Priority Pass

Three Lounges named Louis Tavern CIP in share with Priority Pass. Provide a maximum 2 hours stay for Diners Club members (who only just recently got access to these lounges). None of the lounges have toilets or shower. Two of the 3 are very small and cramped. Clean. Food snacks OK but very industrial. Staff friendly. Chairs are too soft and very low - once seated hard to raise. Difficult to orientate yourself in the airport (even after 6 visits hard to find where to go for check in counter as they each are separated for certain airlines).

The only lounge available at BEY airport. As well as being the lounge for MEA it is used by the likes of Emirates and Qatar etc. The lounge is split into different areas with a nice smoking area and a children's area equipped with playstations etc. Fully stocked bar but the food was a let down - only a small selection of sandwiches and pastries available. Toilets were clean and usable. A business centre and wifi in the lounge.

The lounge was very busy on this evening with many flights leaving. The facilities are pretty good with about 8 terminals for the internet. The bathroom is clean with shower facilities available. The let down here is the food and drink area there are only ever two types of sandwiches available. Both were stale on this visit there was also lentil soup available which I didn't try. There are no other hot food options - alcohol is available but you must ask the attendant for it presumably to stop people taking advantage.

We chose this lounge because the Air China Lounge was supposed to close at midnight and our flight was not until 2. The agent was trying to tell us that Air China was the service provider for our flight so their lounge was open for us but language barrier prevented us from realising this until after. Lounge itself looked quite nice and comfy. The toilets were clean and there was a very well equipped shower facility which my wife tried to use but there was no hot water! A business centre available with internet terminals. The big let down was the food and drink selection. Only alcohol available was wine beer vodka or tequila - packaged sandwiches which were two days past there best before date some Koka noodles and a stale piece of bread. Very poor for a business lounge. The attendant was eager to get rid of us and told us 45 mins before the flight that the flight was boarding even though it didn't show as boarding on the screens. For the second half of our visit the night duty cleaning staff worked around us preparing for the morning rush!

There is no dedicated Priority Pass lounge at Narita airport. Priority Pass shares the Korean Airl business lounge. The customer representative at the front desk is courteous. Food selection is average. There is no cooked food. Just pastries biscuits nuts and a selection of cold and hot beverages. Beer is available. There is no dedicated toilet nor showers. Lounge is quite comfortable with TV and wifi access.
