"alcohol is to be bought "

(Hong Kong)

Hard to find near butterfly garden. Includes hotel and showers. Nice staff on door. Was politely informed that all alcohol is to be bought about USD8 per can of beer! Cheaper at cafe outside! Food wasn't up to much either a few hot plates and a bowl of apples. No cans just a cheap soda machine. Ice has to asked for. Not even a pack of peanuts. Really not worth the entrance I paid for my friend to enter.

"somewhere quiet to sit"

(United Kingdom)

Quiet and relatively comfortable. Free wifi is just the Schiphol-wide wifi that kicks you off after 30 minutes and is limited to 1 hour per day - the sign-in won't work if you have services running on your computer that communicate on non-standard ports eg. mail clients or spotify. The food is very basic - cheese puffs cocktail biscuits cup-a-soup and cake. The bar selection is much wider; they do two different beers on draught and several different wines. They also have a soda fountain and a decent water selection as well as a self-service hot drinks machine. Whether it makes sense to access the lounge with Priority Pass depends on how busy the airport is. If it is very busy it is nice to have somewhere quiet to sit and charge a laptop. If it is quiet then you're probably better to spend your $30 entrance fee at the bistro and make use of the relaxation area in wing F.

"One of the worst lounges"

(India)

One of the worst lounges I have ever been in. The staff were totally disinterested the food was stale and minimal and the lounge area very small with tacky furniture. Avoid this lounge its a lousy excuse for a lounge. I hope Priority Pass takes notice and stops ripping off customers in this way. Its totally not worth it.

"I was very disappointed"

(Canada)

This was my first experience with my Priority Pass and I have to say I was very disappointed. Although this is a very small Airport the lounge was no more than a few couches and a magazine or two no Internet Access was available and the snacks were crackers or cookies in a package along with soda and water. This was all you received for $27 per person! I let Priority Pass know as soon as I arrived home and their response was sorry. In reading some other reviews it seems there are no standard levels of service with the lounges although they all charge the same price for access. I am sure there are some very nice lounges to offset the ones like I experienced perhaps a rating system would help prevent someone from experiencing what I did.

"would be very unhappy"

(United Arab Emirates)

We arrived at the 24hr Lounge at 1.30am and even though the front desk was attended the lights in the lounge were all off. There was a small cheese selection and stale pakora snacks that had obviously been sitting out for a while. An attendant changed the food over to a breakfast selection which my wife tried. Beans Mushrooms tomatoes etc all freezing cold - very strange. The alcoholic drink selection was ok although when I got a coffee from the machine it tasted very odd - bad milk maybe?. The bathrooms were clean one shower room which I didn't use and there were 4 computer terminals and strong wifi signal. This lounge is used by Singapore Airlines First class and Qatar Business class. I would be very unhappy if I had paid so much and this was the offering.

"wifi worked well"

(United States)

It looked a little worn but the wifi worked well there was a good selection of drinks and staff provided nice selection of appetizers. Between the ability to escape the airport crowds and the access to free wifi I was content with The Oasis.

"Disappointing"

(United Kingdom)

My first experience of a lounge with Priority Pass. Disappointing. The atmosphere was just slightly above waiting at departure gate. Looked tired minimal refreshments. The wifi was fine though.

"one of the worst lounges"

(Australia)

As many of the lounges you that you can use with the Priority pass card this is far below what you get in one of the real airline lounges. Actually this must be one of the worst lounges I've ever been: There's no staff so you need to obtain an access code fir the door. Instructions to the desk are actually incorrect on the PP website the ground service desk has moved to Terminal 3. Lounge itself is extremely underwhelming hardly any food apart from some chips and the likes booze they have selected the cheapest of the cheapest brands around. Interior has the charm of a dentist's waiting room and there is no free Wifi available. As there is no staff you get dozens of self- printed signs on the walls telling you to clean up and not to do this or that very German. Avoid were possible!

"lounges pretty poor"

(Australia)

As many of those non-airline branded Priority Pass lounges pretty poor. Stained carpets really small and no free Wifi or even computers for use. Very limited selection of snacks asked for soft drinks but was told there are none. Strange as you could get almost any type of alcohol you could think of. No bathrooms so you Need to use the (dodgy) Public ones.

"Dreary dark lounge"

(United Kingdom)

Dreary dark lounge with a very limited range of snacks. Facilities not what one expects from an airport lounge. Lounge quiet empty (no wonder). I was sorry I wasted time finding the place. The plus is that it is quieter than in the airport; at least it was possible to sit quietly prior to boarding. No toilets or washroom inside the lounge. Lots of staff but little for them to do since there were few passengers in the lounge. Most staff looked bored and who can blame them.
