the day there were a couple of dishes being served. Unfortunately you're sort of stuck on one dish, whereas normally I like to take a little bit of everything. A small minus there but just personal preference, I guess. You were spoilt for choice for drinks and snacks, both sweet and savoury. I loved the small chocolates, and I took home a handful of various sweets, since they were placed very temptingly. There was also a whisky bar which has 208 different whiskies, and the barman appropriately recommended various whiskies for me to try. The outdoor terrace was open, and I was able to enjoy watching planes take off and some aircraft and vehicle movements which is very nice. There are also some binoculars available to make spotting a bit more convenient. The overall design of the lounge as an open space with lots of wood and windows makes it feel super welcome and Swiss ... a design which Swissair seem to be give you the impression of. There were napping chairs available, the washrooms were kept clean, although I would prefer if there were more washrooms, as they are a bit far from some corners of the lounge. In any case, this lounge is a complete and total winner for me. I can see myself re-routing itineraries around Europe to fly past Zürich just to use this amazing lounge. I can easily say that this is the best hub lounge I have visited, and that it is the best Star Alliance lounge ever.
