"family friendly"
2 reviews Macit Samarah (Qatar)
Not Verified | The lounge is nice and very spacious; it has plenty of options for food and beverages; it is also family friendly. I like the special corners of Al Ameed coffee and the ice cream. Staff are nice and helpful. Perhaps number of toilets should be increased and praying area can be improved

"it was overall the worst lounge"
1 reviews Affan Butt (United Kingdom)
✅ Trip Verified | I flew in from Riyadh on RJ. And I had a 6 hour transit before my next flight to Heathrow. As a QNB First Holder I was entitled to both Petra and Crown Class Lounge. I proceeded to Petra Lounge who did not allow me to enter as it was a long transit. Which was disappointing. I headed to Crown Class Lounge. Which from the outside looks like Al Safwa First of Doha. But when you actually experience it you wish you just sat in the main airport lounge instead. There was no food. And I was starving after the long journey. Seating was uncomfortable and it was overall the worst lounge. I’ve sat in lounges all across the world and its safe to say this was by far the worst, 0 standard and rude staff !!

"more than enough food and drink"
6 reviews Steven Neoh (Malaysia)
✅ Trip Verified | The Miracle Lounge with more than enough food and drink options (Including a dedicated halal section), ample space (granted, I visited mid-afternoon so off-peak), and adequate wifi. On the downside, this lounge is a bit hard to find (poor signage in BKK in general), and service was oddly slack and inattentive. I stood at the made-to-order food counter for 3 minutes without managing to get anyone to take notice of me, while check-in was slow because all 3 counter staff decided to serve the same person in front of me, who had been having some issue using his Priority Pass.

"it's very ordinary"
Stephen Trevarrow (Australia)
✅ Trip Verified | For a flagship lounge, it's very ordinary. Not much choice of food The Lounge area is not particularly clean. Located upstairs on a mezzanine floor it's also a bit difficult to find. It's a pity because the flights are quite good.

"Utterly appalling lounge"
P Marwick (United Kingdom)
Not Verified | Utterly appalling lounge. It is on the mezzanine level of the airport. Because of the open design of the airport, the terminal has many birds flying around and the area around the lounge has bird crap all over it. I went to the ladies toilet where there are only 3 cubicles. A young woman looks after the toilets but she was asleep sitting on top of the pedal bin. Our flights with RJ were fine. Such a shame their lounge is abysmal.

"the worst airline lounge"
Robyn Gallagher (Australia)
Not Verified | This Royal Jordanian Airlines lounge at Amman Airport is the worst airline lounge I have ever used (twice). The food is dry and served near the smoking room so everything stinks. Hopefully never again.

"all about service or lack of it"
Mark Young (United States)
✅ Trip Verified | I was flying economy but have Priority Pass to get access to this lounge. If i had paid for a business class ticket I would be very disappointed. It is a shame because it could be a very nice lounge. They have many staff walking around but I’m not sure if they are just passing through or actually work there. It’s all about service or lack of it. The staff are not engaged in their work in my opinion. I have a 5 hour layover there on November 22 so let’s see if they improve. Maybe I’m just spoiled by Emirates.

"charged for a shower"
K Chan (Hong Kong)
✅ Verified Review | Terrible service and subpar bathroom. It's my first time being charged for a shower (cost $16) travelling on business class. The bathroom had nothing but a dirty towel. I was subsequently told that they had no other towels and could not offer shower. Royal Jordanian Airlines and lounge staff couldn't care less and wouldn't help. Food selection appeared limited and the seats were unclean. I would avoid stopping at Amman again.

"not plan to stop here again"
Richard Thomas (United States)
✅ Verified Review | Small, smoke filled, comfortable but very limited services and very slow internet. I will not plan to stop here again. The bar section has serve yourself Jordanian white or red wine and canned Amstel. The "food" is continental style cookie plate. That's it. There is no way to get away from the smoke. Not only in the lounge but on the plane as well. Avoid Royal Jordanian Airlines on all accounts if you can.

"a third world lounge"
S Wong (United States)
The Royal Jordanian Crown Lounge at Amman Airport is a big open air space on the mezzanine level of the airport on top of the Duty free stores. The lounge staff were disinterested and focused more on their personal electronic devices. Food offering was very limited consisted of mostly cold items such as sandwiches. Drinks offering was also very limited. The lounge seems pretty new with plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Wifi internet worked fine. Shower will cost you $15USD and it is not worth it. The shower was not clean, water pressure was low and there was only one bottle of what appeared to be hand soap provided. No shampoo. The one piece of towel came in a plastic bag that was already opened. The restroom did not seem too clean as well. A third world lounge.
