"complain about fraudulent charge "

(Puerto Rico)

Unverified | American Express Platinum Members: Beware of this particular lounge (not sure if this happens in other Priority Pass Lounges). Upon entering the club, they will ask you to sign for your visit. If you are not careful (since this is not seen on the specific screen you sign on), they will add a "Guest" or two to you visit thus adding an automatic charge to your credit card (in this case for Amex Platinum is $27). I did call the the Priority Pass company who manages several lounges across Latin America, Europe and the US to complain about this fraudulent charge and they will happily tell you that there is absolutely nothing they can do to revert these charges since they have signed proof that you have authorized them. This is a disgrace given the fact that one of the main reasons I sign up for the Amex Plat card was to have access to these lounges. I do have to say that the Amex customer service is top notch and they promptly accommodated my request to give me due credit and investigate. Since you will not know of these charges until the time they are authorized and posted, a few days may elapse and you may forget. Again, just ask for proof of what you are signing for upon entrance to the Priority Pass Lounges. Save some headaches and your hard-earned cash! Disgusted customer.

"No toilet facilities"

(France)

Unverified | Louis Tavern has several lounges in the departure area of Bangkok airport, all accessible to Priority Pass card holders and premium customers of different airlines. Although it is described as a First Class lounge, I see no differences with the nearby CIP business lounge. Food and beverage selection is satisfactory, WiFi works well but seating is limited, newspapers and magazine selection rather poor (mostly airlines in-flight magazines and local newspapers). No toilet facilities (you need use public toilets in the concourse).

"lounge is conveniently situated"

(Thailand)

Verified Review | I visited the SATS Premier Lounge in Changi's Terminal 2 on 5 February 2017 at around 9pm. The lounge was around 60%-70% full. Even though it was quite late in the evening, there was a good selection of food and beverage available. The self-service laksa station is highly recommended and great for its delicious laksa noodles. The fruits basket had a good selection of fruits (a display informed that the fruits were pre-washed). Compared to the United Club lounges I have visited in the US and Tokyo in December, there was a wider selection of food and drinks variety in the SATS Premier Lounge. There are around 6 shower stalls available in the gents. Service crew is on hand replenishing food items and clearing after guests. The lounge is conveniently situated near the entrance to the transit area and one level up which offers guests a quick escape from the crowd without having to go too far.

"Food limited and a bit grim"

(United Kingdom)

Unverified | Frequently at Manchester Airport, Priority Pass holders are refused entry to lounges. On this occasion T2 has a brand new Escape lounge, however, Priority Pass members are re-directed to a smaller older Escape lounge. It is very small, laid out like a factory canteen rather than a lounge. Food limited and a bit grim. Fatty chewy bacon sandwich or small cubes of processed cheese. Staff not very friendly either. It's a grim place to visit, neither relaxing, comforting or offering anything better than being in the terminal. Would not waste my time or money in going back.

"the staff very friendly"

(Australia)

Verified Review | The Sala VIP Pau Casals (Priority Pass) lounge was spacious and clean, the staff very friendly and efficient. There are not flight announcements so you need to watch the clock. The food was okay with a small but variety of snacks, sandwiches and other nibbles. The drinks are both alcoholic and non with a reasonable selection. The wifi is the free airport one so you do need to log in again as the system drops you off.

"a shabby lounge"

(Czech Republic)

This Priority Pass lounge at Berlin Tegel was a shabby lounge. Hard to find this lounge. Very small lounge (capacity approx. 20 people) and extermely cramped. Limited food and drinks. WiFi did not work. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Not recommend and not worth for the paid price.

"I would still recommend"

(United Kingdom)

Used the lounge while I had a technical stop over in Bangkok. The lounge was spacious, easy to find. Good selection of beverage, food and fruit. It has been consistent over the years. What is lacking in the lounge was the cozy and homely atmosphere. However I would still recommend this lounge. It's close to CIP lounge in Gate F but the one in Gate F tends to be very busy and it was much smaller.

"staff helpful and friendly"

Priority Pass Lounge at Istanbul Ataturk Airport. Shower facilities make this lounge a good stopover. Food selection is mediocre but wi-fi is strong. Lounge seating is showing its age. The staff is helpful and friendly.

"better off staying in T2"

(Singapore)

I had a 6-hour layover at Paris CDG. Being a Priority Pass holder, I decided to use the ICare Lounge at T1. My departing Air France flight was from T2E so I had to make a trip to T1. ICare Lounge at CDG T1 is an embarrassment to a major air hub and airport like CDG. It is small, tired and dated. Passengers departing from T2 have to make a convoluted journey to T1 in order to access this lounge. Firstly, they have to take the shuttle train, CDGVAL to T1 having to pass through long passageways along the way. At T1, passengers have to go to the Alyzia counter to obtain a lounge invitation. Then one has to clear immigration before taking the elevator up to the lounge. The whole journey from T2 to ICare Lounge took 45 minutes including immigration clearance. If you are departing from T2 and have the Prioroty Pass to use the ICare Lounge, you'll be better off staying in T2 where there is adequate seating, shops and restaurants to keep you occupied.

"lounge is comfortable enough"

Priority pass lounge used by several airlines in Calgary. Lounge is comfortable enough with a selection of refreshments. Please be aware there is no hot food - except soup - and for this reason I give this lounge a huge fail.
